Dogs have always been treated like their own here and over many years never a problem with overall care including feeding and administering meds.

Do not board your dogs here! My dogs came back smelling HORRIBLE with poop embedded into their fur.

Records are not well kept, management is not well organized, and from personal experience while the kennel attendants love love LOVE their pet friends, management does not care about anything but keeping things (barely) under control and revenue. The way they treat employees is extremely detrimental to the team, with no appreciation or recognition going to them even after years of hard work. It is sad to see what could be such an incredible business be driven into the ground because of lack of caring about employees, training procedures, scheduling, keeping vaccination records, legal paperwork, and so much more.

Have known Brooke for 11 yrs and her business has been a 10+!!!!! Always accommodating for our special fur babies! Highly recommend!

I cannot believe this place is in business! Never been there , never got an appointment, never spoke to Olivia. She did eventually left me voice mails. She was away. It’s going to rain so it’s going to be slow so she’s going to close. I’ll get back to you. Really???? Really???

The staff members I met were nice and friendly to both me and my dogs. Most importantly my dogs were happy to go to to day care. We will definitely use Brooke's again.

Clean and friendly staff. I boarded my girls there for three days this past year and felt very safe leaving them there.

Although it was not necessary to board my pup Daisy Brooke was extremely helpful in reassuring me that she would be finding dandy at the bed and biscuit. I have heard from others who have boarded their pets there that it is the best place. So the next time I need somebody to take care of my puppy I will be sure to contact Brooke.

My dog loves this place.

We boarded our two dogs and a cat there while we settled on the new house. Brooke and crew took wonderful care of our four legged family members. All of them were too rested and freshly bathed when it was time to pick them up.

Our Sweetpea was rescued & brought back to life by these amazing, kind caring people! We are forever grateful ???????????????????? Sweetpea runs right in when we kennel her, she knows she is loved and safe here!❤❤❤❤❤

I have been taking my 3 dogs there for at least 10 years. I took them there for one night, packed all of their own food, asked for them to get a bath while they were there. $186.00 later is what I was charged. $30.00 per dog for a bath. I even called to make sure that my bill was accurate. What a ripoff!!! I won't be returning. When I was checking out, I asked that they not bring them out until I was finished paying but they did anyway. The dogs were going crazy in the lobby and I was trying to pay and get them under control while the employees rolled their eyes at me and smirked. If I could rate them a zero, I would.

This is the best place in the world for your furry friend. Brooks bed and biscuit is very cheat and loving. The owner brooks is a wonderful person who takes care and loves your animal. I would highly recommend this place. They also walk your dog many times a day a sosilize with other friendly dogs. Again best kennel ever!!!!!!

My little mini schnauzers have been going to BBB for several years. I do not plan to take them there any longer. I found out yesterday that no one is there after closing at night until the following morning. They say they are open from 7;00am to 6:00pm

I have been bringing my dogs to Brooke’s for over 10 years. Our family travels often and we also use their doggie daycare service on many days where we have people coming to our home, parties, or when we just need them out of the house for several hours. Our dogs love the staff! They really get to know your pet, and give special attention to all of their animals whether it be dogs, cats, birds - you name it! I would highly recommend them!!!!

We got Tilla from Brooks when she was a baby. Brook rescued 9 puppies and Mom from kill shelter in N.C. Tilla loves spending the night there she loves the other dogs and the humans.
