I have used cat snip 3 times now and they are amazing and they care about cats!!

Today I had another great experience with two of my cats being spayed and neutered at Catsnip. The staff members were super prompt, polite, and efficient and I was able to bring my babies home, awake and safe, the same day! The surgery site is so tiny and clean and tight. My babies were ready to eat right away when we returned home (great sign that they were feeling good). Over the years I've had over a dozen great experiences with my furry family members just like today with Project Catsnip. They are truly a blessing and a pleasure to do business with. The money I always save with Catsnip is MOST appreciated and REALLY NEEDED, too.

Booked an appointment for today September 27th at the Woodstock location. The deposit email stated "this is not a confirmation" but when you call the number it says it is????... My wife goes to the location and there is no truck???? & other people were there to get their cats done just standing around looking silly. I ether want a reschedule or a refund at this point. Please respond CatSnip so we can get this in order. Edit update: The response they gave below isn't even for me. We never reached anyone on the phone, you cant make this up lol. I also never recieved an email of any kind stating you wanted to meet with me. Nun of my family members called in ether, so this further proves my point that they are unorganized. They probably dont even know my cats name.....

Wonderful experience! Friendly, professional, and a great deal. They even offered to let our two cats stay together so they wouldn't be as nervous! We also got to get our kitties vaccinated at the same time. They have a ton of helpful information on their website about what you'll need for after surgery and how to prepare. It's been a couple weeks now and our kitties are doing great! Amazing service + people, highly recommend!

I recommend CatSnip to anybody who needs a low-cost neutering thay did a great job even gave my cat shots he needed very low cost . They were very helpful I would use them again if I had to great service to all keep up the good work!

Didn't receive confirmation of my appointment until 18 hours before, then they didn't send the email packet until almost midnight, well after I was in bed. I didn't have a time or address until I got up in the morning and checked my email. Then the links to the mandatory forms I needed didn't work in their email. Didn't matter, I couldn't get there between 7-730AM when it's an hour away, anyway. And after I'd taken time off work just for this. Extremely uncommunicative and unprofessional organization. If you can afford to not deal with the hassle, then don't. I'd rather save up an extra $400 and pay a real veterinarian with some sense of customer service to do the spaying. Thanks a lot, CatSnip.

Recently had my cat spayed at the Dahlonega location and was impressed with the staff and the operation overall. Staff was kind & professional and my cat is recovering very well (make sure to take home the optional pain meds!) CatSnip provides quality vet service at a fraction of the cost of a traditional vet. If you or anyone you know has a cat who needs to get "fixed" then I would definitely check them out first. Some locations are far from the city but they have a fair amount of options. Their prices and service are unbeatable, however. I would not hesitate to use CatSnip again in the future and I can't thank them enough!

I have been in rescue for over 20 years. I have fostered cats with 4 different organizations over that time. Each rescue has their own preferred spay/neuter vet. I've had some bad experiences, like kitties that don't wake up from surgery. I know there are those congenital situations, but some vets have higher than normal stats. I personally pay out of pocket the additional cost (if necessary) to use Catsnip. Their staff is very caring and empathetic. They use top notch supplies & even a reversal of the anesthesia, which a lot of low cost vets don't do. I trust my own cats with them.

So impressed! Our cats acted like nothing happened after getting spayed. The incision was tiny.

Amazing ???? is all I can say. I've been checking around at different clinics and this place was very affordable. I was very nervous and so was my cat because she's never had surgery before. They did an incredible job of taking care of her.

I have been going to catsnip for many years now. They are so kind and amazing. They take wonderful care of our fur babies and treat them as if they were their own. Theyre prices are awesome and they have such wonderful people working for them. I absolutely recommend them to everyone!!!!

Great team, used their services years back when we lived in Gwinnett County. Now we have new kittens thanks to our loving yard cat, so, she and our babies as well as proud papa all need some treatment this year! Glad to see they have so many spots each month near where we live now in the north west metro!!

I adopted a cat that showed up at my house as a kitten. The vet I take my dogs to referred me to CatSnip. They spayed, vaccinated and microchipped my cat for a very reasonable price. This is a wonderful service they are providing.

I took 4 cats to them they communicated with me through the day what they found. They offered awesome discounts and were very professional great people! I would recommend them to anyone!! You Rock!!!

My kitten was neutered yesterday at the Snellville location. When I got him home, I noticed a significant amount of blood on his towel and bottom. I was so worried and tried reaching out as soon as I got him inside. No one ever made sure to check on my cat based on my call right after his surgery last night ( ten minutes before 5:00 pm). I thought something was very wrong with him, and called the “emergency number” listed on the after care sheet. I also reached out to someone named Hannah (vet tech?!?) via text with messages and pictures of Loki’s condition at the time with no response. I got her phone number from her texting me when Loki was ready to be picked up. I received a call earlier today but was hung up on when I answered. When I called back, it was Renee’s voice mail/phone number. I left a message right away and still have not heard from anyone from Catsnip. After I paid for the services rendered, no one called me back when I needed them. That is very concerning. I am thankful my cat seems to be much better than when I brought him home, but shutter to think that I would not have been able to get in touch with anyone if there was an emergency.

These people are absolutely wonderful, they took such good care of many of my pets. They’re quick, reliable and affordable! Hands down the best I could have asked for.
