I have been using Bark and Board Westside for several years, and unfortunately, that place got worse and worse. My five-month-old puppy stayed with them for two weeks during the holidays. I specified at the check-in that as a puppy, she had to be fed three times a day. I prepared 42 bags of food. They texted me while she was boarded that she was eating too fast and vomiting after, so they recommended that I buy a slow feeder. When I came to get her, there were 14 bags left in her bag. They fed her two times instead of three times as I instructed. That's why she was eating so fast and vomited after—poor baby. I'm very sad and disappointed about their negligence.

We boarded our two dogs and cat this past weekend for a trip out of town. It was our furbabies' first time being boarded so they were nervous (and so were we) BUT this place is amazing! You can tell they love pets as much as we do. They took the time to explain everything to us and assured us our pets would be very well taken care of. We called to check up on them over the weekend and every one was very responsive and friendly. We will be back!

Bark and Board west Midtown is The Best!! We were a little hesitant leaving our German Shepard pup, but once she was introduced to the Bark and Board Family, we knew she was going to do just fine! They truly treat your babies like their own. The whole team is professional, yet caring and compassionate. The staff takes time to give you a report card on your baby and they work with them until they are comfortable in the yard with other animals. This place is one of a kind!! Our pup was nervous the first time, but the next time she was there she got excited when she saw the staff and didn’t look back as she ran off to play. For this I am truly thankful! Thank you Bark and Board!!

I have been bringing my dog LuLu for months now. I was recommended to try B&B by a friend who bring their dog. I had been driving into north Buckhead for another daycare and this seemed like a no brainer because I can walk there from my home. The staff is amazing and make me feel like LuLu is the only dog they care for. I also have been working with Opal who is their on premise certified trainer. WOW is all I can say, she has really helped LuLu reach her potential via her 1:1 training. LuLu adores Opal and Marley (Opal's dog) and truly knows when it's 7am so she can come play with her furry friends and get "loved on" by her human caretakers. I love this place!

This place always has its good and bad . More so for me the last few times it's been bad so I haven't brought my dog even though I recommend this business all the time. The dog grooming person or whomever was in the background talking so rudely and didn't realize that the front desk and I were already on the phone . It doesn't matter if she didn't know we were on the phone or not . There's a certain way to conduct yourself in a place of business . Period .

Great place! We’ve taken our 8mo old Boston Terrier to Daycare here a few times and he loves it! No complaints!

My now 6-year-old DivaDobe, Lacey, has been a part of the Bark and Board family since she was 9 months old for regular doggie day care, grooming and periodic boarding. I have nothing but good things to say about the quality of Lacey's care with this incredible group of people. The love and affection shown to our beloved fur babies is evident on the faces of everyone you come in contact with the moment you walk through the door. Bark and Board is simply the best!

I’ve been brining my puppy to B&B for about a month now & I couldn’t be happier with them! We just moved here & it’s been the best place for him to settled into an acclimate. The staff are so attentive! Whether he’s eaten enough for the day, helping him conquer his shyness with the other dogs and even helping him learn to get up and down the stairs. They go above and beyond. My puppy comes home tired but happy. All the staff are great, but REALLY big shout out to Johanna!

Poor communication. I made a reservation weeks in advance where I checked in my dog at 6 AM (I had a flight at 9 AM). I was told the day before that nobody would be there to check him in until 7 AM, even though my reservation had been approved for at least a couple weeks. & I was only made aware because I got there in person, & they had no idea they had approved it. Management seems disorganized & uncommunicative. I am aware I could’ve looked up the hours myself or whatever but it was frustrating that they did approve it as it was without telling me anything. Not sure if I’d use their services again. My dog seems like he had fun though. Just sucks Saturdays he has to stay alone on a cage from 5 PM until 12 PM on Sunday or later.

I LOVE Bark and Board! It is great. Fantastic customer service and my pup is always happy and all tuckered out at the end of the day. The only thing I find immensely frustrating is the cameras are SO choppy so it is really hard to actually watch your pup. I really think that's an easy fix so my hope is they make updates to that system as I'm a crazy dog mom and need to watch everything!

We love leaving our dogs here when we are out of town. They have cameras for us to check in on play time. Our dogs get so much attention and play time. The staff truly loves dogs and you can see it in their actions and communication.

I like that my puppy gets to be outside (if the weather is ok when she's there) and that there are cameras so my husband and I can check on our pooch. My puppy is leaning in on her leash when she walks into the building, trying to get there, so that's a good sign.

We were traveling with our pup and needed a place for him to stay while we did some sightseeing. They were able to get him in right away. The facility was adorable and we loved being able to check on him via the webcams which gave us peace of mind since we weren’t from the area. Would definitely use them if we are back in the area!

The staff is incredible! They make you feel so welcome and always greet my dog as soon as we walk in. I won’t go anywhere else!

As a first time dog owner, Bark and Board, has been beyond AMAZING dealing with all my questions and concerns and taking care of my pup, Riley! They have a great referral program, Discovery Day for the pup to get acclimated, and amazing staff! They even have cameras so you can watch your pup! I wouldn’t recommend it even more and can’t wait to continue taking Riley there! They also do grooming which was amazing!

My dog & I love Bark & Board. She can’t wait to get out of the car when we get there & she’s always tired out when I pick her up. She never smells like she’s been at daycare when I pick her up. The staff is awesome & helpful & even when they’re busy with a lot of customers, they always make you & your dog feel welcome!! Thanks Bark & Board

I love taking my dog Cooper here! He is always exhausted after running around in daycare and I can tell he loves the staff! They are all great with dogs and make a point to get to know your dog. They are great for boarding too--I always call to check in on him during boarding and the staff gives me updates on how his play has been and what dogs he's been playing with! Great facility overall and highly recommend!

All the employees seem to genuinely like dogs and very responsive to questions. Our dog is always is happy to go and always worn out so we know he's had a good day. Unlike other doggy day cares we've used , the facility seems pretty clean and doesn't have a foul order.

Dangerous Daycare! If you would describe your dog as playful or energetic do not bring your dog here!!! TLDR: my “crazy” puppy was bit by another dog and the staff didn’t care to tell me! I just finished a trial day with my 7 month old, barely 14lb puppy. He went through puppy class socialization and attends another daycare with no problems. However after a trial day here he was injured by another dog on his ear. Not at all an emergency injury but still something that I should’ve been notified of and some kind of action should’ve been taken by the staff. I checked in on the cameras throughout the day and everything looked fine. He was out in the yard the whole time (except nap time). When I picked him up I was given a “report card” and told he had so much fun and was adorable. Nobody told me what happened. When I got home I noticed the dried blood so I called. I was told my puppy “was acting crazy so another dog probably did it”. I can only assume she was referring to his energetic chase games and he was overwhelming another dog. If this was the case the “trained” staff should’ve separated the two for a break when they first noticed the dog was overwhelmed or moved them into entirely different play groups. From what I can tell they don’t separate dogs into play groups. Which I think is the massive problem with this daycare and why I would never bring my dog to another place like it. I recommend you don’t either!!! All they do is separate based on size but one small dog might like to run around and another might like to quietly sniff. Inevitably mixing these will cause problems which is exactly what happened with my puppy. (Unless the other dog was aggressive and not a good fit for daycare in which case I hope he was removed from the facility). The carelessness and lack of concern for my puppy’s experience and injury is very upsetting. Know that if you bring your dog here so that they can exercise and have fun, they will get bit by dogs that have a more relaxed play style and that’s 100% ok with the staff here.

I will take my pup no where else besides Bark and Board! I have been taking my frenchie to their locations (Brookhaven and West Midtown) for over four years now and have zero complaints and only high praises! The staff is amazing and truly care about your pup and have kept everything super safe during COVID. A huge shoutout to the West Midtown team- Joanna and Amanda- for taking such great care of Manny ????

We have been boarding our Golden Retrievers at Bark & Board for over ten years. The staff and service are wonderful and our dogs LOVE visit to Bark & Board Westside. Every B&B staff member knows the dogs, greets them by name, plays with them. We use B&B for all of our grooming needs and each and every time, our Golden Retrievers return to us looking glamourous and smelling divinely un-doggy! As any pet owner knows, your pet does not hide their feelings. We think the excitement our Goldens display when returning for a visit to B&B is the best testimonial of all.

The people that work there are very nice and my pet appears to enjoy it - she comes home exhausted! They apparently have a rewards system; however, I have asked about my rewards balance the past few times we’ve stayed, and it’s always ‘well I can’t see it’ or ‘I don’t have access to that’ or another reason why it’s unavailable. I’ve heard ‘I’ll ask my manager to look into it and let you know,’ but I never hear anything. A little frustrating for the customers that’s continue to choose to return.

We love Bark & Board for grooming services. They do a great job and are so easy to work with.

My very energetic golden doodle puppy loves going to play days at Bark & Board. She has also boarded there when I had out of town trips. Her tail wags when she arrives and wags when she leaves. All the staff see genuinely glad to see her, they are welcoming and competent. Don’t know what I’d do without them. Clare Richardson

They know my dog's name so when we arrive, they are all around calling him and his tail goes a-wagging. Bark and Board is immaculate, professional and very good to Ozzy, so much so that it's hard for me to get his attention when I come to pick him up.
