Very helpful staff. Just hard to find.

I have never been treated so badly at this store in all my years of shopping here. One “associate” argued with me that I didn’t know what I wanted. It took 3 people and the manager to help. “She” then proceeded to point at what I wanted and said “No, these are 2 different products, one has a backing and one doesn’t. Much to her rude surprise the backing was there, it had just fallen. She then told me not to be rude and shook her head like a 2 year old. My 13 year old son was there and was frightened by her behavior. The manager never apologized for her actions. When I questioned him after this transpired all he said was “I’ve got this” Wow, no apologies, nothing!! I will never set foot in that store again.

Over priced. Can get better at other stores

Had ZERO Cat de-wormer, not ONE!!! However they had a wall full of Dog de-wormer. What do they have against Cats health?

Very disappointed! The young lady was very nice, but she didn’t do a good job on my bay. My 5 month old puppy looks like someone gave her a blow out. I was charged for grinding her nails even though she told me she tried but couldn’t get them because she was too scared. So why charge me?! She didn’t trim around her feet like I asked and I’m just not happy with the cut at all. We won’t be back.

Store was clean & staff friendly. Found item I wanted in the shelf & noted the price was $10 less on line. Staff had no problem matching the price without hesitation.

Very helpful and I was able find all the supplies.

Everybody there was extremely friendly and helpful and when I had to make a return for something to make an exchange it was very easy.

Didn't find what I went for but I had a very nice employee help me look.

Took my puppy here for her grooming appointment. They called 3 minutes after I dropped her off saying they would not be able to complete her grooming because she was afraid of the clippers. Even though I thought 3 minutes was not long enough to gain her trust in someone she's never been around, I understood and went back to get her. When I picked her, the lady said she was able to do one area, but she got too scared. The area she tested was straight down my puppy's back! Why not try in an area that was not so noticeable?! That really upset me and is not cool at all.

Stopped in today for a pickup for a goldfish. Ordered a tank online and and the process was easy, the store was clean and customer service was fine. Upon checkout there was one associate who basically started grilling me about my tank size, my fish etc. I ended up putting all but one fish back and she was adamant I even return the one I had. I am all for advice and concern from professionals, but to literally talk down on customers and basically tell them they can’t get a goldfish because they don’t have a “80 gallon tank” is asinine. I am a new fish person and I again will take all advice but the tone she had and the the way it came across wasn’t the best. If you’re in the business of fish and selling you think you wouldn’t strongly deter customers who don’t have a 200 dollar tank not to buy one goldfish for .11. Ruined my whole night. Everybody else was flawless and helpful.

The staff was very nice. Store was very clean. Yes to handicap accessibility. All my pets needs and they offer pet training classes. Awesome!

Friendly and courteous staff. Provided lots and lots of options for small dog that's an extreme chewer.

Great greeting! We have just acquired a rescue pup and had to get some toys and other items. So off to petsmart. We found everything quickly, thanks to attentive staff, and were out there happy with our purchases and new pup is happy too!

Seem to have issues with cricket suply other than that, Tony Tiger approved!
