Excellent facility for boarding and they took good care of my dog

My daughter loves the service they give here.

The staff and facility was absolutely what I hoped it would be and for that I will continue to do business with them and refer to my other colleagues that are fur baby parents. Thank you for taking care of my baby girl.

The staff are professional and also caring. They did a super job of bathing and grooming our long hair cat.

This establishment was referred to me by my fur baby vet and I must say that I was very impressed with the staff and the service they provided my dog. This was her 1st time being boarded and I was concerned on the outcome of that. Well after meeting staff members I was put at some ease and was able to enjoy vacation. When I checked on my dog I didn't get the sense that I was disturbing them and they were happy to provide me with all the information I requested. I do believe that I have found a safe and secure location for boarding my precious family member.

Place was pretty decent , and seemed cleaned. Didnt like i was quoted 1 fee prior to arrival over the phone but charged an extra 25.00 on the day of p/u(sunday). I understand i arrived during the 1 hr window on time but they made it seem like i would not be charged an extra fee if i picked my pooch up on that day on time before closing but was charged anyone because of some weird reasoning.. Thats how these businesses get your money.

Not sure what happens here..but both of my dogs came home sick and my friends dogs who were there at the same time are sick too. ????

I use this place for the very first time my baby was there for about 10 days. He had never ever been inboarding before so this was a nervous experience for me to begin with. I asked for him to be bathed before I picked him up and he wasn't when I got him even though he was supposed to be housed alone, he smelled awful and was just very dirty he wasn't cleaned or anything in any capacity. He just had days and days and days of food caked on him that caused him an infection under his face and wrinkles. I have a French bulldog. I called the day after pick up on Sunday, when the office was back open to speak with someone about my concerns as well as the billing charges as I was charged more than I was told originally. I'm still waiting for a call back and it's been 2 weeks now. At this point I'm very dissatisfied and don't think I'll ever return my baby there. BEWARE!

This was the first stay at Camp Paradise for our little girl Bella, and she loved it! When she got home (it's not that far from our house) it was just normal play... no running to a dark place to unwind and sleep, she was stress free. We will be returning customers.

We only boarded for three days and our dogs looked great when we returned. The facility could use some upgrades and a good cleaning, but the staff seemed nice and very accommodating! Would use again!

I was very impressed with how perfect Ginger’s haircut was compare to all the other groomers I’ve visited. The lady at the desk and the guy who groomed the dog were very nice and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Great customer service! When we first used this place for our German Sheppard, it was because its usual hotel had no vacancy.Thank God! It was a great move! Since then, we always leave my dog over there whenever we go on vacation. No complaints whatsoever. I hope they stay around for a long time.

Blu was excited to be at the pet resort. Such a caring facility. We have booked more dates for this year for Blu to stay.

Professional! Wonderful experience! Staff was great! Our dog did not have any of the issues we normally expect when boarding with our vet! He will typically have an upset stomach for several days after boarding and be so shaky and anxious from lack of interaction (and fear, I'm sure). Not the case when he stayed here! He was so calm when we picked him up, along with a clean blanket and fresh bath! Will definitely recommend!

The staff here is great. Very patient with my difficult ChowChow. I have been going here about 10 yrs now. It's almost an hour from my home, but worth the drive.

We've now boarded our doggie here twice and she loves it. We love that they give her a bath so she comes home smelling fresh!
