Today was Nelly’s first visit at Petwell and I have to say we love them! There was a bit of a wait to go in because of an emergency situation, but they made up for it with a complementary nail trim. Dr. DeLong was amazing and very thorough. They were happy to meet all of my concerns. This will definitely be our home vet from now on!

I have been using Petwell for over 10 years and they have taken such good care of my dog Wylie. They are friendly, kind, and really care about your pets.

Dr. Crews may be the nicest human ever and she is very upfront and real with you about your pet. The rest of the staff is really nice and I felt like my dog was as happy as he could be at the vet. Sarah my vet assistant was also super nice. Go!

The most amazing vet experience I’ve ever had! Jennifer was the sweetest, most attentive vet tech we’ve ever had and Dr. Delong was absolutely wonderful! They don’t put your baby on an exam table, they get on the floor and do everything right there! My dog gets anxious and they had our room ready the second we got there. After having a bad experience somewhere else, this was such a breath of fresh air! We will never go to another vet!

Dr Berger is a great with pets, as is the rest of the team, & they are all pretty nice. However, just bc people are nice does NOT mean you give good service. In general, Overpriced & definitely try to pinch every penny out of you as possible; ESPECIALLY with vaccines & "exam fees". Also, If you use Chewy/don't want to spend $60 each month on a single dose of heart worm & flea preventative, then do NOT go here. They wont approve it w/chewy & make you go pick up a prescription. EVEN DURING COVID. They try absolutely everything to get you to buy it from them & jump through obstacles just to get the meds they urge are so important for your pet; including trying to tell you an "order total" even tho you have already said no/just want a prescription. Overall, not great customer service. Got a phone consult in regards to a prescription rescheduled THREE times on top of them weighing my pet wrong & giving me such a hard time about a prescription. when i finally got it, it was still wrong AND they DIDN'T SIGN IT. Your vet is supposed to be there to HELP & be a RESOURCE to keep your pet healthy; not hard & pinch every penny. Recently: During all the recent covid stuff i was forced to go get my pet weighed, even tho i weigh him personally and told them his weight, to get a renewed heartguard/nexgaurd prescription. fine. then they "Weighed him" & insisted he was 9 lbs lighter than he was. was forced to then take him elsewhere to get weighed/send a pic to prove it. still couldn't get the proper prescription bc he was 1 pound less than the weight class even tho i told him I wouldn't be giving it to him for another 3 wks i was just trying to be proactive & not procrastinate since it would be shipped & its covid. had to have a phone consult w/the dr. for approval. He called an HOUR & A HALF LATE. called back 1 minute later since i was at work & missed it & suddenly he was "busy" & had to rescheduled. THEN it got rescheduled 3 times!!! each time calling me hours late just to say they "dont know what happened & could reschedule". ridiculous. eventually STILL got the wrong prescription, dealt with it, just to see it WASN'T SIGNED. so it couldn't get approved. had to contact them AGAIN. then stilllll did the WRONG prescription for the wrong amount. used to vouch for this vet but can't anymore. regret ever giving a penny to them. such a small situation turned into such a headache & awfullllll service.

Great place! Prices are pretty typical: high but expected, and they are very upfront about the costs. Dr. Berger was exceptionally helpful and friendly, as well as the staff. We got so much stuff for our first visit (a folder filled with helpful brochures and treats) and plenty of resources for any concerns. I also appreciate the use of curbside service during the current pandemic. They really understand the paranoia of a cat mom! ????

This place is the best. They answer all your questions and don't make you feel rushed. Excellent customer service.

PetWell is AMAZING! From the reception staff to Dr. DeLong, I am so happy I chose this place for my pup. They are so friendly and efficient and work hard to make sure your dog is happy and healthy. They take the time to assess your pet to ensure they have the necessary preventative care that best suits their needs and lifestyle. There is also a cute little place next door to shop for treats & toys for your dog as well while they're in the vet that offers tea. I highly recommend PetWell. Louie also says thank you!

Dr. Berger and the staff at PetWet are the absolute best! Even through this pandemic they have been nothing less than steller in the care and love they have provided Odyssey Naomi! I love that Dr. Berger takes the time to explain the steps he is doing to meet Odyssey's needs! He even ensures that I understand what's best for her including kennel training!! Both Odyssey and I are blessed to have PetWell!!

We love Petwell! I got a new puppy at the end of the summer (my first dog ever) and have bringing him to Petwell since day one. The staff is so friendly, I love that it is certified fear free (my dog gets so excited when we walk in the lobby) and the vets are so kind and knowledgeable. I found Petwell Vet on Yelp late friday evening, sent a message ( not expecting an answer until Monday) and received a response within minutes from Sr. Berger himself. He seem interested in my dogs case and set an appointment for my next available day off. I was overwhelmed by that level of concern/care because it is just unseen these days. My first visit was exceptional. Dr. Berger was very upfront with the diagnosis, treatment, and costs associated with my issues. The staff is very kind and seem to treat my fur baby very well. I look forward to making this my permanent place of care for my sweet pup!

Friendly staff, extremely knowledgeable and helpful vets. They sit with you and explain every part of what they have done or will do. A little pricey, but worth it for the quality of care.

Advertised as an ‘affordable’ vet but will charge you $75 to fill a one page form. Tried to ‘add necessary examinations’ you did not request to make you pay a lot more than what you were told when making the appointment. On top of that, you’re asked to wait outside while they take your pet to the examination room. UPDATE: Eventually got in touch with their customer services specialist and was issued a refund (as I did not need the form anymore). Had a great exchange, they try to ensure nobody has a poor experience - much appreciated!

Went to PetWell with my Boxer that was vomiting blood. I arrived at opening, 8am on the dot. I was one of only 2 people in lobby. The young lady at the desk told me that because I was new patient that the earliest they could see her was 3pm. Morale of the story, don’t go for anything urgent unless you have an appointment.
