New puppy owners and our first visit was fantastic. Everyone who interacted with us and our puppy really took time to explain and discuss topics at hand. They never rushed us and the information was great. Overall great visit for us and our new puppy!

Not Accepting new patients - But was very polite about it. Would probably be helpful if they posted this information on their website so people are not wasting their time or the Clinic's time.

I was pleased with the service, professionalism and the suggestions made by the doctor, nurse, and front office.

Staff is friendly and always helpful. The Vets are experienced, knowledgeable, professional and spend as much time as is needed with clients.

They truly care about their patients needs. I have been using them for over 10 years. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good veterinarian.

Consistently outstanding service from all staff including front desk, tech's, and Dr's. I love the personal follow-up phone calls from Dr. Harris after she has treated my dog. And my dog loves Dr. Harris. I like that there are no unnecessary tests ordered, only what is necessary or due. You are immediately greeted as soon as you walk in the door by very friendly staff making you and your pet feel comfortable. They have the total package.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful! Unbelievable how an employee(MARY) can yell at a customer(ME) and the manager will deny anything was done wrong! Turn it around on me. Mary was VERY rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She threatened to keep my dog if I did not put on a face mask, which I am unable to wear. I have been here many times and never had any issues before. Yesterday was a different story. Instead of checking me out, explaining my dogs meds she decided to raise her voice at me, threaten me and embarrass me in front of other customers and my daughter. I can't help but think this is a racial issue considering everyone in the room was caucasian. Any other time I would walk out and never come back, but they had my dog. I had to pay hundreds of dollars after being borderline harassed by an employee. I called to speak with the owner, I was told that the owner will not speak with me. A manager told me that I was in the wrong, Mary did nothing wrong, never raised her voice and I was disrespectful to everyone for not being able to wear a mask. In a nutshell they would rather send me and my $$ elsewhere. Unbelievable!!! What happened to customer service????

Our lab started out in kinderbarken and we still love coming to this place. Very professional and feels like a neighborhood vet. Friendly and homey.

I love JB Animal Hospital! Everyone there is so friendly and kind. Dr Harris and Dr. C are my favorites but I am sure all the others are just as wonderful and thorough and especially loving to your pets. My two female dogs have been going there since 2009 and I have never had a bad visit or a bad moment of any kind. This is a wonderful place where you feel very welcomed and know that your pets are well cared for.

This was my first visit to Dr C with two senior shelties. Excellent experience. Staff is delightful and Dr C is excellent

I’ve been going to Jones Bridge animal hospital ever since they opened in 1992. They have consistently given me good service with all of our pets. They are very aware of how important our animals are to us and treat us accordingly. I would recommend to everyone.

My 4 year old cat got really sick with pancreatitis and other complications. We called on Wed. morning because she was very lethargic. Jones Bridge Animal Hospital had me bring her in early because of her condition. Dr. Harris examined her & called me to discussed a plan to confirm a diagnosis & expected treatment plans. I got calls throughout the day and explanation of how to provide home care. We did our 2nd day of treatment today with Dr. Carrasquillo & we seem to have turned the corner and are getting better. I really appreciate all the care offered, the way the doctors and staff pulled together as a team to help us get the needed treatment so my cat could come home. All my questions were answered, the treatment was explained so I could understand, and the bill was very reasonable for the level of care provided. A really big thank you to the team for all the care you provided to help our cat turn this health crisis around!

Even though we have long since moved to Rosell - we still drive way back out to Johns Creek - Jones Bridge Animal Hospital where we have our pets wonderfully cared for 11 years now - Thanks Dr Gordon and staff - we wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Dr. C is awesome with our fur babies. I love everyone in their staff that I have been in contact. They are very friendly, caring and compassionate. Love it here!

We have been using Jones Bridge Animal Hospital for 9 yrs. They care. I don't know how else to put it. You and your pets matter. Their prices are reasonable and better than most in the area. We moved 20 min away, and I still bring our pets here.

Newer patient. In a year or so I've visited maybe 5 times. Love the bedside service towards my 4 legged family member. :) Always friendly staff. Loved how they worked out their plan around the pandemic. The main goal, to keep everyone safe and still treat our pets. However, most important to me is that when I've brought concerns about Nutella's health they listen and investigated. My Nutella is my youngest child and I want the best for her. Here, she's got it.

Excellent and always helpful staff. Their Covid precautions are top notch and go out of their way to avoid any inconvenience for you or your pet. Highly recommended to any pet owners. Edited the review because auto-correct can be embarrassing sometimes.

We have been patients at Jones Bridge Animal hospital for our last 3 generations of dogs. All the care has been very caring for our animals, best interest and lead us to appropriate specialists when necessary. The COVID dealings were very professional to ensured all stayed safe. We have used 3 of the vets that practice there and all have been great!

Our new dog has just started coming here. We've had experiences with vets in other areas of Atlanta and out of state and can honestly say that the doctors and staff are very caring and understanding. They listen to the owners and pay attention to how the pet reacts to them. It makes things very comfortable.

Having been referred to Jones Bridge Animal Hospital by our daughter, (whose fur babies have been long time patients), we met with Dr. John Neiland regarding one of our dogs. After consulting two different veterinary hospitals near our home (we live three hours from Johns Creek) we found both Dr. Neiland and his assistant (forgive us as we don’t recall her name!) to be caring and sincerely interested in helping us with our Rascal. We feel very fortunate to have been stationed close by so that we could give Rascal the care we were certain he needed. We highly recommend Jones Bridge Animal Hospital and most especially, Dr. Neiland.
