As a FIRM believer of "Ya get what ya pay for" TBH initially I was skeptical due to Doc Jeffcoats low fees. However, 3 yrs later, I no longer so FIRMLY believe that ole saying & KNOW Doc Jeffcoat is indeed that exception! Him & his entire staff are extraordinary knowledgeable friendly people who take pride in the care provided to the patients, as well as their human family! BEST IN THE CSRA ... I love taking my dogs here. The staff and the doctor does amazing job and if you can’t come in he does come out to your car and see your dog. Love your staff

Dr. Jeffcoat was compassionate and efficient ~ He diagnosed the issue ~ DID a procedure to improve my cause issue and provided medication to further address the issue ~

I was told the cost for each dogs over the phone was $45 each (total $90) but upon arriving and after my dogs receiving each shot, I wqs charged $95 instead.

I've been going there for many years. They're very reasonable and friendly. Great place to go for your fur babies.

It's a small, inexpensive clinic run by some really great people. It's not for the uppity clientele.

Dr. Jeff oat is great

My dog Zeus has passed away this morning due to Dr. Jeff Coat not being capable of diagnosing him earlier when we took him to see him for parvovirus, therefore we had found out a day later which then was too late because we were forced to take him to another vet the next morning where we started treating him at home, this morning he died after the second fluid treatment. Also did not have parvo test.

This is a first come first serve vet clinic. Never go on a Saturday, they are packed and no where to wait except outside in the heat. But he is quick to the point and has all prescription drugs needed to treat your pet.

I've never been to a more unprofessional or rude Veterinarian before. After waiting hours to be seen with my Mother's cat, Dr. Jeffcoat tells me that he refuses to see the cat without shot records, which is understandable. However, if this were the case the receptionist should have informed us that this was a requirement before we waited for hours. It also would have given us time to retrieve the records if we had them. Well, my Mother is elderly and didn't have current records because it had been about three years since last vet visit. Upon explaining didn't have any records to the vet, he very rudely exclaimed that he refuses to see the cat without shot records. Told me I should bring my cat back where he had gotten original vaccines. What I don't understand is why he didn't offer to just get the cat updated on vaccines before he examined the cat. Especially considering we've waited for hours at this point. I know that the only vaccine required by state law is Rabies. He could have easily administered it before exam and my Mother's cat could have been seen. Dr. Jeffcoat then proceeded to say that it is, "a trainwreck in here and if you come back with shot records I am still leaving at 3:30!" I was so shocked that a Veterinarian could be so unprofessional and apathetic about an animal in need. I was then told to leave. As I left, I have never felt more embarrassed or disappointed leaving a Vets office. We will NOT be back. The behavior is inexcusable for a licensed professional. Do not waste your time with this rude Veterinarian.
