It was very crowded and very difficult to find a parking place. My neighbor went in to get the dog. Had to circle around and around until my dog was ready to be released. It was a terrible day.

Everyone here was very friendly and professional. I showed up about 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, they thanked me for coming in early. Becky came out and explained the process to me and let me ask all my questions with patience. They took my kitten to the back and she was out really quick! I appreciate the speedy process. It was just vaccines and a microchip. This vet is also EXTREMELY affordable. I drove across ATL to visit them, but it was worth the drive, and a drive I would take again any day to see them. Thank you again!

Always have the cheapest prices with the best care. My 12 year old lab was vomiting and had a double ear infection. She also doesn't do well with many people around (she just continues to bark constantly). Everyone was so kind, put us in a room while we waited and were very informative. Dr. Urban was so kind and after perscriptions/diagnosis, my lab is back to normal! Very, very happy with the outcome. ALSO BEST PRICES FOR VACCINES!

The entire process from making the appointment, reminders to the wonderful staff was easy! The staff greeted me and my dogs with smiles on a rainy day. Even with covid restrictions, I was not able to go inside. My dogs were returned happy. The vet shared important information and the staff was so proactive in answering all of my questions. They took really good care of us.

Adopted a precious little polydactyl kitten from here a little over a month ago. He was already neutered and vetted. We were allowed to visit with him to make sure he was a good fit. Everyone was helpful during the adoption process. We recently lost our 12yr old tortie and had hoped for years a polydactyl would come into my life. Well here he is! We named him Hemingway. I call him my miracle kitty!

Took the time to talk with me about my concerns and explain everything in detail. Dr. Spann and her team do an amazing job. Thank you all for taking such good care of my pet and providing emotional support. Went above and beyond!! Excellent service!

So much better than what the Humane Society ever was. They are a no-kill shelter that really cares for these sweet animals. I and my whole family went there to be trained to be volunteers and we are so looking forward to the opportunity of being a part of this amazing organization!

I adopted a dog from here on February 10th she was malnutrition, flea infected, abused, and extremely scared of everything. She is now in good health, a soft coat and so playful and really good with kids. Although she’s still shy and still a scary cat she the best dog I never asked for.

This was our first visit to the Lifeline Animal Project and we were well satisfied, and our Cat began to use the litter box again after this visit which he was less stressed and comfortable with the care and treatment and shots he received. Back in my lap now.

Appointment for 3 dogs for examination and vaccinations was very impressive service. Everything was scheduled mask were required you must stay inside your car and call when you arrived. Paperwork was brought out to your vehicle to fill Out. When you finish they will come to get your animal. After the service the doctor come out to give her diagnosis and recommendations. I will always used this clinic I’m totally impressed. Great job !

They are so caring for the animals who find their way to this facility. We took food and other items belonging to our cat who passed, and they were so grateful. Please consider donating to this organization. They are the bomb!

Everyone who helped me at Lifeline was warm, caring, helful, and friendly. When I adopted my cat I changed her name from Brenda to Eliza Doolittle James. LifeLine is a great place to look for a new pet. They saved this cat's life by amputation of her badly Injured left hind leg. She is the sweetest cat I've ever known. It was love at first sight. The process was easy and professional. I highly recommend Lifeline.

This place is amazing. My other cat passed away recently and I decided I was finally ready to get another kitty. I walked in and was helped almost immediately, and saw that there was so many kitties that needed homes! The staff let me hold cats until I found the one for me. I adopted the sweetest boy. I’m so happy I came here and will be back in the future for my next adoption ! The only thing I question is the birth dates they put for the kittens. It says mine is 3 months but i’m almost positive he is only 7 weeks old. My sister got a kitten the same day and he is bigger than mine but it says he’s 2 months. They might just guess the ages, so i’m just not sure how old my kitty really is. Other than that this place is amazing!

First time visiting the clinic it is hard getting a hold of the desk when curbside as calling tends to put you straight to voicemail if busy. It would be nice if they had someone stationed near or at the door to let customers know how to approach for appointment. Using receiving my pet, they forgot to hand me my old paperwork with his medical history even after I asked and then failed to notify me of paying a deposit fee for my pets dental care. I understand the difficulties during this time but communication needs to be worked on.
