Our 5 yr old fur baby had emergency surgery last Friday. Everyone at SFAH were, as they always are, the best. The quality of care, the concern, the compassion, not just toward the patient but also those who love them is excellent. We have used only SFAH for 7 yrs and couldn’t be more pleased. They have taken care of 3 fur babies for us.

Good doctors, but the stuff is disorganized. Charged me additional fee after because the manager forgot to include some services. I spoke with the owner, she was unpleasant saying you have to pay for the services you received. Disappointed of pure customer service culture.

These people care about the animals they treat. Great place.

We have trusted all of our dogs (4) to South Forsyth Animal Hospital. They are great with them and even though this past year has been different they send extra time making sure everything is explained and you feel just like you were in the room during the exam! I always know I am getting an honest assessment and that my pets are in good hands!

I am warning all kitty owners to steer clear of this veterinary clinic. I found them through the American Association of Feline Practitioners, as I recently moved and need a new vet for my two kitties. This hospital has a Gold certification, so I was excited to call for appointments. Then I saw they proudly offer DECLAWING on their surgery landing page. Declawing is an elective, traumatic, negatively-life-altering surgery for a cat—it is recognized as UNETHICAL by the AAFP and most vets I have researched. I wrote to AAFP urging them to retract this hospital’s certification. Until then, please be warned.

This place, the doctors, and staff are excellent! After a bad experience at another local vet I found SFAH. They renewed my faith that there still are knowledgeable doctors and techs around. They have a caring staff from top to bottom. Dr Hillier is wonderful as is Dr. O'Neal. I highly recommend you trust SFAH with your fur babies.

I found SFAH while searching for a new vet. Had to leave my old vet due to major problems discovered with their lack of ecpert medical care and lack of interest when my dog got cancer. So happy to find a new vet with South Forsyth Animal Hospital with so much personal care and immediate attention to a critical situation for one of my dog's. SFAH is a wonderful place to bring your cherished furry family members.

The doctors and nurses were very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, they gave frequent updates on our pet during their hospitalization and were so kind! Very thoughtful and reliable service, great place!

If there were 6 Stars, I'd give them. This amazing veterinary practice continues the dedication and professionalism of the Garrett brothers, the founders of a legendary Animal Hospital located in Roswell. O'Neal and Hillier were proteges of the Garretts, and took this to the highest level with growing technologies and hearts to match. I can only wish human medicine worked this way, but lawyers and government make this endeavor too onerous. Congratulations Ladies, you are amazing!!!

This vet is awesome. Its clean, the staff are friendly and the docs are very knowledgeable. They have 3 very different vets so you can find the one that fits your pet and "parenting" style. Pricing is a little higher for some things and cheaper for others. Overall, expect to pay more at an animal hospital but the service and care our dogs receive here is worth the extra $$. Dont trust your animals to just anyone, SFAH will take good care of your fur babies

Doctors at South Forsyth Animal Hospital went above and beyond to help my dog that was VERY sick. They treat you and your pet like family not a number.

If your pet has a problem Thais is the place to take it. I arrived after seeing 2 other vets. Not to say anything bad but the SFAH was the one that got it right. Thank you Dr. Cook and your whole staff.

South Forsyth is the absolute best animal hospital I have ever been to (and worked for). The doctors and staff are so caring and knowledgable, and it shows that they truly love their jobs. I absolutely trust all three doctors with my pets and know they will always receive the best quality care. Charlie is also an amazing groomer and is so attentive to your pet’s needs! I will always recommend Drs Hillier, O’Neal and Cook to anyone in need of a veterinarian.

My dog does NOT do well at the vet. The staff was so sweet to him, and he was wagging his tail at one point! Best vet trip we've ever had, and I am certain this is "the" vet for my pup!

Animal care seems OK, but prices seem very expensive, gotta wonder if it's mostly to pay for that ritzy office they built...

A+..... Certainly you can count on S. Forsyth Animal Hospital for the care you need and expect. If completely going out of their way is necessary to have your needs met, I can assure you that's exactly what will be done. I have no reservations making that bold of a statement. I rarely make statements like that if I am not confident in its validity. The vets are wise, very accommodating and use common sense

The doctors and staff here are the absolute best! We moved to the North Georgia mountains 3 years ago and continue to bring our pets here because of the outstanding care they receive at South Forsyth. We don't trust anyone else with our pets!

They're the best vet clinic I've ever taken my cats too. The doctors and staff are great. They explain things well. They try to give you affordable options of care. I referred someone who had a sick cat. They advised her that his quality of life wasn't good and that he was suffering. She agreed to let them euthanize him even though she couldn't afford it. She asked them could if she make payment arrangements. They told her no and that her bill was on them. She started to cry. They told her to go home and get some rest and they would have his cremated remains ready in a few days. That was the sweetest and most humane act that I've seen in a long time. I'd recommend them to everyone. The care is great. And their hearts are big.

Beautiful veterinary practice. A lot of thought and experience went into the design of this facility. The separate waiting areas for cats and dogs is helpful, the only thing better would be separate entrances but that's not always feasible. Unfortunately small dogs on retractable leashes barking their heads off at everything still stressed our cat out. I also have a dog so I understand they sometimes are difficult when at the vet or away from home and there's not too much to be done on the part of the front office staff. They did however make sure we never wait long, and didn't rush us out of the room so our cat could stay there while we checked out. They always have our cat's prescription food in stock, even though I never planned ahead and called them to check on inventory or set it aside. (Sorry and thank you!). We did ultimately start ordering it online as it was cheaper and comes to my door to assist with my forgetfulness. Our most recent visit with our cat was for a UTI. The Veterinarian walked us through our options, provided an estimate, allowed us time to talk it through, and was understanding when we chose the option that fit us best. It worked out in the end but we really really appreciated that we had options, and weren't pressured into doing all the tests all at once.

I love these Vets! They have cared for my 4 cats for years. I drive 45 minutes one way to this office because they are very good diagnosing/treating the crazy ailments my cats have had. I highly recommend this practice to people who adore their furry family members!

I've owned pets all my life and have moved around quite a bit over the last 30+ years. Because of this I have used many veterinarian offices/doctors. I have NEVER been so impressed with a practice as I have been with South Forsyth Animal Hospital. Drs Hillier and O'Neal as well as the staff are just plain awesome. They make you feel as though your pet is their only concern and their absolute favorite ! They are caring and compassionate. And beyond knowledgeable. If you love your pet this is where you should go. Thank you South Forsyth Animal Hospital for welcoming my little Lola into your practice and taking such good care of her

My experience at South Forsyth Animal Hospital has been terrific. Thanks to both Dr. O'Neal and Hillier, my Dalmatian Nigel lived a longer and more comfortable life. Dr. O'Neal recognized that by changing Nigel's diet his kidney problem would diminish. They also improved my cat Lacey's health by treating her for cat asthma with the proper shots. We have moved from the neighborhood near the hospital but drive 30 miles for our pets' care. The whole staff is kind and loving!

I brought my dog in because she was not feeling well. She was not deathly ill, but I could tell that she was not herself and not her energetic self. The vet examined her and gave her some shot that was supposed to make her vomit. Two hours after that my dog was dead. I have no idea what happened to my dog while I left her with the vet, but I do know that she was not severely ill. She was a 7 year old perfectly healthy german shepherd with a tummy ache. Whatever they did to my dog ended her precious life that day and took away from us a very much loved member of our family.
