Best trainer I have used. Our German Shepherd came back from training a super dog.

The change in my dog for the positive is astounding. My main concern in taking him for training was his inability to leave the cats alone and now that problem is solved. He not only leaves the cats alone but the smaller dogs too. Everyone can be in the same room at the same time and I'm so relieved! Life is much easier now!

This is by far the BEST training facility you can go to. My dog has been such a handful with being “dog reactive” that I have been to 3 other trainers before coming here. Shayne has been beyond attentive and did everything in his power to help. He tried so many methods and never gave up on us. All of the trainers are amazing with the dogs and it truly shows. If this picture doesn’t show a happy dog, then I dont know what does(: Thank you guys for everything!

Brittany and Rachel are amazing at what they do! We really thought there was no hope with Nala, our German Shepard, but we are already seeing such a change in her first day home! Both of our babies loved their training so much. Brittany and Rachel were so great with training us too…we didn’t feel like idiots at all!

Couldn’t recommend enough!!! I brought my sassy Mini Aussie, Kash, early July for basic training. He’s been a dream since returning home! I am shocked at his improvement. Really fairly priced, awesome setup and facility, and the staff is amazing. They treat your babies like their own. Louis in particular was fantastic! He communicated with me and provided updates without me even reaching out, and he is always open for questions. He’s been such a blessing and is a wealth of knowledge!!

Great staff, awsome insights on your dogs behavior. They teach you as well as your dog, to insure continued development for your K-9. Lots of options from single sessions with you to multi-week sessions, boarding for training and technical obstacle course training. Great facilities and super flexible trainers.

One of the best decisions we’ve made was to bring our 6 month old German Shepherd puppy for basic obedience training at Georgia K9. We found our pup from a rescue shelter and she entered training as a socially challenged, timid but stubborn pup who loved to bite. Chase and his team did an amazing job, not only with training, but also in every interaction with us through the process. Chase was super helpful in guiding us through training and providing helpful tips and answering all of our questions. Not to mention, our pup returned home as a well-mannered, happy and confident dog and we are all thrilled with the results. I’m excited to watch our pup continue to excel as we continue to work with her to build on the training she received. We highly recommend GA K9 National Training Center!

I sent my GSD mix, Indy, to GAK9 at the beginning of April for advanced obedience training. Indy had a very bad habit of running away that developed around 10 months of age. He wouldn't respond to any commands, treats, etc. and it was becoming a safety concern, because he was willing to cross traffic and would often run down the highway. GAK9 went above and beyond for Indy and me. They took him during a national pandemic and transported him safely from their Edisto facility in SC to their Canton facility in GA. Shayne kept me up to date throughout the few weeks Indy spent with them. Indy even got to stay an extra five days at no cost to myself because of a timing issue with transport back to SC. GAK9 taught Indy firm commands to come when called (recall), and they also covered all the basics including sit, stay, heel. They taught me a bunch as well! I can't thank you guys enough for all you did for me and my pup. I have so much more peace of mind when taking him out and about, and I feel confident that if I ever needed any advice, I could reach out at any time.

I brought my Great Dane puppy to ga k9 and from the first phone call chase was on top of things. He had all the answers for my questions. Eleven was a bit on the wild side but mainly just a giant puppy. Chase was amazing he got her to be a well listened and extremely well behaved. She is amazing on and off leash. Chase and the team are great. Highly recommended!

Shayne and his crew are the only people I trust with my GSD. They are great and how they run their programs are unlike any other. They're the real deal.

Shayne and the GAK9 team did a fantastic job with my Rottweiler puppy. He came back from the 2-week boarding training a new dog, leaps and bounds in obedience, and as an added bonus, no housebreaking accidents since. Highly recommend GAK9 and thwir boarding training program, regardless if you have a 10lb or 150lb dog.

Georgia K9 provided a great learning experience for our Labradoodle Charlie. I have nothing but good things to say about the training he received during his stay. The facility, the trainers, and the quality of training are top notch. Charlie started his training at 16 weeks of age with the basic obedience program and will continue to train through the advanced stages with GAK9. During an hour long follow up visit after his initial week lsession Charlie did not want leave the grounds at GAK9. He seemed to truly enjoy the training and environment. Stop searching today and schedule training with GAK9, you will not be disappointed.

Great place and very professional. We had two dos trained there. Our dog are polar opposites. Both came out of the training with better manners and obedience. They now know same commands and I have all the tools needed to continue their training at home. Thanks for everything Allie!!!

Our two Dutch Shepherd/Belgian Malinois have trained at Georgia K9. The team is first rate and did a tremendous job working with our dogs and their challenges. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!!

Bunny (shepherd mix) has been home for about 1 week now, and I can't even begin to explain how changed a puppy she is! Allie, Chase and everybody at GA K9 are amazing professionals! Pretty sure they speak dog. Bunny is about 5 months old. While she was "only" acting out in the typical puppy way, it was clear she was trending towards taking over as the family dictator. GA K9 set her straight! We work with her in small increments every day to make sure she continues to improve so she'll be ready to start intermediate/advanced training in the fall. The kids can easily walk her now, and she actually comes when I call her, even when she's off the leash in our yard. Yay!!! So happy we found GA K9!

PROS! I cannot thank Allie, Chase and all of the team at Georgia K9 enough. After rescuing a deaf bully mix (think of an unruly lion cub that can't hear) and encountering several training challenges that other trainers couldn't assist me with I decided to give Georgia K9 a try. Not only did they help my pup Halo overcome her obstacles but she had a blast and expended tons of energy during her stay. They were always willing to communicate with me (not only while she was there but after her return home) and I was able to track her progress with the pictures being uploaded to a FLIKR page (seeing these were often the highlight of my day). Her behavior is like night and day, I've received numerous compliments from pet owners in busy areas like the Atlanta beltline.
