Winters Chapel Animal Hospital Atlanta, Georgia

Have taken my pets, both dogs and cats, to this veterinary clinic for more than 20 years. The doctors have changed thru those years but I have found all the staff to be very warm and loving towards my pets. The Vets have taken excellent care of my aging pets and though I've moved further away, I continue to take my dogs there for regular care.

Problem with getting return calls. But, otherwise great.

Boarded my dog Thor and my dragon Juju and they did great. I will be definitely coming back. Many thanks to all.

This place is the real deal. Dr John Duncan is great Vet. He takes care of my baby for 2 years now and helped me thru with my babies cancer, physical, surgeries. He has a great knowledge about medicine. If your dog is sick, they always see them same day. He is very caring. I love their place and he is the best Vet.

Very caring vets & staff. Been going there for years. Prices are going up but that seems to an industry wide issue. Ask for price before agreeing to a procedure or lab work. They are following good covid-19 rules. Have to call when arrived and they will come to your car to take the pet inside.

Good Vets, great services at reasonable prices. Convenient location too.

The staff here are all so loving and capable. Have no fear, Dr. Duncan is an incredible veterinarian and the rest of the staff are equally all very compassionate and informative. My only regret is not posting this review sooner. They are wonderful people.

The vet staff here are all wonderful and compassionate! They each go above and beyond for the pets as well as their people, and always do what they believe is best for the fur-babies. It's also highly affordable, especially in these times. Couldn't recommend more.

AVOID if you have a PUREBREED are a BREEDER or don't want ANIMAL CONTROL CALLED on you for having fleas, not being groomed to perfection, or having any illness that you have sought them out for and paid to help you with. And if your views don't align with theirs, beware! You will be lectured coming in the door by the intake, during exam process by the doctor and a five minute finale lecture when you check out just in case you did not get the message the first two times. WHY EVEN TAKE THE CHANCE? There are so many other vets to choose from. Take my advice and take a pass on this one.

This vet has been very professional during Covid, taken car of our new puppy well, and is very affordable. The staff has been courteous and kind. Would recommend.

I decided to place my dog with Winters Chapel Animal Hospital after looking around. My vet doesn't do boarding. While I feel they took great care of my Little Bit I feel they Nickle and dime you. I was advised the boarding would be $19.60 for 20lb and under. That's exactly what they charged me. What I wasn't told or aware of is that they charged me $9.21 to give my dog a chew vitamin daily that I already had counted out. They also charged me $38.40 to give my dog her insulin shots. In the past any were I've taken my pets if I brought the insulin (I did) they don't charge to give it. They would only charge if I didn't provide it for them. Overall my baby was happy and had a great bath! I almost thought for a second she wanted to stay with her tech! LOL He took good care of her.

I love this place, they've always done such a good job with my dog Zack. He is blind and they recently removed both of his eyes, which he is doing great from! They've always been really sweet and understanding with him. This place really has people who care ❤

They take very good care of all of our pets

I had to take my Georgie (poodle mix) to a groomer at a vet's office due to severe matting. I was referred to Amanda at Winters Chapel Vet clinic. I was prepared to pay big bucks because the 1st groomer I took her to at another location couldnt do the job. Amanda transformed my girl back to her beautiful little self. She gave her her confidence back. Amanda was a pro and did an AMAZING JOB at an even more AMAZIMG PRICE. Needless to say, she will now be our groomer, we will never stray. The vet staff was very friendly and helpful too. They just gained new clients as well. Thank you ladies!!! ❤

I searched for a vet clinic near me. I chose Winters Chapel because of all the positive reviews and...I was not disappointed! Everyone was very nice, the wait was short and most important of all..they treated my precious furbaby very well. The prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommend.

They are the BEST. Moved here from Miami, was so concerned about finding a new Vet...not any more, we found the BEST!

Excellent service and friendly staff. I have 1 dog and 5 cats and haven't taken them anywhere else. Boarding is very easy and our dog Juzo absolutely loves going. For me, getting appointments has not been as easy, but this is mainly due to how my own work schedule is. Otherwise, they are absolutely the best.

I've had unsettling experiences with vet offices before and past pets, but once I saw how this place and its staff treated my friend's pet, I knew I had to bring my animals here too! I've been brining my dog for 8 years now and I've brought my partner's cats and his little brother's cats here as well. I insisted upon it. I wish always bring my pets here for as long as I can.

Pretty good place with a good veterinarian and great service

I used to come here all the time when this was Dr. Silverman's. I changed vets after that and today I called them to see if I could refill another vet's Rx as they don't sell Moses' preferred brand anymore and WCAH does, I waited until they opened only to find out they wanted to have my dog checked (again!) by their vet. They could have told me that on the phone before I called and before they took notes of my pet's medical notes. Definitely inappropriate professional behavior.

Been taking my cats here for more years than I can remember, and will continue to do so as long as I'm able. Everyone is so very kind, both to my kitties and to my human family. Everyone with whom I have interacted is just wonderful.

We love this place. The staff is ways on it and get us right in, we've never had to wait for our appointment. They are so great with our dog and have learned and remembered his quirks and personality. Both vets are friendly and knowledgeable and spend a lot of time answering all of our questions.

Winters Chapel AH is great. Dr. Duncan and his staff are friendly and highly competent. I like that the staff always greet Chunk by name when we walk-in . The vet techs are gentle and efficient. It is easy to get appointments with the doctor. We rarely, if ever, have a wait to see the doctor. I highly recommend Winters Chapel AH.

They were very kind to me and forthright about any costs associated with what they were doing. The place was very clean and everyone was professional. They were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment after I found my dog who had been missing for two days. I will be returning for all of my other veterinary needs.
