This little gem of a pet store har been by far, my best ever retail shopping experience! Everyone on staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, heager to help you find what you need, and always incredibly kind! I'll continue to shop here for all my pets needs and just to stop in and say hello!

Has everything you need for your pets.. went in for a special shampoo. Employee was helpful in finding this specific product

Great customer service I was running late to get there before they closed but I called an the lady waited til I got there. I said was out of dog food and they were the only store still open that sold Victor dog food for puppies. Now I'm a repeat customer

Always helpful and very kind

The folks here are amazing!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. I believe this location had a change in management a couple of years ago (2019-ish). With the change in management I noticed happier and more knowledgeable staff. At that time, this location made improvements to their aquatic systems and care for the fish. Since the change, I have seen a couple staff members try to educate customers not to purchase a new tank and fish at the same time. It is refreshing to see staff explain the importance of cycling the tank prior to adding fish. As of June 2021, they now sell reptiles in addition to the fish, rodents, rabbits and birds they have always had.

This place is the absolute worst. All I needed was a battery and they had it in a locked area. I asked where they were and then watched while two employees stood around for a minute then walked away to go sweep the floors instead of assisting me with my purchase. I went and got one of them after if was clear they weren’t going to help me and instead of coming to assist me they went back to the cash register and started checking out other customers. I waited through two transactions before leaving empty handed. Will tell everyone I know about this experience and put up as many reviews as I can. Customer service = 0 I would give it less stars if I could.

This store is usually very helpful with lots of knowledge about everything in the store.... Until... The weekend... The young tall dark skinned black guy is absolutely no help. My boyfriend simply went in to get the water tested from our fish tank. He asked if he need help, then acts as if he is speaking a foreign language when he said he needed the water tested. Then tells him he can help him, only to go back up to the front register to help other clients. Then another young guy comes and asked if he needed to check the temperature of the water... ????. So he finally starts the test for the water... And he's reading the results like the results are upside down, only to finally say he's not the expert or the best person to do these test and he calls someone else on the phone, then while he's on hold he leaves and starts helping others and never comes back, then we see him on one of the isles on his phone texting... so we left... NEVER GO THERE ON THE WEEKEND IF YOU NEED HELP FROM THE ASSOCIATES OTHER THAN RINGING UP YOUR ITEMS AT THE REGISTER!!!

Employees are super friendly atmosphere was loving caring would love to continue business here. So helpful and amazing.

Had a really difficult time getting the staff to help me and when it was finally my turn to be helped they went and helped people that had been waiting less than a third of the time. Was incredibly frustrating and we ended up just having to leave.

It was SO MUCH FUN petting the animals!! The Staff were professional, yet down-to-earth, too!! I encourage you all to stop by when you get a chance...even if it's just for a few minutes!!

Clean, well stocked, friendly staff

This is a solid pet store, though the staff varies. Sometimes they're very kind and helpful. Other times, especially if they're out of a product they can snap at you. The space is easily wheelchair accessible.

Went their to get a pet but they don't accept a return if the pet's personality clashes with you. The only warranty they have is if the pet passes away within 15 days. How do they expect people to forcefully connect with a pet?
