I love everything about the hospital i have referred several people and highly recommended it.

I frantically brought my poodle, Bailey, in because he had just been attacked by a neighbor's pit bull who wandered into my backyard. Dr. Bryant and her staff were excellent in taking care of him. I believe Dr Bryan's responsiveness and knowledge is the reason why he survived and I am very thankful. I was surprised when I received the final bill. I thought it was going to be way more than it was because Bailey was hospitalized for 5 days. Kudos to Dr. Bryant and her team!!!

The doctor is wonderful and the staff is friendly and it's a good place to take your fur baby

This is the ONLY place I take my pets. The doctor has been practicing for more than 40 years and is extremely patient and helpful when explaining procedures.

This animal hospital is a scam. I brought my dog in because of a ear infection. They gave my dog a ear flush and advised me to go to CVS over the counter meds called Debrox, in which this medicine did not work at all. My dog still had a bad ear infection after hundreds of dollars. Next, the hospital told me my dog had heart worms the size of long noodles and she wanted to charge me 1500$ for his treatment. I decided to look around for cheaper places to go and found the Atlanta humane society, which are professionals in every way. When to the humane society they said both my dogs ears were severely infected after getting is ears flushed at Greenbriar animal hospital which was about 4 weeks earlier. So they treated my dog for ear infection and heart worms all for 200$.all meds included. When I told the humane society about the over counter ear drops they shook their head and laughed. Also, Greenbriar animal hospital said my dogs heart worms were the size of long noodles. The humane society said my dog was at the beginning stages of heart worms. Somebody lying.

I was very satisfied with the care that my dog's Beauty received.

You don't have to worry about Ginger, we will never be back here ever again, what a nightmare, thank you for showing me where not to ever come to again.

We have been taking our dog here for the past few months. But this time was horrible, I was told on two different occasions that our dog will be ready at 12pm then 12:30pm. But when we arrive we still had to wait an additional hour outside of the facility in the car. The prices change they never stay the same they are overpriced in my opinion. In my opinion I feel they are very unprofessional.

This place is ratchet and unprofessional. I will never bring my pet here again. Just a hot mess. The staff's attitude is horrible and the facility is dirty. No no and more no. And be warned. The owner is vindictive if you leave negative review. Do better!

They are unable to provide simple quotes for grooming and other services. That leads me to believe they may be upcharging. Very expensive after comparing with other locations for shots,exams,etc.

This is one nasty place to take your loved pet. Yes! That is correct you haven’t seen Lucky since 2016 after you told me to kill him, because of a bump on his leg. Why would I bring my pet back to you. You didn’t want to care for my dog , but you want my money. I took him to a better place, and he remained fine.

Total competence! The facility could use some updating but the care and service is on point! The doctor and staff are more than competent. They are troupers, committed to their tasks!

Take good care of my dog

I have been going here for years. Don't feel like I get the best customer service I deserve as a loyal customer here lately. I luv supporting this black owned buisness. I would have rated this place a 10..lol or at least a 5 but I didn't. New people have been hired here. Specifically the receptionist. Her customer service is horrible. I walked into this facility and caught her feet kicked up and she was on a personal call. She appears to have no front desk experience at all. This is a medical facility but that young lady lacks wanting to learn her role or she just hasn't had the proper on the job training. She fails to read your pet medical chart. She doesn't know how to use front desk office equipment besides the phone. Either way at this point she should work in the back office..she is not suited to be the first person customers see. Also...the gates to park was still blocking the entrance after opening hour. One client had to call and ask them to open the gate. The doctor in office provides excellent animal care. The groomer does a good job. As much as I luv this place after 10+ years not sure I can go back. I will have to determine if the pros outweigh the cons.
