Raina loves Allison! Sorry if I spelt your name wrongly. There were two cases where we had to schedule visits almost immediately but the app said that they are fully booked till end of month. I gave them a call (on both occasions) and they were able to let me drop Raina off. Dr Noel is amazing. I just feel like everyone over at Banfield Conyers are great. Raina has been on their OWP for over a year now. Thank you for taking such good care of Raina ❤️

Zero remorse. All sales pitching while my dog has pneumonia. We pay $200 a month for 8 years on a care plan that obviously doesn’t cover anything. We were told to call back in 24 hours to see if the treatment (steam showers) were helping. When I did call I was told in a very rudely manner that there’s absolutely nothing else they could do for me and they didn’t know why I was calling them anyways. Do not take your sick dogs here.

Always has everything I need and more

I love Banfield. My Lucy gets very good Treatment from the Doctors, and Nurses there. And all of the Staff are very friendly to Lucy's Mom.

Intake was quick. They took good care of my baby. They called the day after his teeth cleaning to see if he was having any issues. His teeth are sparkling.

To expensive if you ask me.

My office visit for my dog was great. She got shots, booster, nails clipped and micro chipped all within a hour and they're very affordable

Great experience. All questions answered. My Kenzie was taken in at her appointment time no waiting.

A few things (mix of positive and negative) ... And I say this for informational purposes only... I did not consider this a bad experience.... 1) If your dog has an accident, you're expected to attempt to clean it up (in our case our 70 pound dog's accident was too large to clean with the cheap provided paper towels so it was mopped up) —however, previous accidents the same day weren't cleaned properly, so the dog smelled other dog's urine. 2) There's friendly staff at counter and behind the counter 3) It's expensive for simple things. We had a vaccine followup—just the shot, and it was over $100. Maybe that's normal, I'm not sure. 4) The vet told us everything was normal and healthy but the written report had previously unmentioned problem areas which is incredibly frustrating when it'll cost at least $100 to go back and ask a question. (This was not the same trip as the before mentioned vaccine followup). 5) Easy to schedule, quick waiting time.

Excellent service; I brought my dog to them all the time for his comprehensive exam and vaccines. However, the cost is so expensive I am thinking about finding another place. I was very shocked to learn I need $595 to remove two of his teeth; unbelievable, right?

I have my puppy Penelope Rose is on their puppy wellness plan. She is well taken care of and treated very well by the staff.

The customer service is terrible. The gal who answers the phone is rude and of no help. They basically told me my dog has to go without his medicated shampoo because they are understaffed. When I asked to speak with the vet I was told she would call me back, I never received a call from her. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told I could not do that. I will be contacting corporate as well as other sources. This is unaccepted.

They carry almost everything for every pet you can imagine.

My puppy(Penelope the black and brown cheweenie) is on the wellness plan. Which is nice and cost effective for me. My first visit I had to wait almost 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. That was my only small issue. The Veterinarian came and spot to me about her care and need and what was done on that visit. The staff was very nice,friendly and helpful.

Great Customer Service and they take care of your pet and keep you informed to the results and suggests an action plan.

First and last appt at banfield conyers. We had a horrible experience at this location and won't come back. We feel misled and that they were just trying to make sales versus truly servicing and taking care of our puppy. Do your due diligence there are other vets and options for vaccinations. We will never recommend this place.

Great experience. This was our first visit with our new puppy and put us at ease. Everyone was very pleasant, helpful and very informative. We had tons of questions regarding our new pup and they gladly answered them all. We would definitely recommend this place.

The service is always great...staff very nice

I was signed up for a extra service without my permission, and the extra amount is being deducted from my account. Although I feel safe bringing my dog here, the staff was completely dishonest when it came to signing me up for (the wrong) wellness plan. I've been trying to get this resolved, but to no avail
