We have seen Dr. Smith twice now and have had great experiences both times. The first time we visited was actually an emergency visit where my dog was a new patient. I thought it would be a long shot to try to get in and that I'd have to drive her 45 minutes to her old vet, but they got us in immediately and took great care of her. The front desk staff is very kind and same goes for the technicians. We've also been taken back to a room very quickly both times we visited (one being a yearly check up/non-urgent visit).

Great experience. Large waiting room with very short wait. Same with the appointment it went nice and smooth and my lab really enjoyed her experience.

We like them as a vet. They have long wait times even when you have an appointment and the last time they didn’t tell us they were running behind. But they treat our dogs well so I would recommend them.

From the receptionist staff to the doctors this is truly a quality veterinary practice. Our treasured pet died and their guidance and care helped our grieving. Thanks to all who made our dog’s final days as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Foy and the Treehouse staff are amazing! Our dog runs in, tail wagging, every time we're there. Dr. Foy is so patient and answers all our questions with empathy and detail. She treats him as if he were her own dog. They also respond to emails very quickly, usually within the day! The 8-9AM no appointment needed office hours are convenient for quick easy items like getting heartworm medicine. Their COVID non-contact procedures help me safe bringing my dog to them.

My dog got an eye infection January 2021. The vet prescribed me a dexamethasone which is great for a fungal infection but not for a scratched eye. It was a mistake on the vet's part and I am still in the process of getting his eye fully taken care of and healed. I am now seeing an ophthalmologist. Safe to say, I will go straight to the ophthalmologist next time. It really could have been an accident/mistake on the vet however this mistake is now costing me thousands. I would definitely read in to all that Treehouse does before stopping by. I trusted the reviews and the stars and my experience ended up not being great.

They take great care to keep everyone safe sitting this pandemic while also taking great care of our pets when they need it. I'm so grateful for Treehouse Animal Clinic making it possible to help keep our pets healthy.

I had to bring my cat up to this clinic during October due to his constant scratching. After visiting this clinic, My family and I were told that he had ANXIETY and STRESS and prescribes Benadryl and other allergy medicines for his condition. After another few weeks of NO CHANGE, the kept reassuring the issue to be his stress. Once we were able to bring him to his normal veterinarian, we found out he had a type of INVISIBLE FLEA. I am very upset because we not only wasted our money on an EXPENSIVE VET BILL JUST FOR VISITATION, but my cat had to endure weeks of unneeded medicines and i dont even know what the medicine could do to him. I am very upset at this establishment and will never be recommending them to anyone!

The doctors here were able to diagnose my dog with e coli as opposed to a run of the mill UTI even when a $2500 trip to the specialty vet yielded nothing. The team is always professional and the place is very clean. Great vet for all your animals!

Treehouse has been taking care of our animals for years. Dr. Smith is wonderful. She is thorough, takes time to explain things, and genuinely cares. All of the techs that we have worked with are very sweet with our grumpy kitties. Love having such a great place so close to us.

My first experience with treehouse was a solemn one. While away on business, my beloved dog Bella passed at age 10 while being watched by an outside boarder. I couldn't get back to Atlanta for 3 days. My boarder took her to treehouse and I called them as soon as I landed. They treated her with the utmost respect and dignity after she passed. And without charge, preserved her body for the 3 days I needed until I could come home and say goodbye to her body. They prepped me for everything I was about to see, feel, and go through, gave me a private room and allowed me to say my goodbyes and cry uncontrollably while they prepared me for options. I chose cremation and they were absolutely wonderful with keeping me informed through that process as well. I have taken my new dog, Missy, there. They did a wonderful job giving her a once-over and even told me of a condition she had that no one knew about. I dont care if they may not be the cheapest, but they are the BEST for not only your pet, but for owners as well.

These vets are the best. They take the time to get to know you and your pet and treat them as if they are their own. Our dog wiggles her butt and wags her tail each time she’s there. She loves all of the people!

A truly standout team. We’ve brought 3 different dogs in, from puppy to senior during our time in Atlanta. Dr. Carpenter, Kit, Nicole, Laura, Rob, Greg and everyone else. Always helpful, caring, understanding, always exceeding our expectations. I really can’t recommend this place enough.

We received great personal care and attention. Both the vet and vet assistant stayed late for us when the appitment started late and ran a little long. They even have us a free nail clippings on both of our 70 pound dogs when we were a little short on funds. Very sweet to us and our animals

Staff is kind and professional. We are always able to schedule appointments quickly and never wait long upon arrival. Once they removed a tick without an appointment and didn't even charge me for the visit. These folks love animals.
