The doctor and the employees at this veterinarian this veterinarian is so awesome they do care a lot about your pets I would recommend this veterinarian clinic To my family or friends.

I can not brag about them enough! They were so gracious to see our cat Baxter on a Saturday when he had bitten and it had become infected. The front office staff is the nicest around. The vet was very attentive and explained everything thoroughly! I am so grateful for their kindness and expertise.

Waist of time and money.i suggest to go somewhere that uses their educated and common sense to pinpoint what actually is wrong instead of running 20 tests and hundreds of dollars later and still not resolved. I mean I think I could do better with judgement just from being around animals my whole life. I wasn't feeling a genuine knowledge connection. I wouldn't recommend. Over priced extremely. It's like ok well its not that let's test for this. Oh it's not that either let's test for that oh it's not that either. Like did u really go to college for this

They are very friendly and helpful. They care for your pet and help whenever it's needed. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and experienced in handling all sorts of animals

My first visit with my new rescue pit. The staff was wonderful. Dr. T came out and explained everything I needed to know and do. Extremely pleased.

very pricey but cares for your animals well being .took my dog in for humatomah on ear had exzam sent home had to come back less than 10 days to second visit for hematomah on his ear had to pay again .just to be told he had a humatomah on ear HELLO NEW THIS IN FIRST VISIT IT WAS THE REASON FOR MY VISIT FIRST TIME NOW PAY TWO VISITS PAID AND SENT HOME SAME PROBLEM UNSOLVED .said to pay AGAIN COME FOR THIRD VISIT .MEANWHILE MY DOG IS NOT ANY BETTER NOTHING DONE JUST PAY .PAY AGAIN AND NOW COME AND PAY YET AGAIN .WOW.HIS EAR STILL NO HELP .CHANGED VET HATED TO BUT REALLY DID WRONG IN MY EYES THIS TIME .I USE TO LOVE THIS VET .NOW I SAY THANKS FOR NOTHING BUT TAKING MONEY TWICE AND DOING NOTHING AND STILL WANTING MORE ..THIS IS SAD ???? .

Everyone here is very nice and very helpful. Was able to get an appointment quickly and my cat was better after seeing them. I can tell they genuinely care for and pay attention to him when we have had to bring him in. Only thing I thought was weird was that they are unable to take my little cats blood without sedating him because “he doesnt like it” or “doesnt want them to”. I understand it is a safety issue but I have had 3 cats previously and all of them were bigger and more aggressive with vets and they have never had a problem taking blood. I am able to hold him down without being scratched or bit so I dont understand why they cant do the same to quickly take his blood. Besides that, have had very good experiences here and they have helped us when we needed it.

Great service. The vet and vet techs all did a great job with my dog. I will continue to use their services and wills recommend them to others.

The physician was very nice and my dog is more energetic and happier than shes ever been.

They are friendly but this is an organization that just seems to not communicate with each other , they will tell you a price over the phone but when you get there it’s a whole different ballgame I suggest this place only if you got that ppp loan cause you just don’t know how much it will actually be they don’t do anything you ask them to do they do what they want i went twice and was charged the same price 140 after being told It would only be 24 dollars you do not talk to any doctor you only talk to the people at the front desk if you have any animal that has skin allergies do not come here I also was supposed to medication for my pup but for some reason they don’t what I was talking about basically saying some he say she say stuff and now I have to go back and pay for it again do not recommend

Weren't taking walk-ins I had an emergency with a stray kitten. But I called 15 other vets besides this one and even Auburn University animal vet.

When I call and inquired about the cost of boarding my puppy for five nights, I was told that the cost was $20.00 per night. Also I was told that I should bring all current medical records pertaining to my puppy. I knew that was no problem in getting the puppy's records because she had just been to her vet only five days prior and she had received all her shots necessary along with a fecal examination. On the day of her boarding, the vet assistants came out to the car and started to explain everything that had to be done for the puppy's boarding. When I tried to explain that she had all her shots, I was told that she had to be examined by their vet along with a lot of the same procedures my puppy's vet had already done five days ago. When they concluded all of their charges, I was hit with a $248.00 bill instead of what was quoted to me, $100.00 for five days of boarding. I truly feel that I was ripped off by a con artist. My advice to you is look somewhere else for a place to board your pet. They are crooks at this veterinary office/hospital.

Absolutely love this vet they have been there for any and every situation we have needed them including assisting with a few puppies that were delivered not breathing. Great place for animal care

They were friendly and informative as well as prompt with services provided and addressing concerns.

The staff is very friendly, but I have had trouble getting my dog’s prescription from them on multiple occasions over the span of 8 months. I was first told they did not give physical prescriptions or do electronic approvals, so I purchased my dog’s medication from them. I was then later told, by another employee, that they do give physical prescriptions. However, they would not give me the prescription because my dog needed more tests in a few months. We waited to get the tests done. After the tests, we were told the prescription would be ready 2-4 days after his appointment. It has been 8 days. We’ve yet to receive the physical prescription, and I had to call for an update. The veterinarian is apparently waiting on a prescription pad which is what has been taking so long. We’ve been given the runaround for the last time. It would be great if they would go on and do the electronic approval if they do not have a prescription pad. It seems they would much rather clients purchase medications through them, which would be fine if prices were not cheaper elsewhere. They also make you pay for your pet’s paperwork (if you ever need an additional copy) whether it is emailed or picked up. It doesn’t seem this facility has clients’ best interest at heart, especially when it comes to prescriptions. Again, they are very friendly, but we will not be returning.

We are in the military and we are never coming back here

I brought my guinea pigs here for their first appointment today, I’m a first time guinea pig owner and I was beyond nervous. Everyone was nothing but kind, every interaction was wonderful and the vet was amazing. I’ve been researching guinea pigs constantly for months and to have a vet that supported this information and give me feedback and suggestions was much appreciated! I look forward to having them as my pig’s vet from here on out and I am thankful we have a small animal vet in Columbus who is so capable ????

I would like to say thank you to the staff at Buena Vista Road. My dog has been going there forever, but three days ago he went to doggie heaven. I had to get my dogs shots updated in a hurry due to moving and I waited till the last minute! Buena Vista Rd Animal Hospital worked my dog in on the same day!! I called several places and they at least had a 2 week wait! Thank you Buena Vista Animal Hospital! You are truly a life saver!! The curb-side service was also awesome and friendly!

Great customer service. Took great care of my puppy.

After a not so good experience with another vet we decided to try out this vet for a second opinion. About a week earlier another vet had told me my dog has a tumor. that is all not what kind, not it it is benign or cancerous just a tumor and they wanted to do surgery. I brought my dog here for a second opinion. Even through registration they were very thorough the registration asked me a ton of questions about my dog and then had me fill out a sheet as well. They came and got my dog promptly. They did his exam and then the vet called me and explained everything. They did a fine needle biopsy of the tumor and told me it was most likely benign, and where it came from and what they recommend Dr. Tannaz also took the time to answer all of my questions and told me to call her back for any more questions. She is also being very through with his surgery since he is 8 she is taking all necessary precautions like an EKG, and making sure he is healthy enough to undergo surgery. I will absolutely make this my vet. The vet even sent me a hand written welcome card after our visit.
