Wonderful. Great staff! We are first time fur parents and we felt very comfortable leaving our two cats in their hands And we have a follow-up appointment. We also received great information too!

Update, pup is having to have toe amputated because this vet did not remove his nail properly. These folks are not at ALL concerned about anything other than money. Avoid at all cost. PS read the negative reviews on here, weird that they always seem to have a different "hospital Manager", also have a high Vet turnover.

Sad to say but this place is all about your money. Took my dog for minor surgery and healing didn't happen as planned. They charged me for a follow up visit which I could live with but when I needed to bring him back because healing was still not going well they wouldn't even see him for 5 minutes without a charge. Basically I was ripped off since the work they did wasn't right and they won't stand by it. Beware of this place.

Most expensive Vet, would not refill a medication that my dog has been using for his skin over the phone, even when i explained my circumstance. They want the extra $70 you get charged with a visit. Poor quality and too expensive.

My cat’s ear infection was not getting better after used the medicines they gave me. Also, the veterinarian was not so professional. It took her a long time to check my cat and my cat was very painful when she did the injections

One of the most expensive vets I have brought my dog too. They are convenient, often able to get you in on short notice. However, they are very expensive. They constantly recommend shampoo and other additional purchases, even after me letting them know I already have those items. The vets here are more interested in taking the most expensive route and are not willing to work with owners. Such as my dog has skin issues and was prescribed a medication for his condition, which has happened in the past and usually solves the issue, however when I call to get a refill over the phone they are unwilling to work with you. They need me to "bring him back in", so I can also get charged an additional fee for the appointment. Would NOT recommend. My favorite Vet at the facility was a traveling vet and the only one who seemed truly genuine about solving the dogs health issues without prescribing everything he could think of. Will no longer be going to see this vet.

I have left several messages for the manager to contact me regarding renewing and finally texted me two weeks later. We have been a customer for 4.5 years and they could not even pick up the phone to call us. It seems that they don't really care despite the fact they are very pricy when compared to other places. I noticed many google reviews point out that they are very pricy so you would think they will make the time to contact you and address any concerns. I am very disappointed and happy i can share my experience with the public.

This VCA is one of the best vets in the area. I have three pets who they see, two dogs and a cat and they’ve been nothing but sweet, kind, and understanding. All of the staff there are sweethearts and awesome! I go out of my way every visit and drive 20-30 minutes just to see them as I don’t trust my pets with anyone else. They make you feel like family and the staff knows and remembers my pets. So happy to be apart of the VCA family. <3

Previous good service but expensive. Now I wanted to bring in my cat on a Monday after she broke her leg. Was told they did not have an opening until Thursday. NOT ACCEPTABLE !!!

Great place! The staff are exceedingly kind, they clearly love animals, and they even have our kitten a little new patient goodie bag!

Kind of pricey compared to other vets. But they took great care of my fur babies! So is was worth every penny!

The place was good, but the prices kept creeping up until it became unreasonable. We then went to another clinic with caring and friendly staff that provided the same care our pup needed for a fraction of the price. We have been very happy with the new place so far. Most likely we are not coming back here unless we really need to, just because of their service pricing.

The most compassionate team I’ve ever encountered. I lost my dog Saturday and this team went above and beyond to help me thru the process after being turned away from our current vet. This is the only office I’d trust any of my future pets to

Every member of the staff at this location is compassionate and professional. I have a dog and a cat who receive excellent care here. In addition, they recently added a groomer to the staff who far exceeded my expectations. Best grooming results for my dog in the 14 years that I've had her!

They really care about my animal...we just switched from Wellpet humane and so far I am super happy with them.

They gave me no choice that to put one, however I would put MINUS TEN. I have tried to contact the manager in that place for over 3 days. They called me stating that the lab results of my cat were "fine" when they even did not have a sample from my cat! I even had to discussed with the person on the phone that they had it wrong. I tried to give it one more chance. I gave then a sample days later, and silence. Nothing. My thoughts is that they don't do any lab or they just lie or both. Manager unresponsive. Feel bad for the receptionist that only can say "sorry". Mrs Keto, the vet, was sweet but unfortunate you can't trust a place that don't recognize serious mistakes nor care to contact their customers. The only good thing they did was to not have Pope there, he had no idea what my cat had until we had to spend thousands of dollars in another hospital. Too many opportunities given, negative return.

Been going to this vet for close to 5 years now. The vet tech's are great. Some recent changes to veteranary doctors which has been an improvement.

Terrible customer service. Left us waiting for 45 mins because they wanted to take a non-emergency walk-in before us. Then never bothered to contact us with any of our dogs results. Finally the most expensive vaccines/checkup I have ever been charged.

I didn't feel the vet told me everything. Tried to sell me insurance and other stuff. My dog had a yeast infection, I googled the symptoms same as I told vet.Y free visit cost over $100.00 not cool. But they were friendly and smiled.

Not only are they Doctors, but they also train police dogs.
