They were efficient, competent, and kind. We had an issue over the weekend with my dog, who is not a patient there, and they squeezed us in because they knew he needed medicine and was in pain. All of the staff were friendly and concerned about my dog. The doctor was calm and caring - even though they were so busy, she explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Very happy to have found this clinic!

They are great. My little puppy loves going here. They give her so much love. Definitely recommend!!!!

Express Vets is wonderful! I adopted a cat & was so worried about everything. The entire staff helped me feel better about what I was doing & my Katie Kat is happy & healthy! I really appreciate all they do & would be lost without them!

The Vet that gives the shots does not know how to handle dogs. She made my dog feel very uneasy and would not allow me to be with my dog to keep her calm during shots. Very disappointed with this place. Will never come back here again.

Dr Hirst has a heart of gold. She takes all the time needed with my shih tzu Charlie. Discusses options and ensures I understand what’s going on. The staff members are amazing. Julie Levy at the front goes above and beyond to ensure the appt is convenient. Alyssa loved up Charlie as if he was hers. I love this vet. The office is spotless. I recommend this vet 100%.

We love Dr. Hirst and her team at EVC! We have been bringing both of our dogs here for the last year and have had great experiences all around. We know our girls are in great hands and we can’t recommend them enough!

We love going here. I’ve taken my boy Moose here ever since he was a puppy and he just loves Staci and everyone there. They’re very good with him even though he can be a bit reactive and they know how to calm him down.

Staff and Dr Hirst were wonderful! Dr Hirst was a great communicator and took time with us and our kitty. She was excellent in explaining treatment and options. Only been there the one time, but it seems they are reasonably priced. Another person made a previous comment about the facility being plain and a little messy, but I don't think thats a valid criticism - lets face it they have animals in and out of there all day. They deserve a solid 5 in my book due to reasonable pricing and the quality of everyone working there.

They are the best vets around the doctor is so kind and so caring and the people that work there as well they all love the animals they work with very good place honest people clean caring we will continue to bring our Willow there.

Express Vets is an excellent place to bring your pet. Dr. Hirsch is caring, practical and very detailed. She gives great guidance without pushing anything on you. You can trust express vets with that special member of your family (your pet) because they are not only informed, trustworthy but they are cost effective as well.

I priced several places for my dogs rabies, distemper parvo & etc...hands down best prices and great people.

I have always been very particular when it comes to the care of my dogs. Having multiple dogs can get very costly. When we adopted a 4th rescue I decided to give Express Vets a try due to the much lower cost of their puppy shot plan. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming and Dr. Hirst was very knowledgeable and thorough in her exam. After our first visit we decided that we wanted all of our dogs to be under her care. When we took our second dog she knew right away that a lump on her back was malignant. After discussing options and cost with us, she did an aspiration right there in the office to confirm. We recently took another one of our dogs for a wellness check and she had some abnormal lab results come back. Dr. Hirst has personally called me twice to discuss in detail what our options are moving forward and also provided information via email on the condition and treatment options. My initial concern with going to a lower cost clinic was that we wouldn’t get the same level of care or the welcoming feeling that we received at our full cost clinic. But, that has not been the case at all. I could not be more happy with our experience and the care my dogs have received at Express Vets. Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did!!

This is honestly one of the best vets offices I have been too. It's not a fancy office. They don't have fancy decor or fancy seating like some of the vets offices I have been too, but they have veterinarians and staff that care about what's best for your pet. They actually try to find the cause of illnesses for your pet instead of just trying to push medications on them like some offices. So thankful a friend recommended them to me. Great vets and staff and better pricing for services.

We recently switched to express vets and had a really great experience. I was able to get an appointment easily, the staff is very sweet, and the protocol is not only safe, but so much easier with or without covid in mind. I never had to leave my car and was in and out in about 30 minutes, but felt like my pet got quality attention and I was able to discuss any concerns with the vet as much as I needed to. The prices are way more affordable than some of the other vets I have tried in the area. Definitely try them out if you’ve considered looking for a new vet!

This was my first visit with our first Puppy. So they were very helpful and answered all my questions. The scheduling was simple. The Vet was very helpful and thorough. Cost I am not sure at this time since I am new. But from my calls to other Vets the cost appeared to be a good value. I would go here again due to the helpfulness, friendliness of the staff and VET.

Doesn't do unnecessary lab. If multiple services are required, I'm asked which ones I want completed or if I want all done. Also can get their nails done at same time.

I had been taking my two boy pups to an over priced veterinary clinic in Johns creek for 3+ years and was honestly tired of over paying. A friend referred me to Express Vet which is located off of Bethelview Road in the same shopping plaza as Publix. I will say, I was not impressed with the location at all. The parking lot is sort of “hectic” as far as cars coming and going, speeding aggressively, you really have to watch your four legged babies if walking them on a leash going into the clinic unless you park right up front. Julie is so sweet, patient and attentive to the fur babies and very well over the phone. First impression when calling to schedule a new patient appointment is everything when I choose a new doctor, clinic, whatever the case may be. Express vet definitely received an A+ for phone customer service. I am glad that humans were at least allowed in the lobby and only one human at a time. Sometimes (pre covid) when you’re waiting in a lobby with your furry babies and other furry babies come in, it can be frustrating and stressful, especially for the pups. So that was a plus for sure. I would have loved to go back with my boys for their exam but unfortunately was unable to due to covid rules, which I understand. The doctor is so thorough, so sweet, very attentive and observant. I was shocked when she pointed out something on my boy that was discussed with his previous vet. Definitely an A+ for the doctor. She gives her time and really explains the visit and gives recommendations as well. I am giving only 4 stars because of two reasons. Reason 1 of 2, I felt as if the floors could have been a tad cleaner. There was dog hair and some sticky liquid on the floor of the lobby. 2 of 2 when I had called before entering, I was told to wait in my car and the tech would come out to bring the pups in. As a new patient, I was originally told I could sit inside the lobby so I was thrown off when told that. I had asked about coming in and she did apologize explaining that she was going to offer for me to come in also. It didn’t seem like she was going to at the time, but I was at least able to go in and it was frustrating for a few seconds initially when hearing of that. With all said and done, I would recommend Express Vet, saves money, very impressive staff and excellent customer service.

I highly recommend Express vets! This is the second year I have taken Koda there for her annual checkup. Dr. Hirst is wonderful! She carefully listened and answered each of my questions and thoughtfully helped me with solutions. I left feeling that she really cares about Koda and me as a customer!

DR. HIRST, Pauline and Julie are the best veterinarian clinic that I have ever been to. I recommend going here you will get excellent care.

Make an appt, come to the clinic and call # on door, they pick up your pet from your car, vet calls you with results and they bring pet back to your car.and collect fees. Couldn't be easier or safer, really appreciate all their efforts!

Everyone from the front desk to the doctor were professional and efficient and communication was great. They took great care of our pet at far better value than any other vets in the area.
