Very unprofessional staff and extremely rude doctor...would never take any of my cats here again...Dr. Young was very unkind and the receptionist was nasty. This office was poorly ran and often had staff overturn and I see why no one would want to work in this environment. The receptionist, Stephanie was cold and more concerned with pleasing Dr. Young than helping with my animal.

They are very courteous and get you pet seen in a timely manner! In my opinion, they are a bit pricey. I was in and out within 30 minutes which included setting up the follow-up appt!

Great clinic for cats!! They really care about their patients, and treat them and us like family!!!

They gave my cat the dignity and respect he lacked at his last vet, even in his final moments. I can't thank them enough for being so professional and empathetic during that time, and treating our cat with the respect he deserved. I hate that we had to go for that reason, but it was as pleasant as it could be with these vets.

It's strictly for cats so it's a lot quieter no stress on the cat and they specialize cats only so what I feel like they dedicate their expertise to. Cats only. And they're very good at it . Thank you all cats clinic

I have spent a lot of money at different vets on my cats BUT only all cats clinic were they able to get the right treat and get well! Great treatment, friendly staff, they care about our babies!

I've been bringing my cats to this place for years. The employees are great. but I'm trying to get used to the new Vet that has taken the place of the Doctor that retired.

This vet and the people that work there are some of the most caring I've ever seen at a vet's office. As long as I have cats, this is my vet's office! I love these guys!

I posted a 5 star rating a few months back when Dr Young was here. He is no longer here although the website continues to say he is. The prices has gone up very much and you also don't work weekends. I think u lack empathy for your old customers in need of your services when they are in a financial crisis, which is neither your cat fault. Although I wish you well on your practice, I would like other to know that there is a Cat Specialist also at Northside and they also are open weekends and the prices are reasonable.

We have multiple cats that were all patients here so this review is based off personal experience. The prices are higher than some of the other vet clinics, but that’s not the major issue. My issue is the employees. I’m not a vet, I don’t know a lot about cats health, so when I have concerns and call or come up there with these concerns, i don’t want to be spoken to and treated like a moron. There customer service is terrible. They treat the cats good but until the cats start paying the bill, I’m going to deal with someone that treats humans better.

This place is really great, we've got two cats that are seen regularly and have had nothing but a great experience. Military friendly. Highly recommended.

Really nice folks that seem to be real cat lovers. All of our cats go there and they supply and know the proper paper work for tags and shots by county or if you live on base. The only reason I took a star was because when we took in one of our rescue cats to be nurtured, tested and have their shots they asked very casually if I would like to have him put down if he had feline leukemia or aids,like that was even an option. I get the best way to stop it is to put them down but maybe just offer advice in how important it is to make them a solitary house cat.
