The receptionist is very friendly, extremely polite and helpful, and was able to get an appointment for our dog on a very short notice. Hoping the appointment will also be successful for our needs!

First experience taking our animals to a new veterinarian - and I have to say, Hill High is absolutely wonderful. When I walked in I first noticed how calm, and stress-free the environment was here. Our previous vet offices were often very stressful to be in, for both owner and animal. The staff here is quick and efficient (please do your part and schedule an appointment - they see you very efficiently if you do). The vet techs are kind, compassionate, and go the long way to ensure a pleasant experience for you and your animal. They listen to your concerns and relay it to the doctor, good at communicating, are very gentle in handling your animal, and overall ensure a stress free visit for both you and pet. The veterinarians here a professional, knowledgeable, and also listen to your questions and concerns. I felt my pet was very well taken care of and evaluated. Thank you, we will be taking our animals here from now on!

This place is great they had a great meat selection even through COVID no meat days. It is a bit pricier than the Kroger's and such of the world but for some things it is worth it. I don't do my staple shopping here but will go for meat, fish, bread, and some of their produce

First time posting a review...but felt it was very necessary. Holiday weekend my dog was sick for 3 days called every vet looked for 2 days for help nobody could take us or they were closed. I called Hill High explained my situation and they immediately got me in. Staff was great!! Dr Mark was very thorough and gave such good home instructions and so helpful. I so appreciate how well we all were taken care of. Very impressed and all us us came home feeling better! Thank you Hill High!!

I have a cat with recurring UTIs who has to have prescription cat food. I chose this office because it is one of the closest to where I live and my cats have terrible anxiety. When I brought my cat in last year, because I have to so they will renew his prescription for his food he needs, they kept asking why we brought him in and why we wanted his urine tested for UTIs if he didn't display symptoms. I've explained to them at previous appointments that he has anxiety and has never displayed symptoms. He has always tested positive for UTIs at every visit, hence why he is on special food. This year I hope I can find a new clinic before I run out of his food.

5 Stars now, we just completed the Spay of Tuna the stray cat. In a 8am and finished by Noon, cat faired well, Doc gave me some pain meds...ha, for the ????. Everyone treated animals and humans quite well. 4 Stars so far.....I just walked in (no appt) to schedule a initial visit for a cat I found. Went smooth. Depending on the happiness of the Staff, professionalism of the services, and how the Cat makes out...I could add a Star.

I live in Washington state and was visiting Augusta when my dog became ill. Everyone at Hill High Anmal Hospital treated us as if we were long time clients of the clinic. I really appreciated how great everyone was to us!!

I had a great experience with how Hill High Animal Hospital set up my first appt, quick email responses, and superior service. While I was there, their vacation-themed rooms were clean and ready for my Siberian Husky to relax and enjoy the space. The veterinary technician was quite pleasant and informative about what their clinic offers. I would have preferred more comfortable seating than what was available. All in all, my time spent in Hill High Animal Hospital was delightful.

The staff was professional . There was a young lady going to veterinary school forgive us for forgetting name was very knowledgeable, reassuring and spoke professionally and to the point needed . Very good visit. Explained what Vet did and advised what he needs next. And it was very affordable.

I Googled a knee surgery I knew my dog needs, but really wanted to have someone local doing it, if at all possible. The office reached out to me since I left contact info for follow-up. Got an appt for the next week, on the day I requested. I was pleased with the visit. When the lesions returned in a set of 6 tumors after the prednisone was tapered to no doses, was told to return to the low maintenance dose she was on previously. 6-29-2021. One star only My raving review quickly turned to a sour song, with the same experience Stephanie Kennedy related in her one star review! In August after we saw M Tribby in June, saw Oncology @ UGA & were told they would send M Tribby their consult note and he would be the one to keep Daisy’s meds filled. Hill High claimed they didn’t receive it, and made no difference when I gave them the copy sent to me. Front desk staff (Rachel) was shockingly rude & kept going thru the closed door behind the desk to speak to M Tribby. What a farce of a game — appeared he did not have the decency to speak to me. I had notified them in advance of that day. He did give me the RF at an outlandish dose prescribed by our regular vet at the time of her initial surgery for mast cell tumors, not a maintenance dose. I knew not to give her that. I felt the vet went out on a rotten limb to do such, since he had not put in my dog’s record she was to go back to the low dose prednisone to help control tumors, like he did tell me to do! I was basically accused of lying. I never returned & will not. Shocking that people who have a salary b/c we patronize their business will treat us like a piece of trash.

We took our dog there as an emergency due to a snake bite. The team members and the doctor were amazing! Our fur baby is doing much better now thanks to this amazing office. Every office in Augusta that we called would not see our pet but they stepped up and helped us out! I highly recommend Hill High Animal Hospital!

I will not return here. The two times I went to this practice I had an unfortunate experience with their receptionist, Rachel. She is very rude and doesn't follow through or care that she didn't follow through. For the high prices you pay to take your pets here, you deserve better.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Tribby is very thorough and knowledgeable. Facility was very clean and neat.
