This recently opened office is a expansion of an existing practice that has been taking care of my critters for many years. I can't say enough good things about them. All of the vets and support staff are great with my pets, and very patient and thorough about explaining their issues and all options to me. Love The Village Vets!

Excellent care. Each doctor, technician and staff person is warm and professional. Calls are returned quickly, and there’s always a phone followup after an appointment to check on how the pet is progressing. Village Vets Westside is an outstanding veterinary clinic!!

I cannot say enough about our great care and customer experience at Village Vets. We have been seen by most of the doctors on staff at Westside and Buckhead before this and we are NEVER disappointed. Dr. Matthews has been there for us and is a great vet.

So far my experience has been great. Both the Vets and the front desk staff are very nice and helpful. I like that they have multiple vets at the facility and ther are open on the weekends. That makes it easier to get appointments.

I had to let me of my precious older pet go. Dr Matthew and Dr English very understanding and sensitive during the loss process. They re being doubly cautious about taking special care of my last little guy, my 12 year+ Jack Russell mix. I highly recommend this vet practice. They’re very skilled and run a great practice.

My experience at Village Vets Westside has been nothing short of amazing. I take my babies to see Dr. Merrow. She has always gone way above and beyond for their needs, making herself available anytime via email and never making me feel rushed. At this point I consider her a friend. This week I had to make the very hard choice to let my 16 year old chihuahua pass over the rainbow bridge. This experience couldn't have been handled any better. The process was made to be so loving and peaceful. Two days later I reached out to Dr. Merrow and said I hadn't received an invoice yet and she let me know that, "We do not charge for euthanasia. It is already hard enough as is. Thinking of you" After saying goodbye to my babies in the past, this was the first time I wasn't charge for this kind of help. I'm blown away. I've moved a lot over the past 15 years so I've interacted with my fair share of vets. There was only one during that time that matched the level of care, passion and service that I get with Dr. Merrow. It's hard to find and I'm so grateful to have found it again.

The best vet in Atlanta, Dr. Amy Mathews,. All the employees are professional, friendly. We've always had a wonderful experience there (we followed her from another practice, drove farther to get there,, didn't matter). She's that good, and attracts great colleagues.

Had a really great experience! All of the staff were very friends and attentive. The vet was super kind and genuinely cared. We've been trading emails since the check up and she has been following up on how my cat is doing. Dr. Matthews genuinely cares. The care didn't stop when I left the office. 5 stars for sure

Great first experience with VVW. Started with Richard at the front desk who cared about my dog from my first call to the friendly tech and then Dr. English, who explained the situation, answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed, even though I knew they were busy. Comforting to know I now have my go-to vet since moving to Midtown.

Just being in the village vets network makes everything easier and convenient in many ways. They might be priced at a higher rate than other vet clinics nearby but you get what you pay for. When one location doesn't have any free appointment, you go to another village vets location and they will have all info. This location is just as awesome as their other locations. Staff are nice and professional. Greet you well and make you feel welcomed there. Didn't have to wait for a long time when you arrive, you can ask as many questions about your pet without being rushed. And the nicest thing is that I can make an appointment that is within a week! Highly recommend!

I would never consider entrusting the care of my precious Sam to anyone other than the wonderful Village Vets Westside. Dr. Matthews has been caring for my babies for over 30 years.

The vets & staff here are the BEST!! They are competent, kind and give you all the time you need to ask questions and feel good about your pet care decisions. Not to mention how nice there new facility is! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!❤️ ????????????????????????????????????????????????

Dr. Mathews is an amazing vet and really takes the time to know your animal, and the staff is incredible, too! I wouldn’t take my pup anywhere else. So thankful for this group!

The village vets are the best. We've been going to the Buckhead location ever since the pandemic started and now followed them to the Westside location. Dr. Mathews and her coworkers do an excellent job and I absolutely trust them with all the needs of our two cats and one dog. They go above and beyond to take care of pets.

Best experience! Greatest customer service! Their flexibility and willingness to help was incredible. We stopped there while driving home to Florida. Our baby Chloe wasn’t well for a few days and we wanted some relief for her through the long drive home. They knew we would not return as clients, yet still they treated us with such kindness and patience. They took our baby in without any appointment on a Sunday morning with a parking lot full of patients (pandemic time). They tested her and gave her the help she needed. This place is by far the best one could ask for. If we lived around Atlanta area this would be the clinic we’d go to. Highly highly recommended. Thank you Dr. English and all of the assistants who helped!!!

I've been taking my three cats here for years and love them! Dr. Stephens and Dr. Jenkins are the best!
