The staff did an amazing job taking care of my puppy! From the check in process through his stay and the checkout process, the staff was fantastic. I even watched the staff playing with him on the webcams. I will definitely be coming to this location on a regular basis!

10/10 hands down best Pet care facility I've had. Staff is friendly, professional, and loving. They've extended their hours to help accommodate customers' schedules which is amazing. I look forward to getting my digital "report card" every afternoon and seeing my pup with her frands on the playground. Thanks Barking Hound!!

We’ve been taking our dog to Barking Hound for several months now, for both daycare and boarding. The staff are friendly, attentive and professional. Our dog is very excited to go there. I like being able to check the outdoor camera to catch a peek at our dog. Barking Hound has made boarding and daycare stress-free for us.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is super friendly and reliable. I would not send my dog to any other place. I love being able to watch my dogs on the webcam and enjoy her daily report card with pictures.

My family was traveling to Atlanta for a baseball tournament. The game time changed and Put us in a bind with accommodations. Barking hound village was amazing. Our dogs went to daycare while we went to the game and figured out our accommodations. My dog is an anxious traveler so I was little worried about leaving her after we had just traveled so far. She was so happy when I picked them up. They played and had a great time. The manager showed me how they have cameras and the owners can log in and watch their pups play. I was very impressed and hope to bring my dogs back when we are in town again! So happy!!

It’s quite concerning that they leave dogs 12 hours overnight to hold their bladders. They take them out for the evening at 7pm for 15 min and the poor dogs don’t get another bathroom break until 7am the next morning.

I left my dog two times at this location, and he returned home happy and much calmer. He's a very anxious dog and hanging out with the other dogs has been helping him build confidence. I think they take good care of the pups. So far so good.

My almost 6 month old puppy loves going to day care at the Lambert Drive location. I’ve been taking her there once or twice per week for a few weeks and she’s just so excited to be there when I drop her off in the morning. I work from home and it’s nice to know she’s having a ton of fun and getting socialized while I’m busy working.

It’s so hard to find a dependable daycare for your fur baby, but here you can count on a team of professionals that will love your pup! I have to say thank you to the owners for bringing Brooks back from the Airport location! They also have a Dog of the Day board up in the front lobby! And it feels so good to see your dog being spotlighted with his/her friends:)! Thank you all for a great job I’m so grateful!!!!!

Inn at Barking Hound on Lambert Drive is fantastic in every way. I have been bringing my babies there for 20 years and now that we have 2 dogs that love to play (Charlie-English Cream Golden & Joey-Collie) we love bringing them to their "puppy hotel". The manager, Justin, is beyond amazing and has taken special care to look after our boys (as I am admittedly an over protective dog mom). Justin has ensured every time we are bring the boys there that they are separated when eating so that Charlie doesn't eat both meals and has done an outstanding job training his staff to care for the dogs like they are their own. We love the "report card" we get in email during their stay with photos of them having fun in the yard with their friends. We also caught on camera recently one of their star employees, Cloney, who went into Charlie & Joey's suite and got down on the floor to play with them and give them hugs and butt scratches....just because she wanted too. Rodney is another employee who we have seen playing with the boys in the yard and hugging on them to give them love & attention, like we do at home. I highly recommend the Inn at Barking Hound and don't think you will find a better team to care for your babies.

First experience at the daycare. Our Yellow lab enjoyed every minute. He came home happy and tired. The staff answered every question honestly and patiently. Clean and welcoming. Very happy

I had a horrible 1st experience and will not return nor recommend anyone to this establishment. I boarded my dog for 1 night and added a nail dremel. The total came to over $70. We were charged for picking up after a certain time when we were NEVER told there would be an extra fee for picking him up after 1pm. Also, when we returned home we noticed they DID NOT dremel his nails at all. This business is NOT RELIABLE!

Our Lilly looks forward to going to Barking Hound Village Inn while we are away. She is the type of dog that craves interaction and attention, so the fenced in areas are perfect for her. We love watching her on the cameras while she’s outside playing...it gives us peace of mind that our “baby” is enjoying herself.

The worst service we could expect. 10 days before going on vacation I called twice to arrange everything that was necessary for my dog's accommodation. They told me they needed the vet's number and nothing else. Being out of the country a friend took my dog to this establishment and was rejected. the reason, not having the papers with the vaccines up to date. for 9 days they didn't call the vet and never let us know. Imagine our concern being out of the country. we had to call us from another country to fix everything they were not able to do in 9 days.

I take my dog here several times per week. The staff is always pleasant and seems to really love the animals. My dog is always so excited when we arrive and I know gets a good day of play in by how tired he is when he comes home. Highly recommend!

I checked in my two dogs at this location just once last year. I didn't realize until I picked them up and got home that one of my pups had his paw pad's skin broken. This happened because their ground is covered in little stones, pebbles/rocks instead of grass (or fake grass, or rubbery flooring). That was a pity. So maybe not all dogs will get hurt but mine did and I find it quite disheartening. Apart from this I think my pups enjoyed the company of other dogs, they also got a bath prior to pick up and got new bandanas which was nice. But unfortunately, I for instance, can't afford an injured dog every time because they decide to maintain the grounds where these dogs play with a material that is prejudicial to the animals' well being. Because of this I would not leave my dogs there again, or anywhere else where the ground is unsafe for the animals. Just have a grassy ground where the potential for injuries is minimized.

My dog, Halen, loves coming here! This is the best day camp and boarding facility around. Staff is friendly and know most dogs by name. They even post pictures daily so you can see how much fun they're having while you're away.

We love this place and bring our dogs back time and again. They always come back happy and tired no matter how long or short the stay is. The prices are great for the amount of socialization and exercise the dogs get, and they are upfront with all costs. Sometimes we have had issues with them not answering the phone or returning calls but nothing too serious. Overall a positive experience and we recommend them to our friends regularly.

Clean, well-lit boarding. Zero doggy odor. Spacious pens. Very friendly staff who all love taking care of doggies. Our two almost didn't want to leave when we returned to take them home.

Our golden retriever Morgan had a ten day stay over the holidays. He has epilepsy so is on a complicated regimen of drugs to control his seizures and even with that can have occasional episodes. Staff at Barking Hound Village managed Morgan’s medications beautifully and communicated with our vet and us when Morgan had a breakout seizure. Everything was well managed and we felt reassured that he was in good hands. My husband and I appreciate the high quality of care that Morgan and our other dogs have received there over the years.

Holly loves going to Barking Hound Village Inn and they take great care of her. Nice to know my pup is happy and safe when I am out of town. That little tail-nub never stops wagging when she's there!

Dog came back with unreported scratches and scabs. Had to take to vet for $300 vet bill for kennel cough. Never again.
