We have a new member to our family. A boy his name is Peanut and he is 7 yrs old, he is a Yorkie poo. Dr Cline and his assistants were awesome. Peanut was treated with so much love, he was there for a wellness check and to be introduced for future care. I trust Dr. Cline and his staff completely. If your looking for a loving and caring vet that you can trust with the welfare of your family member (Pet) then this is the vet you want. The visit was quick & very informative. Dr. Kleine was very understanding & explained everything with great detail. The staff is also very sweet & attentive! Would give them more stars if I could.

My dogs were only clients at this hospital for a short time, I recently moved to the area and needed to keep my dogs up to date and get one spayed. My first experience was fine, but I did feel they were more expensive than other clinics. My experience after that was that I felt like I was teaching some of the staff to do their jobs (I.e. telling them how to get dogs to sit for their weight to be taken, explaining how for a dog to be 5 pounds later in a week is abnormal, how to read their medical charts)… they also never imported my dogs past vaccine history, which meant I was never informed he was out of date. So now for two months my dog has been exposed to other dogs and isn’t fully vaccinated, because they didn’t do their jobs. When I called to see if we was up to date the girl didn’t know how to read the chart and I had to ask in depth questions in order to receive answers. If I had not had previous employment at a vets office, it would have been very easy for this clinic to take advantage of me and charge me for extra services/vaccinations that I did not need.

It was my fist time. it was great service and very caring and sweet people.. Will continue to take my dog there.

Very impressed with this vet! I am a budgeter and I just instantly fell in love when someone showed me all the prices BEFORE my visit - & let me know what things would be OK to skip, if I couldn't afford them right now. I can't speak for the care of the staff inside, as we did a curbside-appointment. But I will say both my senior dog & new puppy came out with tails wagging! They were also very quick! The babies were in & out within 15 minutes.

Great experience for us, not so much for our cat (she's a cranky old lady). Doctor took the time to explain all the labs for our cat. Highly recommend.

I had to put my cat to sleep tonight because she had cancer. They were wonderful! They told me to take my time, they explained everything to me so I understood what was going to happen. I would certainly use them again with my next pet.

We recently moved to the area and I wanted to find a vet that was closer to us. My cat Petey was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease last year so I needed to find one that was knowledgeable and responsive while also sensitive to budget needs. Happy Tails has been amazing!! If I need a visit, they fit me in. They were upfront in their pricing and Dr. Kudela took the time to discuss blood work results with me and what they meant. I've also called back several times with questions or issues relating to the kidney disease and she's taken the time to speak with me directly on the phone and given me amazing advice that has helped me give treatment at home! Petey says thank you for helping his quality of life!

Expensive Spent 440.00 one dog. The Dr.was good very informative. But I had my 78lb dog and a 3 yr. Old child and a bag of meds and had to hold the door for male employee with nothing in his hands and couldn't return the favor and the paper bag ripping . But the doctor did call and ask how Oreo was doing.

Poor place to take a pet. Was charged over $150.00 for our dog, did absolutely NO good, wasted money, time, and had to take her to Winder Corners Vet. 2 days later. Highly recommend Winder Corners. Our little girl got much better after meds and 2 days.

My fur baby Rosco and I visited this office for the first time today, he received his annual vaccinations and checkup. The staff and veterinarian were so beyond sweet and were very informative. Rosco had the best time meeting the vet and front staff! He was such a good boy and they took such good care of him. I recommend taking your babies here for all your veterinary needs! We even enrolled in free vaccinations for life, very excited that I can keep Rosco healthy and on track, and the office is very close to my home! All around a great place! Thank you Happy Tails for the great service!! I’m one happy dog momma ☺️

This place is amazing. Everyone there is so nice and kind. We took our dog here and unfortunately in May we had to say goodbye to him because of Cancer. They took such great care of us. We are defiantly going to bring out next pet here. Update: We have added 2 cars to our family now and Happy Tails vet has been amazing even though the pandemic. I love them.

The staff did a completely no contact vet visit for both of my cats. They were professional and you could tell in the short time they were with both cats that they bonded with them.The cats didn’t return to the car stressed out or angry. I am making Happy Tails my permanent vet Because they are knowledgeable, professional, and and most importantly love animals!

We recently moved to the area and were told about Happy Tails. I took my senior fur baby for his yearly checkup and shots. They were very friendly and put myself and my baby at ease. Dr Klein came out and talked to me about my baby’s visit. He was able to find and correctly diagnose a problem he was having that our other vet hadn’t found. They very quickly set up further tests and we were able to confirm the diagnosis and start my baby on needed medication. Thank you Dr Klein and your staff for being so helpful. If you need a great vet, I would highly recommend Dr Klein and his staff. Thanks again for helping my baby Pepper.

I liked the vet but not sure the original one is still there, we always get someone different than him. The office is nice, has a great lodge feel which I love but the lobby/waiting area is cold and very uninviting! The shots for life plan isn't really worth it if you're wondering. A few caveats, if you're late bringing your pet in before the 1-year renewal, they cancel you. So any upfront money paid when taking the plan, you lose. Also the shots are VERY limited in their offering so you only get the very basic ones. They will hit you up for every other hypothetical expense, including blood work, labs, other shots, etc. so plan to walk out if there paying a whole lot more than you intended, which you thought would be just the "free shots for life". And your pet may very well need that extra care, bloodwork, tests etc. But not all do.

Love this place. They are super kind, can always fit us in, and offer great services. We moved out of the area and still take our boys here.

I have been to a handful of vet clinics but I will not take our fur babies anywhere else now that I’ve found Happy Tails. We have a Old Danish Pointer and a Husky. Our Husky baby does not like to go to the vet at all. Due to Covid right now I could not be with the Husky inside to make things go smoother. With this being said the staff at Happy Tails spent quality time with her and did their best to make her more comfortable. They were very nice and polite and the Dr’s were very informative. Our pointer baby has had problems with his ear that no other vet could clarify until we brought them in to Happy Tails. I would definitely recommend giving this place a shot. They are very affordable as well.

I love Happy Tails. The vets and techs are all very nice and knowledgeable. They try to make it as pleasant as possible for my fur babies including distracting them with PB while they get their shots.

Due to the pandemic the assistant took my dog from the car. mollie is blind so I was a little concerned she would be very frightened. When they returned her she was not traumatized in the least. That sold me on the wonderful care they provided. My thanks go to the entire staff at Happy Tails. If there were 6 stars I would rate them all 6

So happy we found this Vet. They take great care of or mini Dachshund Bella.

1st visit was good. The vet spent a good amount of time talking to me after my dogs check up and vaccines. I just wish we could go in with our pets but with Covid I understand.

Super helpful and very tentative to my dogs needs

I took my dog in For a laceration and they were so attentive and kind! They were up front about the pricing and gave me my options for taking care of the dog! They were very professional and kind! They did a great job of taking care of the dog. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has a need for a vet!

If you are anything like me, there are very few people you trust with your fur babies. I trust Happy Tails! We have 6 pups! 2 Boxers, 2 Great Pyrenees and 2 mixes that I wouldn’t take anywhere else. The staff is patient, knowledgeable and loving with my babies. They make me feel extremely comfortable watching how they interact with our pups. Highly recommended!

This was our first visit to Happy Tails Veterinary Care clinic as a newcomer to the area, and even though, due to Covid, I did not get to go inside, I felt very comfortable letting my fur baby go in without me. Everyone was very friendly, communicative, knowledgeable. Dr. Hana Kudela came out to my car (in the rain) to explained everything. We have used Happy Tails for several years now, and they’ve always provided excellent care for our pets. We had to have our dog put down several months ago and they couldn’t have been any more patient, caring, sweet and supportive. I love this office and their employees. We have a new dog and he is now their patient as well!

I’ve used Happy Tails for a few years now and I absolutely love the entire office. I have 4 cats and they have all seen both Dr. Klein and Dr. Kudela. Both Doctors are extremely caring and gentle! Entire staff is very professional and friendly. Affordable prices and they have even seen my fur babies same day for emergency visits! I highly recommend and my fur babies will be patients for life!
