Left my wallet at the Pet Wash, employee found it and kept it safe for me. Talk about wonderful, honest people! So very grateful.

I went specifically for the pet wash. My first reaction was that the room was covered in dog fur even the tub. I loved the fact that we didn’t need shampoo or anything. I brought a towel and that was it! $10 for 10 mins is not long enough considering you have to hold the water hose clamp for the water to come out. You’re basically washing with 1 hand. The ‘rinse’ part was like a pressure washer and it was too powerful on the body. Please turn it down. They have a blow dryer and unfortunately it is included in the 10 mins so there was no time to use it. I noticed that the sanitizing the tub part is included in the 10 mins that you pay for. It is instructed to clean after yourself but there’s no time for that since it’s the last step on the machine. You wouldn’t notice it until you’re halfway done. That should be completely separated. I really wanted to clean before and after the wash. I drove 50 mins to get here because my dog decided to roll around in a mud puddle. Overall, I recommend this place! It was worth the drive. Love the concept just minor things I didn’t like. I would come back when the pressure of the ‘rinse’ has went down.

This is the only car wash I've ever been to that actually makes your car dirtier than when you came in. Complete failure at an attempt at a car wash. Half the equipment doesn't actually work either

Don’t pay for more than the basic wash. It’s all the same. Basic. I stupidly paid for the max $25 wash. Tire shine left no shine at all. Soap was left on side view mirrors and places on my car after “rinse”. Vacuums had virtually no suction. Poorly maintained soft cloth left micro scratches on my clear coat. Terrible car wash.

Love this place for the convenience. Dog hates the elevated bay but he's getting user to it. Creepy people seem to hang out and stare at the women in the dog wash. Be aware of your surroundings

I took my 2 dogs to Auto Craze car and pet wash and it was awesome!!!! Great price, they have everything you need to give a good and nice wash to your doggy! I can't wait to go back and the best part no more mess in my bathroom!!
