Prince loves visiting Preppy Pet.

Put in request on line said we would get a call to confirm and never did. Called two days latter and they said they sent an email to let us know they have no availability and probably went to spam folder. Problem is your website said I would recieve a call withing 24 hours not an email. Either change what the site said or do what it said you would do.

Boarded our two rottweiler children here and I know this place is beyond wonderful because when we picked the children up, they were HAPPY and CALM! Relaxed bodies, wagging tails (well, bottoms). At the last place, they had chewed their collars off. Owner is kind, personable and accommodating. A vacation stay for fur babies too!

Get back to you quick about any concerns you have and try to make it right

We left our dog on a 6 night on boarding trip, very excited about giving the company a try. When we returned our dog he was filthy and smelling. His white areas of his coats were now yellow as if he were left in pea over night. Almost if he was neglected, we were told to come back @1230 to allow them time to bath him when we returned @1pm he was still dirty. It also seem like he was left u attended and unfed. If you live your pet like me this is not the best on boarding

They took such great care of River and Rover! Very quick response to getting our pups in for boarding, and they came back happy. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Love this place for our dog! Have used them twice for boarding and a few times for the daycare and absolutely trust that he’s in good hands when he’s there! The owner is so nice and friendly, knows the dogs that stay there and you can tell he loves them. My dog is always clean and happy when I pick him up, and wore out from playing with the other dogs. Also love that you can check on them with the pet cams!

The staff was very nice and getting my dog set up was very easy. I have to say, the place smelled of urine and my dog smelled when I picked him up. I'm thankful that he was in a safe location while I had to be away, but I won't be back.

Mr. Frost and his wife run a great business here. Whenever I leave Archie in their care, I have no worries. They even have pet cams so you can check in during business hrs to see how your furry friend is doing. As long as we are in Columbus, Preppy Pets is the only place I will board Archie at.

My dogs are older and don't do well at all boarding facilities. They did fine at one, that I had a problem with. (Stealing food) With that said, I will say that I didn't have one single issue with Preppy Pets. The prices were good, the playtime is a bonus for being offered, they walk them a lot during the day, my oldest dog had an accident in his suite and a sweet lady (didn't get her name) bathed him. I think my dogs enjoyed their stay. I appreciate Preppy Pets, because many pets are already anxious being away from their families and usual routine and this place understands that and does the best that can be done.

Prices are great and staff was kind and went the extra mile to help me out. Thank you

Used them for lodging over the weekend & my dog seemed to love the experience.

This was the first time I boarded my dog. I brought his own food and treats but when I picked him up, it seemed as if he had the same amount of food in the bag. I believe they fed him some other dog food and he is just a puppy (4months). He stayed for 2 1/2 days and since he’s been home, he’s had diarrhea. Other than that, he looked as if he had a pleasant stay and was treated ok. Update: Called the owner this morning to find out they gave him pumpkin to settle his stomach for diarrhea. He didn’t have diarrhea when I took him but I understand he could have gotten nervous being around other dogs. They should have contacted me to let me know they were giving my dog something else other than the food I brought or to get my consent! On top of that he is vomiting! Never again will I take him there! Owner just kept repeating the same thing on the phone smh

Great place that cares to make sure your pup's are taken care of. Gave us estimates and answered all of our questions. Would definitely go back again.

My husband and I were visiting for the holidays and needed doggy daycare for our 5 month old puppy. She is a highly energetic breed and needs a lot of attention. We brought her 2 days and will never use anyone else when we are in town! Preppy Pet took great care of our pup and even gave us a report card at the end of the day. So pleased with how they took care of her!

My dog Snuggles has been boarding here for over five years now! She loves the staff and she always meets new friends when she boards! She has to take allergy meds for her skin condition and they are always so good about giving her the meds and bathing her in her special medicated shampoo!! I love Preppy Pet!!

Great place to keep your pups! I love Preppy Pet! I have four dogs 2 bulldogs and 2 hound mixes and they love it there!! Their prices are outstanding- I love that they offer 1/2 off for each additional dog per night-only place in town that I know of that does that!

Thanks for taking in my Weezer in such short notice! He had fun and always came back tired and happy. I will most definitely use you again when I'm in town visiting family. I appreciate all of your help and accommodation while dealing with a family emergency! Also, prices are very reasonable and the hours are fantastic!
