Very patient and empathetic with my Emma. My cat is very nervous in new places and usually terrified at a vet, but they were able to work well with her.

Dr. Cummings is a sweet and gentle soul. She cartainly deals with the grief of owners of dying pets every day, yet I felt she was very concerned and upset in empathy to me and my girlfriend, and gave good solid recommendations after a very bad diagnosis, that my beloved cat of 13 years had terminal cancer. I was a little short in my ability to pay so she discounted the service by that amount. Unfortunately I will need to put my little buddy down soon; I'll go here to do that.

My sweet Everly (dog) had surgery at UGA Dr Carrie Cummings has taken care of her post operative surgery I am so grateful to Dr Carrie and staff for making myEverly feel better her visits are stress-free which is extremely important to me the whole staff is very kind and professional I would definitely recommend Dr Carrie to my friends and family In fact I am switching from my primary vet of 25 years to her I will follow her wherever she goes God bless Dr Carrie and her staff and America

I’m really not sure if Hamilton Ridge actually knows what they’re doing, they gave my cat steroids before ever checking to see if she had heart problems which in the end ended up killing her.

Dr. Cummings is phenomenal and truly cares about your pet. We've been through 2 vets and a nuerologist and once we got to Dr. Cummings, we felt like she gave us her time, her attention and the advice we needed.

Superb and highly professional staff and doctors. Copious amounts of time taken to explain and answer questions. Highly recommended.

I recently moved to this area and needed my cats nails trimmed. She was an abused cat who adopted us. She is scared of all people and confined areas. I called the hospital to see if I could bring her in without an appointment as I didn't know if or when I could get her in the carrier. They were so nice and said to call when I did and they would take her. It all worked out so well. I was so thankful and will definitely use them again.

I love Dr. Cummings...she is truly a cat warrior...goes to every length to help find solutions for my cat issues...she is kind, profession and sincerely caring. She takes time to listen while I ask questions and does not make me feel like a bother...as so many other doctors out there can...I have been a client here for 15 years...I am grateful for such a reliable, trustworthy doctor. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice.

There are not enough words to describe how thankful I am with HRAH , after spending hundreds of dollars at a different veterinary that didn’t help my dog at all, I was lucky enough to find this wonderful place that with patience, love and professionalism treated my baby girl, there is nothing worst that seeing your fur baby sick but I knew the whole time she was in good hands, I will forever be grateful and will bring my other pets to this place every time!

Brought in my teacup chihuahua for the first time. The appointment process was smooth. They also contacted the previous vet to get Riley’s records. He is very skittish but they were amazing with him. Will be scheduling my other dog in a couple of months for updated shots.

The receptionist, tech and vet were very friendly, personable and took good care of my cat. The vet called to explain the xrays, what the problem was and how she would proceed. My visit on drop off and pick up wasn't rushed and my questions were answered fully. Nice experience and my cat liked them too ;-)

Took superlative care of my new dog that needed to be neutered at the age of 1.5 years old.The Dr.and staff were very attentive and gentle with my little dog that had been thru allot before he came to live at my house. They went above and beyond to help me with him by also cleaning his teeth under anesthesia and trimming his nails. I highly recommend .

The doctor that has treated and cared for my Pomeraian and 5 cats is Doctor Rachel. I highly recommend her. She is attentive, very caring, thorough and with personality plus. I know we are in the best of hands!

I have been so happy with Hamilton Ridge. My dog and my cat have both had various health issues and I always feel I can trust the vets here. They are friendly, great with my animals, and they can always answer my questions. I never feel like they are trying to just take our money and make us pay for things we really don't need. I appreciate that honesty. I highly recommend them to anyone with fur babies.
