Love love love the vets and techs... they truly care about our fur babies!! Dr. Earick saved my Bella's life. Thanks to all that has been so patient with her.

Nice staff, never have to wait very long, reasonable bills Absolute refusal to provide any documentation on my pet's care whatsoever, I've tried everything. Doctor is amazing though.

Our frannys doctor was very kind. So was everyone else....we will seehow the surgery goes tomaroo morning. God be with my franny and the doctors...well almost a year later and my dog died. She was kept under anesthesia too long. I trueley am crushed still..i will never forgive them .. She was 13 years old and the doctor spayed her. So thats when she died . This is a year and a half later. I am absolutely heartbroken I trusted this vet. Why did this happen ??? ???? and when I first got there it was all good ya right g ht. I want a refund..... I will never forgive or forget this....

Wouldn't take my fur baby anywhere else.

I had a terrifying experience with my fur baby today! She got into something she wasn't supposed too and I panicked. I called my vet that we have used for about a year now that I haven't been to happy with anyway and they sent me to an emergency vet. I get to the emergency vet that they sent me too and it was closed. I called and place after place and no one would help. I knew that Best Friend was close to where I was so I just pulled I and went inside. I was explain my situation when Dr. Napier overheard. She immediately grabbed my dog and took her back. She took amazing care of her and reassured me that everything was okay. She was very thorough and down to Earth. She seems to genuinely care. I left and immediately canceled my plan with the vet I had been using. I will for sure go through Best Friend from now on!! Absolutely no complaints.

Jennifer at the front desk has HORRIBLE customer service skills. This has been addressed with the vet. It is very unfortunate that a person greeting people acts this way. Dr. NAPIER is one of the best vets I have ever seen for all of my babies anywhere in the state of Georgia. I totally recommend her but Jennifer needs a talking to!!

Had to make an emergency visit here today and I was blown away by the customer service and very affordable. They genuinely care for your fur babies! I will be transferring all of my vet needs here soon. They’re incredible!

To pricey and need more friendly attitude after all they are dealing with a family member.

I can always rest easy on vacation knowing my pups are in good hands when I board them at best friend! Have also used them as primary vet care before I moved further away and highly recommend them for all of their services!

We have taken our dogs here for 2 years now and they are the best people around. When we had to put our old boy down they were so caring and everyone had the chopping onion eyes. They really do understand what you are going through and commit to making it as easy as possible for you. The compassion was incredible and so needed. They even make a paw print of your beloved family member for a keepsake. Cannot say enough good things about them.

I never share a review, but I just wanted to say this is the best place I’ve ever taken my pet. I’ve been with them for almost 2 years. They really do almost make it feel like a ‘best friend’ relationship. Everyone is so helpful, understanding, and comforting. I can tell they work really hard and I appreciate everything they’ve done for my dog and I so far more than they know. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and kind place to take their pets!

I can't say enough good about this vet office. Every vet and tech I've spoken to is polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hours and non emergency pricing have been a lifesaver for my troublemaker several times recently. I'm always impressed, the cat always recovers quickly, and I'm never taken advantage of. I love this place and recommend it to everyone.

We boarded our two doggies here. They offer lots of options for their stay. It is a safe and secure place to leave pets because they can provide medical support if necessary. That was peace of mind for us.

I have been coming here for about a year almost now , when I first discovered them I was in desperate need of help with my American bully , I had took him somewhere prior to get neutered and boy did they mess him up , and they tried to tell me it was normal , So I called this amazing place to seek help with my dog because of the prior place didn’t know anything , and they made him right , I have used him for my boyfriends dog , my dads dog , my boss dogs . LOVE THEM !!!!!!!

Best Friend Veterinary Hospital has always been there for my little Lacie throughout the years. They helped us when her paw was stepped on and broken (x-rays, cast, pain medicine), when she got a worm (I fell behind on her dewormer and they had to give her one of those injectable iv that goes under the skin), and when she fell severe ill and was diagnosed with mild pancreitis. Thanks for educating me as well on how to be a better pet owner!

They care so much about your pets. Such kind and thoughtful people there. They have helped us with our two dogs for two years now. No complaints. They also handled curbside appointments and pickups with ease during all this madness the last year.

Terrible customer service. It's been 3 weeks since our pup tested positive for hookworms and whipworms and we've yet to speak to a vet. We have tried multiple times to get in touch with one but no luck. Extremely unprofessional to have an assistant call to tell us about the test results, we had many questions and they were never answered. Been bringing our pup here since 2016 but we will be finding a new vet. Fair warning, they will spend more time pushing things on you than actually speaking to you about your pet's wellbeing.

The best place to take your pets. Dr. Lesnick is absolutely fabulous at her job and really cares about your animals. My two cats are very lucky to have such a wonderful vet. It’s a little pricey but well worth it.

This practice has helped me over the years and most recently with my dog Lilo through her chronic condition, and they could not have been more kind and compassionate. I am very grateful to Dr. Sue, Dr. Lesnick and all the doctors and staff for always trying their best to accommodate us. They’ve all been excellent. N Hahn

My dog had been here a few times for annual visits prior to COVID and had a great experience. He twisted his paw running up the deck stairs in April and they took him right in. They had a great setup for social distancing and drop-off/pickup. The vets and techs are wonderful here. Highly recommend!
