They did a perfit job on my Standard Poodles as always.

Had grooming appt this morning for my 2 Shih Tzus. Was told to drop them off around 7 am. When I arrived there was a young lady typing on the computer. She saw me and I waved at her to open the door. She just moved to the other computer so that she couldn't see me and that I wouldn't see her. Meantime, I'm waiting outside in 50 degree weather. Another employee came up behind me and rang the doorbell to have an employee open up. When I finally got to the desk she said that one of my dogs didn't have proof of rabies shot. I asked if she could call the vet for proof of vaccination. Said it was too early. Seems like she could have started on the one and continue with the other once it was appropriate to call vet. My theory is that the groomer gets paid per hour and doesn't really lose anything if we walked away without the grooming. My suggestion is to go to a small business for grooming. They have more to lose if a customer leaves. The store still offers a large variety of other pet items. That is why the 2 star rating instead of 1 star.

These people are against military people. Terrible service. Disappointed.

We’re new to the area and needed to get my golden bathed and needed to get his nails trimmed. We made an appointment online and were told it would take 2-3 hours to get him back to us since they were working on other dogs. I find it extremely ridiculous to have to book an appointment when they won’t even take care of your dog at that time and have you wait that long to pick them up. I’m 9 months pregnant and live 30 mins away so I can’t just be hanging out. I’m disappointed.

All of the workers were very nice to my dog and all of the products were very easy to find.

The dog food shelves were low in stock. Could not find what I was looking for that according to their website they carry.

I wish I had gotten the young man's name that he'd me a lot. I just had shoulder surgery and couldn't lift the cat litter. He gave me a helpful suggestion and he help me find everything else I needed for my cat

We needed help to transition our puppy to adult dog food. The choices are bewildering. The manager approached us to see if we wanted help and she was extremely good to talk to. We are very pleased with our final selection.

Pet smart was great! Rolly looks so much happier after being groomed at their salon! Highly recommend going having Heather or Tricia handle all your pets grooming needs!

Was looking looking for a harness for puppy who seems to have an allergy to materials in one's I have got him already. No one offered to help me things are very high priced there so just got what I thought would work and left, turns out the one I got doesn't work

Very nice. Understaffed like so many big box places but that's not the employee's fault

Litterbox shelf was completely disorganized and difficult to find out what the cost was before purchase

They shaved my puppy when I only asked for a bath and brush. Trimmed all of her fur. At five months old I wanted a good first experience for her and it was anything but. She is a golden retriever and her fur was just starting to grow and take shape. Now she looks funny with her entire backside shaved off! Terrible disappointment.

Sam is a big hairy boy and they did a fabulous job with him. So thankful for them

Never had a problems with the pet smart here in Beaufort sometimes there's a bit slow but that's OK, they are usually pretty busy.

Excellent staff. I always find what I'm looking for plus some. Least expensive propane in the area as well.
