Now, my dog don’t like nobody and can be very moody ! I love how the owners made him feel so loved, comfortable and ‘at home’ and gave him time to adjust. ( this was his first groom) This is the first time I have ever witnessed him calming down when he is with strangers! Definitely will use this business for now on. Very responsive to all questions as well!

I just moved to Augusta and my dog needed to be groomed in order for him not to have to be put outside.He is 7lbs so I was scared I couldn't get him in anywhere but they took such good care of him and he look so handsome when they where done. this is my groomer from now on (love Lafferty)

Friendly staff, great prices and availability for a holiday stay. Strong smell that others mentioned was very noticeable, but it's a pet kennel, so not too surprised by it. When I picked up my dog he seemed like something was bothering him and would periodically hold up one of his paws. I checked him all around and couldn't find anything noticeably off. So I'm not sure what that was about, but when I got him home, after about an hour or two, he was fine and back to running around as usual. One of his toys was soaked, so they gave me a plastic bag for it. Said it got left outside, but it smelled odd, so I'm not sure what happened. Overall, I had a decent experience and I would give them another shot.

this is a great kennel. It's family run and all of the employees really seem to love animals. My two Westies always seem happy and alert when I come and pick them up. I trust these people with my dogs and have never been let down.

The only place in town that can groom my dog (chipoo)because she's aggressive. Does a good job. Great price aswell.

I just adopted my baby from the pound Thursday evening and was looking for a groomer today. Everyone I called was booked and I would have to make an appointment for next week. I called Meadowbrook Kennel and was told I could bring him in today. Everyone was very pleasant when I dropped my baby off. The owner was focused on what I wanted. Once he was ready for pickup, I was very pleased of the outcome. This is my baby's groomer from now on. As they say, "the first impression is the most important one."
