Love this office. The staff is one of the best I've experienced.

I was able to call an setup an appointment for my puppy first shots and. But I have been trying to call and get details about the records will I be getting proof of records,charts and that tells me when next shots due proof of breed and to conformation and time of appointment after five attempts on multiple days I still haven't been able to get in touch with anyone. Forcing me to drive over to the place.????????????????

Very professional courteous and explained everything

It was not the experience I expected for my first time vet visit with my senior dog babies. I'm a little overprotective of my animals and had I known I wouldn't be present in the building while my pets were being checked, I would have prepared myself. My only recommendation would be too clearly and proactively set expectations with pet parents. I will be returning for teeth cleaning services mostly because I really appreciate the doctor calming my nerves regarding the care of my 13 year old pup who has never been away from his mother or someone he trusts. Not to mention this is black owned and operated. Stay tuned for updates. ????????

The owner is amazing. I went to pick up a prescription for my fur grandson and her attitude has convinced me to take my furbaby to see her...I know that they will treat him like I do...

Doctor did a wonderful job , his staff was great...

They were very friendly. The check up was really quick. Wish they would've provided me a summary of the visit for my records beyond the weight of my pet in the receipt.

I’ve been going here for years. Brittany always remembers my baby girl which always helps because she is so anxious coming to the vet. She is very attentive and great with fur babies!

We’ve had both of our cane corso’s ears cropped here. The doctor does a great job and it very attentive in the healing process. They need to post pictures on their website cause they do great work with ear cropping! They are a little hard to reach by phone at times, but that’s because they’re always busy!

U guys did an amazing job on kobas ear cropping. This place makes u feel at home great attitudes great atmosphere. Just amazing

The customer service is the only reason I gave them an extra star. Besides that I don't appreciate the way my dog was treated. They were not careful with him after his procedure and just overall rough.

No one answered the phone. Waited for call back never got one.

DO NOT USE THIS VET! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a vet. I was visiting from out of town and needed my dobermans ears posted. After arriving on time to my appointment I waited an entire hour to even get my dog seen by the vet. The vet (Dr.Tolbert) was the most condscending, disrespectful, uninformed individual in the veterinary field I have met to date. He made assumptions about my pet that were false such as the date of his last taping, and how long ago his surgery was and was extremely rude without being provoked. Once I picked up my dog they forced me to buy one of their mask because my face covering was not up to their standards (scamming) and my puppies ears were taped in the wrong position (way to far apart). They even made me purchase a cone without realizing that he was past his cone phase just to get me to spend more money. Furthermore the cone caused his ears to be pushed forward, which put them further outside of the desired position. It was very clear that they had no experience in this and that they were more than willing to take my money without properly performing my desired task. The vet seemed to know this and didn't even allow me to ask any questions. He just walked to the back and left me with the technician. The tech (the woman with red dreads) was extremely nice and tried to make the situation better. She was the best part of the business. I was told to wait a week after the posting to remove the tape but had to take them off three days after his appointment because they put them in so forcefully that they scratched my dog's ears. With such an abomination of a tape job they left my puppy with no airflow to his ears and they ended up getting infected from Dr.Tolberts job. I took him to another vet immediately, and from their opinion he would have run the risk of losing his ears from the lackidasical job they did. Do not let Dr.Tolbert handle your pet if you care about them. He is extremely rude and cares more about money than safety of your animal. If there was a 0 star option they would get it. THE WORST VET I HAVE USED!
