This place has been so good my my sweet girl. I rescued my pup from deplorable conditions and she is in desperate need of socialization. I’m so happy I found this place. It’s clean, the staff is invested and interested in the progression of the kids. It’s been wonderful!

I read through the reviews and all pages of the website and it''s links in detail. I filled out all online forms and uploaded the docs that I have. After a few calls reached someone (I called on Wed Jan 5th at 4:39pm ET). She was sooooo RUDE and lacked kindness and emotional intelligence. She was rude to the point where it was laughable. Very abrupt and snide as well. Definitely not someone that I'd trust or want to leave my dog with for any period of time. I do not recommend them and give a one star based on the poor customer service.

I took my dog for her trial day and she did great! I was able to watch her on the doggy cam. The workers were showed care towards he dogs with embraces and playful interactions. After her “long” day she was happy, and tired ????. Thank you Doguroo!

This place rocks. They know both my dogs on sight and I don’t attend that often. The best proof point of all is how excited my dogs always are to go here - they leap out of car and pull me in. Then they are so happy at end of day - very well done for 6 years now! Why can’t all services in Atlanta be this great? Superb attitude and flawless execution.

We’ve been taking our pup here since she received her first groom 4+ years ago. Sharla knows the doodle cut and is great with our pup! We drive from Dunwoody every 6-8 weeks because we love her so much!

I take my dog here for grooming and she loves it ????

We first started coming here two years ago after we got our golden doddle. The first few experiences were great. The last few were subpar at best. The staff (especially the young lady at the front) seemed to not care and did a poor job bathing and grooming. We noticed her ears had an odor and not realizing why, we thought it was because they needed to be cleaned. After a visit to the vet for routine checkup and shots, we found out that she had a severe ear infection. One would think the groomer and staff would know to use a drying agent when her ears were cleaned. Sadly, they did not or just didn’t care. The part that bothered me the most is when I confronted the issue it was just shrugged off. I would not recommend or suggest them to anyone.

Doguroo does an excellent job of grooming and bathing my two small dogs.

The store is well stocked and they did a great job giving my dog a summer groom.

My dog went for a grooming appointment with them. When he came back I noticed he was licking his a certain area of his body constantly. Upon closer inspection I saw that the area he was licking was red and looked like it was cut way too close by the groomer. I contacted the company, but of course they would not take any responsibility. Inspect your dog closely before coming home after getting serviced because they will not own up to anything.

Very Covid safe policies, like curbside drop off and pickup, social distancing in lobby and all the staff was wearing masks. Their bath/grooming packages are amazing and unbeatable price. They even noticed that my dog had some allergies that we hadn’t picked up on. Very great experience and highly recommend!

My favorite dog day care & groomer! The folks here are great and all the services we've used (boarding, daycare, and grooming) have consistently been a notch above other similar spots in Atlanta. Doguroo is the best!!

Went here for a grooming service. They did a fantastic job styling and cleaning our Goldendoodle. Our pooch looked like he was ready for a champion show when they were done with him!

Unbelievably horrible customer service.. I'm not sure of the woman's name, but whoever is answering phones right now (11 AM) 8-14 is horribly rude. Not only did she seem un-enthused about helping me with my question, when ending the call and wishing her a great rest of her day she replies with a very short "mhm" and hangs up the phone. I don't know who hired her, but as a business owner myself I can certainly say she is bad for business and would recommend some reprimanding or skill training of some sort for her. Won't be bringing my business here again that is for sure.

Doguroo is my favorite place to board and groom my 2 pups. They love playing there all day and come home safe and tired.

My pup Leroy and I love everything about Doguroo. We've been going here for years and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I feel so comfortable leaving my best bud with a group of friendly faces who know his name and seem genuinely happy to see him. Daycare, boarding, and grooming are all fantastic. I highly recommend.

I was there to pick up dog food for someone. Upon, entering the store all the staff I saw were very pleasant and helpful. Not your average Pet smart, Petco, Pet supermarket or veterinarian. A bit on the high end/upscale of pet stores/vet, but I'm sure they are worth it. It's a place I would take my dog if I lived nearby. Based on the information the person told me about the place and my short visit & interaction with them, they seemed to be vested in the well-being of animals and a healthy relationship with pet owners.

Great self service dog wash. Has an amazing blow dryer for quick drying double coated dogs.

They are extremely welcoming the second you walk in the door. They keep great records about your pet, knowing their food and medicine schedule without having to tell them every time you go in. Wouldn't take my pups anywhere else!

I loved my job and the people I worked with. The environment is that of a place that always puts it's animals first. Everyone there is extremely devoted to the comfort and care of the animals they board, groom and the people who come in to shop for their pets. The facilities are heated and cooled and the pets get outside time as well. Small and large dogs are separated in their large play areas to ensure that each pet is in their element.

We have been at Dogaroo Midtown for occasional day care and overnight boarding for 8 or 9 years. Our dog doesn't do well with new people and new settings but she's always done well there and most of the team members know her by name. She really likes visiting.

We cannot recommend Doguroo highly enough. I have a very anxious dog, and from her first trial day here, the staff were so caring, patient, and gentle with her. No she literally jumps around the house when I announce it's time to go to "school," and her enthusiasm and the staff's attentiveness and affection for her make us feel so comfortable leaving her here when we travel. I love the cameras and the playgroups based on personality. The groomers do a great job as well.

Went to their puppy hour! It was great.

Doguroo is THE BEST! They are extremely trustworthy, love my dogs like I do and promote good communication/healthy environment for all their clients. I have tried other daycares/boarding facilities in the past and no place compares like Doguroo!
