We are new to GA. My Teddy Bear has been seeing dr. Martinez here. He and the staff here are always helpful and professional. I never have issues with getting appointments that fit my work schedule. They always are attentive and gentle with my pet. He is usually trembling when we first get there. And not excited to go to the back where they do the scary stuff. But they really get him calmed. He still is more excited to see the exit door. But yeah I like this clinic. Way out of my way but worth the travel to keep my dog healthy and safe.

I had dental work done on my cat and they did a great job, were reasonable and efficient.

Amazing veterinary clinic! Dr. Martinez saved my dog's life! My 15 yr old shih tzu needed an emergency endoscopy because of two foreign objects in his stomach seen on x-ray. The front desk staff and Dr. Martinez took the emergency seriously and told me to come right over. Within an hour, our dog was under and performing the procedure. Turns out he had a puzzle piece stuck in his throat that was blocking his breathing. If it wasn't for Dr. Martinez and staff's quick response, I don't know if my dog would have survived. Thank you for saving our baby's life and giving us additional time with him.

They obviously love animals and take good care of our beloved cat and dog. The staff is always pleasant and Vets and Techs are knowledgable and skilled. I appreciate the times the Vet has called us back when monitoring an illness, just to see how our fur babies are doing.

The front staff team is always efficient and friendly. They make you feel like you are part of the family. Dr. Martinez is the best, honest, and extremely intelligent about all animals, even exotic animals like mine! The entire staff works as a team and they all treat my fur babies as if it were their babies. One big happy family. If you are worried about cetching cooties, you won't there! I have never seen a cleaner vet office. Bring your fur baby in for check-ups or problems, they will treat you like family.

This is the best vet clinic. They are so kind and compassionate and go above and beyond to make you and the animals at ease. I am so glad I chose them for Punkin. ❤️

We tried to find out whether our dog could be medical boarded there. We began asking on Monday and kept getting told someone would get back to us. We followed up at least 3 times and didn't get a reply back until Friday afternoon at 3pm (of Labor Day Weekend). Sloppy service.

They genuinely care about the animals AND the humans! They demonstrate exemplary and gracious attitudes. You're not just one more patient/client. I would add an adverb to "professional" - they are "warmly professional"!! Way to Go!!

I love this practice. My sweet dog has had problems with her hind legs from an old pinched nerve injury. Recently, when she started having issues, Dr. FitzSimons walked me through all her care options and made sure I understood what was happening with her injury and the steps of her recovery. He truly cares for the animals and their owners.

Honestly, not sure why this place gets such high reviews. I think they are unbelievably overpriced. I have brought two dogs in here and my guinea pig, and every time I bring them in I think I’m coming in for one thing, then they tell me there’s a few things that need to be done, and then they throw a $700 or more bill at me. For dental work, and some shots. I think it’s ridiculous. You are all really need to stop overcharging, be realistic with what people can afford, and do the right thing. I need to bring my dog in for dental work but I’m very hesitant because I’m scared you guys are going to give me an $800 bill. Get your prices in check.

We've been here twice so far with our ferret. He has been coughing frequently, the first time they said he seemed healthy and sent him home with some cough medicine, it didn't help. So we brought him back. Arrived well before appointment time (we live fairly far so to accommodate for possible traffic we have to leave early), parked in what we thought was a curbside spot, texted the number, told them where we were, and were asked for a phone number, we sent it and never got another response, we did however get a phone call 10 minutes after our appointment time asking if we were still coming. We informed them we were already here and they said we could come into the lobby, we were then told that the spot we parked in wasn't a curbside spot. If they were aware of this, why weren't we told 40 minutes earlier when we text, rather than asking for a phone number and then neglecting to respond further? He's been given two more medications and hopefully we will have better results this time.

Today I had to make the sad decision to put down my cat of 14 years, MJ. She passed from kidney failure. I want to thank CVC for their extreme kindness to me and their gentle treatment of MJ. I was crying buckets of tears as I held MJ in my arms for the procedure, and the staff was very compassionate and understanding. Thank you, CVC. ????

I’m kinda very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I had applied for a position to work here, I was spoken to very briefly by my interviewer before just being cast aside. I was there for around two hours being shown around and basically indulged with employee gossip, the members I was left with were very kind and helpful, but they had not expected to be left with me as it was mentioned multiple times. I had expected more out of the interview than what I was left with. I was also asked to mop and vacuum basically at the beginning of my walk through, though it wasn’t a problem to me at the time, but after being left without a call or mail for three week to even update me, I was left feeling very taken advantage of and felt it was a waste of my time.

Omg!!! Absolutely love them. They will treat your pet like their own. Dr. Fitzsimons is very thorough and explains everything so you understand. You won't be disappointed at all!!! Thanks for treating our babies sooooo great!!!

I love this vet clinic. Before I found them I was going to a local vet clinic. They never fixed my dogs problem, just kept covering up the issues. Dr. Jim Fitzsimons is awesome! He pin pointed the problem(s) and has prescribed the correct medications for it, therefore my dog is doing so much better! I drive 1 1/2 hours one way to get to him and his wonderful staff and it’s worth the drive! I highly recommend this Vet Clinic!!❤️

Dr. Martinez is awesome. I'd never go to anyone else!

If you have a rabbit, please do not go here, Dr Martinez, had my rabbit who was in stasis, for 6 hours with no fluid or food. He kept saying she was sick, yeah I know that's why she is here. She started to eat again at home, but soon after she was not.. my husband took her back to his office and then had to come pick me up from surgery, and then went to go get her and the medications and she dies that night. He said I should have left her overnight for observation, but he said no one would be at the office, so why would I leave her there? I called him the next morning of her passing and he said she would have had fluids and food if she was here overnight... So my rabbit died due to miscommunication?? Anyone that owns a rabbit, knows how critical timing is with them. Please go to Dr Colby Windward Animal Clinic for your Rabbits health.. not here. I lost my baby due to neglect and knowledge from this Dr, that I was referred to. Do not go here for the sake of your Rabbit. Not only did I lose her, her husbun of 2 years did as well.

Everyone from the front office to the operating areas is highly professional and especially well organized through the turmoils of the virus. And very caring.

Please do not take your pet here. They treated my pet for the wrong illness for a week. If I had not taken her for a second opinion i'm not sure we would still have her. They were also very insensitive and rude at times when asked questions. Please find another vet.

I wish I came earlier I brought my parrot here and they were able to see that my parrot was having seizures and her left side was bad , this is something two other vets within 24 hours failed to see .the doctor informed me to take my parrot right away to the hospital, but the vet I took my bird right before this one said to just take my bird home . My parrot ended up not making it but if it wasn’t for the vet here she would have have been in pain.because of the Docter here I was able to put my parrot out of suffering.

Our usual vet was closed this Saturday so we decided to take my cat here because he was showing signs of a UTI. Even though we weren’t allowed inside due to COVID, Dr. Martinez called us from inside numerous times to keep us updated on our cat. Dr. Martinez is extremely nice and does an amazing job at explaining everything. The staff is also phenomenal, they even brought us out an estimated cost before we dropped our cat off to make sure we were okay with the price. We will definitely be switching our cat and dog to this vet!

Awful INSENSITIVE veterinary clinic. Please take your pets elsewhere! They're dishonest about costs and just horribly insensitive to people's feelings. :(

Dr. Martinez as always is nothing but a joy to deal with. I wouldn't trust my animals with anyone other than him. He listens, is honest and straightforward, but always understanding of your concerns. He's also gentle with how he handles animals, and I respect him greatly. He is top notch for sure. Staff is also great, but this was just my first experience with them vs. many experiences with Dr. Martinez.

The staff is always just so helpful and kind. They always greet me by name and all my birds too! Dr. Martinez is just amazing with the birds - very knowledgeable and gentle. I would not go any place else!

We took our 1 year old lab here to take advantage of the LOVE spay procedure that they offer. It was an outstanding experience for us and for our dog from start to finish. The communication and care was excellent and our girl recovered so quickly. Dr. Martinez and all of the vet techs are to be commended. It's a 45 minute drive for us but we are seriously considering taking our other dogs here for care as well.

Terrible people, awful company. I took my kitten here once and heard they were hiring, so I told my cousin, who really wants a career helping animals, she should apply here. She's a sweet and hard working young woman, but maybe a little shy. After an interview (which she was so excited for) she waited two weeks before giving the clinic a call. They decided they were going with someone else, but couldn't even respect her enough to give her a call or an email? She didn't even apply anywhere else at the time because she was so hopeful. That's so disrespectful and heart breaking to hear. This company should be ashamed. I would like to let the managers know that they've lost a customer because of their disrespect of this sweet young woman. She is a PERSON. How would YOU feel if that was done to you?

Awful place. Daughter brought her dog here and they were both intensive and greedy. The managers should know that sensitivity goes a long way. And that goes for everyone, treat people how you want to be treated.

We took our bunny in for a checkup, nail trim, and spay consultation. Dr. Martinez was so tender, professional and amazing with our fur baby! We were very impressed.
