I love coming here. They treat us like family every time and my dogs love coming to the vet.

So my cat needed some shots and I decided to choose westend wellness. Come for his appointment and was told it was canceled with no text message or warning was told I would have to come back next week I already live 30 min away wasted my time and energy For a appointment they never told me It was canceled didn’t try to help or find a solution. Feel like my time and money was wasted never bring my cat back again taking my money somewhere else

I think it was great! Everyone was so nice and informative, the veterinarian printed me off two articles about reverse sneezing in dogs and heart worm information. Nothing to improve from my perspective!

This is Jada. It's was our first time here. The staff there are very nice and friendly. And do everything they can to help you with your pet. Really nice pet clinic.

I support black business but not bad business I've taken my baby here for the past year & 1/2 and she came out with a gash on her head she's a small Yorkshire terrier so it shouldn't take much to restrain her if necessary she came for 2 shots and due to the business only doing curbside not really sure why when covid hasn't spiked up in awhile I had to leave my baby unattended no cameras to login and supervise just my puppy in the vet alone I say this to say she cane out with a gash on her head I'm not sure what happened later that same Friday she had a seizure I called and all they could do was cover there Butts honestly and a quick look in to why she came home hurt & seizing would have been accepted but all I got was defensive lies an an attitude non personable

So far a very pleasant experience, staff and techs have been very personable and answer any questions. Please be aware that they are (at least currently) closed 12pm to 2pm, dont show up and be confused at 1:30 like me.

Great! We got our dog neutered here and they took great care of him.

Takes good care of my pets but some people could be more friendly and helpful

Absolutely recommend this clinic for all your fur baby needs! Robyn was my technician and she was so nice and knowledgeable! She was patient and answered all of my questions. Dr. Duncan saw my dog Boo and answered all of my concerns. Super nice staff, Boo got his shots with ease!

Dr. Randall and Staff are awesome & take such great care of Piper.

Not empathetic or tactful, very prideful. A smart person knows what to say, a wise person knows whether or not to say it. When a pet dies, that's not the time to be cold or focused on proving a point. Just show that you care. I would not go to a human Dr that only cared about money with no real compassion and understanding for me. Our animals deserve the same.

Started going in 2015, and have never had less than stellar experience. Impeccable facilities. Wonderful, knowledgeable, and warm team of professionals. Nothing but excellent treatment for my pup. Took care of him until the very end.

My dog Cocoa has trust issues with vets and she let her guard down a bit with the staff and the Dr. I was happily surprised that they were able to minister to her needs. We will be going back because of the good service that we got from the Dr and staff.

I have had multiple a short history with West End animal hospital. This last one I had an appointment scheduled for several weeks. They called to confirm my appointment then a couple hours later called and asked me to drop off my puppies instead. When I arrived at my appointment time to drop off my pet I was told the drop off time was an 1 hours earlier than my appointment time and I would have to reschedule because I missed my appointment time. I was able to talk to the manager and they were able to squeeze me in. We were able to avoid what would have been a wasted day for me. Thanks for valuing my time.

This was the best experience ive had with you all. Dr. Randall addressed my questions before hand and i had an informative f/u after their procedure. This hasnt always been the case. I felt like my girls were in good hands and i felt like they mattered to you. Thank you for the great care we received. Sasha and Suri are fully recovered from their anesthesia and doing well.

No complaints. The love and service that you gave Paris and I was wonderful and made us feel like family and very comfortable on our first visit. We are glad to call West End Animal Wellness is our new home. Thank you guys so much.

They are slow and never on time. Now, they are doing curbside pick up. What is that???! You don’t know what they are doing with your baby inside the building. Oh! And watch out for the fees! Dr. Randall will nickel and dime you for poor quality and customer service (see other reviews).

I love this place! De. Randall is very knowledgeable and very personable. She doesn’t just draw up an expensive bill. She explains EVERYTHING and if there is an alternate, less expensive method she and her team ensures you know. My dog can be a handful but her team does great with him.

Wasted a day off work I took my dog here for the 1st time and everything went well. I loved Dr. Randall and how caring she is with my baby. I scheduled a teeth cleaning for him. I asked question about what was expected because no information was voluntarily give at the time of appointment. I had to ask when is the last time he should have food. basic instructions fora surgery. I explained to the front desk that he had never been crated (so I was little worried about) we went over the pricing with Dr. Randall at the first visit and on the day of the cleaning all these other charges were presented to me which should have been disclosed. My dog at the time of scheduling was up to date on the rabies shot but by the time of the cleaning it was time for him to have his yearly by a week. None of this was talked about when telling us about the cleaning and what to expect. We got to the appointment expecting to pay once we picked him up but they wanted payment before the surgery. (Which wasn't a problem). She had already told us he was going to be the last surgery so I figured we had time to go to the bank. The problem was I had lost my bankcard the evening before So, we had to wait for the bank to open so I could get a new bankcard which took us about 45 mins with driving time. We get back and they tell us they can't do the surgery this day because it was past 9:30. I did not like the lack of communication from the front desk. Then a young lady came out telling us a totally different story as to why he couldn't be seen because she was not given the full story by her co workers. I like Dr. Randall but I'm not sure if I will be returning here for pet care or not. Very Disappointed!!

My Fur-baby had surgery and they were attentive and compassionate towards her and myself. She’s doing good after 2 weeks with the cone of shame…

It was a fantastic experience. My cat was calm and everyone was so nice. I love Westend and Dr. Randall.
