Very small place. Have never met the veterinarian(doctor)after taking my puppy there for 6 months.

Friendly and caring staff. Highly recommend Grovetown Animal Clinic.

100% recommend I rarely leave a review but I had a great experience with this place. They saw me same day without an appointment. Loved the lady that checked us in, Doctor was excellent and his assistant was so sweet. I will definitely be going back. Very affordable! My visit and medicine was $38.00. I’m so glad to have a place like this in Grovetown.

The vet had excellent customer service. She was gentle with my dog when it came time for her shots. I would go there again if I needed too

I had taken my pet there for her shot and the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful to answer any questions or concerns that I may have had. I do recommend them for the needs of your family pet/s.

I was highly pleased with their willingness to work in our lil’ pom, Sheba, at the last minute. The front office staff and vet assistants were super friendly, efficient and professional. And Dr. Bain was just what/who Sheba needed. His table-side manner was exemplary. He was very thorough in his examination. He was patient with my million-and-one questions. He got Sheebs the meds she needed, and the icing on the cake was how lovingly he doted on her after he was done checking her out! ???? They’re very affordable and conveniently located, too. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Dr. Bain and G.A.C. staff! Y’all rock! ????????????????????????

I am new pet mom and went to them to get my fur baby his shots and to discuss his health. The staff was very friendly and treated my pup with care. The woman who did his vax was fast and we were in and out within a total of 20 minutes!

I will definitely be taking my dog back. Everyone was very friendly. Service was fast and the doctor was excellent.

One of the hardest decisions ever! Our cat was 19yrs and Grovetown staff really treated us and our cat amazing during this devastating time.

Brought my pup in for a rabies vaccination and they were nice of enough to squeeze me in without a appointment. The process was less that 5mins and we were out. I'll be back in the future.

Called last week just to get some info and the lady who answered the phone had an attitude for no reason. Condescendingly called me “hun” repeatedly and acted like I was stupid. Didn’t state her name.

Above average knowledge and vet services. Agreeable prices. Best vet around.

The staff is very professional and efficient. Due to covid-19, you have to wait outside until you are called in for service and treatment.

I brought my cat here for his vaccinations and the entire staff was so sweet. They made sure my furbaby was comfortable and even held him after his shots because they loved how calm he was. It was a super quick and pleasant visit. I highly recommend bringing your furbabies here, they'll be in good hands.

I was super paranoid about taking my baby to a new vet, but was pleasantly surprised. there was no upselling, the staff was both helpful and friendly, and I felt like all my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. I will definitely be bringing my other babies here eventually and referring them to anyone looking for a vet!

So we decided to give Grovetown Animal Clinic one last chance after our poor experience the past two visits. Their location is extremely close to our house so we really wanted it to work with them. Well, they really outdid themselves this time. Once again the receptionists working at the front desk were rude and you can definitely tell they don’t enjoy their job. They came out to greet my wife, but instead told her that the vet was not there yet despite us being on time. The vet eventually arrived and was able to see our puppies to give them their vaccines. Of course the vet could not be professional and decided to confront my wife after seeing that we left a bad review after our previous visit. That is not how the problem should have been handled in a professional setting. The vet gave our puppies their vaccines, but actually managed to stick my wife in the arm with the needle intended for our puppy. The nurse was quick to start cleaning my wife’s arm, while the vet didn’t even seem to care. I have actually never even heard of a vet missing with a needle and sticking a person in the arm. I assure you this was our last time going here to this unprofessional business. I can’t seem to understand why they have such good reviews as we have been treated terribly in our initial 3 visits here. The only reason we gave them more than 1 chance is because they are really close to our house. To be honest I would rather drive across town to go to a professional and reliable vet than even think about stopping here again.
