I have been coming here with two dogs for 20 years. I have two new dogs 2yrs old. My lab Max has been in several times this year for lots of things. Choked on a dog bone and had surgery. Kennel cough etc. I have spent thousands just in 2021 here. Today Max had an appt at 9. My son was late getting there. And that is our fault. But they turned him away for 12 minutes. Max can’t walk well. We had a hard time getting him off the couch and Into the truck with his paw hurt. We should not have been late. But they turned away a dog that is hurt. I won’t be going back here and it makes me sad. We put our old dog down with these folks. And they saved Max’ life when he choked on the bone. But sometimes people are flawed and I have waited before when they were running late. I am so disappointed. We have literally been regulars here all year with Max and our Stella that we just lost so we were frequent visitors all year. It’s sad that care has gone out of this office. Update to your reply: I won’t be contacting you. You have lost your compassion. You sent away a dog that was hurt. I have nothing else to discuss. You have lost my business.

I have been taking my dogs and cats to this clinic for more than 20 years. I have spend a lot of money with them. Today I had a situation with my boxer with an ear infection that he constantly gets. My son who is in Alpharetta is keeping him for the weekend. He calls me and tells me that the dog right is hurting. I went to the clinic and explained that I couldn’t bring the dog since he was in the other part of town. It was 3:00 pm and I would not have time to drive there and back. I asked as a favor to please give me the ear drops that he has gotten for 7 years now. They completely refused it. They wanted me to bring the dog because “they haven’t seen him in 6 month “ I begged for it , told them it’s the weekend,I have to go out of town for work . I understand there are rules but this isn’t a dangerous medication that needs control. If Dr Murph would have been there I believe it would have been different. Well , no more North Cobb Clinic for me.!!!! They just didn’t care

I can’t say I wouldn’t recommend taking your pet here at all, however, IF you do take your pet here DO NOT see Dr. Navarra. If you make an appointment or go here at all, ask specifically for Dr. King. I took a stray kitten I recently rescued to this vet and unfortunately saw Dr. Navarra. She is an arrogant, insensitive poor excuse for a doctor. After taking my 8 week old kitten to the back, away from me, I heard my cat screaming to the top of her lungs for 10 minutes straight. When Dr. Navarra came back to me I, understandably, had a few questions. She refused to answer any question I had about what was happening with my cat and got a VERY unprofessional attitude with me for simply being concerned about my cat.

Dr. Navarra and staff are attentive and extremely caring of my fur babies. When my older fur baby developed a heart condition, Dr. Navarra worked hard to find a treatment plan that would help him feel comfortable. Compassion, love, and support are only a few of the great qualities this place displays. Wouldn't go anywhere else :)

My baby Zoey was hurt, they got me in right away. Everyone was so wonderful. Great staff, great doctor! I think we have found our forever vet!

Nice place. Still not the same since the original founding doctor passed away. Dr Murphy also mysteriously vanished and he was the best vet doctor they had in other opinion. The staff remains friendly but their partnership with a pet drugstore needs improvement. The store takes your order then takes a month to get it to you even though it says the medicine is in stock. NCAC needs to put their foot down on that partner fast. It's making them look bad. The vets on staff today are nice. You won't be disappointed otherwise.

I began bringing my dogs here two years ago. This last visit, my geriatric dog was very ill. We were concerned that this might have been the end. While we were willing to do what we could, we knew expensive surgeries and procedures, at this stage, was not for us. They listened and did not push the most expensive treatments. We began with the easiest of treatments as a stepping stone, and luckily it worked well. My old guy is as good as new. I appreciated their sincerity, honesty, and willingness to hear my needs and concerns. I also greatly appreciated their knowledge and care of my fur baby.

The staff was great today. Today was not a good day had to send... Alpha to doggie Heaven today. They made process very easy. Even though it was sad ????

They make the experience great for my puppy and don't waste my time or money. I love North Cobb Animal Hospital!

I LOVE this place! The front office people are always super nice, and the vets are always really nice. They also don't break the bank, and their vet care is fantastic. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Not very professional. Called a week ahead to schedule a cat grooming and wasn't told anything other than a date to come in. Showed up and was told they couldn't shave the cat unless they had proof of vaccines. Not sure why you need that for a shave but ok if it's your policy. So I asked why wasn't I told that over the phone as a courtesy? Only answer I got was "Sorry". I have no problem getting the records but it just rankles me the way they handled it. We will go elsewhere from now on. Poor phone skills at call in, poor customer service experience at the counter.

Everyone was nice and knowledgeable. The visit didn't take as long as I thought it would. Plus I found it affordable. The main thing is that they treated my dog Roxanne very well.

I take my dog to this Vet. The staff and doctors are kind to her which makes me happy. They send reminders when it is time for a visit.

I have been using North Cobb Animal Hospital for over 15 years. They have always been warm, courteous and professional during the best of times and the absolute worst times of my pets lives. I absolutely would recommend them.

We've used this vet since we moved to town 6 years ago and have had wonderful experiences each time. When one of my fur babies passed away, they were so wonderful to us, gave us a clay imprint of is paw, and sent us a card to let us know they were thinking of us. Highly recommend.

Yet another company that thinks they're the mask enforcers. If you don't want anyone in your business without a mask that's fine we'll take our business elsewhere

Dr. King was fantastic! So kind and thorough. The tech was great too. We've definitely found our new doggie doc.

North Cobb Animal Hospital has been our veterinarian for our many fur babies over the years. We trust them and truly appreciate their kindness.

With both of our puppies they have been absolutely amazing. 1 is 13 + years old and the other is 2 years old. Both are large dogs and they are absolutely treated like their loved and enjoyed seeing the vet. They have been honest with me about what I did and did not need for our pets and I couldn't be more thankful

Don’t expect them to keep your appointment. I came in for a dental cleaning special on March 9th that I had made the appointment for on January 13th. I get to the hospital and they say not only can they not find my appointment but that they need a consultation. Their office had almost two months to contact me to resolve these issues but made no effort to reach out to me and resolve this. When speaking with Brenda she was very condescending when telling me my dog is “not active” because the hospital hasn’t seen him since 2016 and begins questioning me as to why and telling me there is no way I could’ve booked this appointment. All I wanted was to rectify the prerequisites so I could get this wonderful deal but because of their lackluster communication I ended up in the parking lot for them to tell me I never had an appointment in the first place. They did not send confirmation and that should’ve been a red flag. So I ask for a rain check on the deal because of their staff’s oversight but the woman is being accusatory saying that I haven’t even vaccinated him (which he is, just not with them) and he needs a consultation and all these other things, which they could’ve called or emailed me about beforehand. I will find another hospital to go to because if they can’t keep a schedule properly, they won’t keep my dog properly.

The staff was very nice. My complaint is with an ad for a dental special. It is advertised as 195, but when going for the consult I was given a list of things that "might" be needed. Anesthesia was one of the "mights". Anesthesia, as I understand it, is ALWAYS necessary when cleaning a dog's teeth. The list of might was nearly a page long and they wouldn't say which they believed my dog may need. Soooo when all was said and done it could be 195 or it could be over 800 dollars, and they wouldn't know for sure until after the procedure was over. This seems like complete BS. I will be taking my pet elsewhere for treatment!!

One of the best Vets I have ever been to. They make you and your pet feel like family. I have been coming here for years and highly recommend anyone bringing their animals here! I drive around 40 minutes just to bring my dog to them!

Thank you so much Dr.Murphy and Erin for helping Chipper out! His breath smells a lot better and he is feeling more like himself. We look forward to coming back in April when his shots are due.

Came today for the first time and I had a great experience, Dr king was amazing and very knowledgeable! Definitely the place for my babies.
