Fantastic company with a fantastic team! Without Animal Land Pet Movers and Melissa, we never would have been able to relocate our rescue from the Bahamas, through the US and into South Africa. Melissa was incredibly organised, walked with me every step of the way and was there for me all times of the day and night to calm my fears and concerns, I really cannot say enough about this fantastic company and amazing woman! Skippy and I will forever be grateful!!

Was in the process of relocating a pet into Singapore from the US and the Singapore company recommended me Animal Land Pet Movers to handle the export in the US. Sunni answered all my queries promptly and after paying the deposit, I was assigned Dana. She was also very responsive too and meticulous. Since I was already in Singapore, my in-laws in the US who were looking after my pet were in constant contact with Dana as well and found her friendly and professional. The entire process was smooth and Colleen picked up my pet from my in-laws’ house in another state and delivered the pet all the way to the international airport in Atlanta. My in-laws also found Colleen to be friendly too and she called them after my pet was checked in for the flight. Dana kept me updated throughout the entire process from when the flight departed the US, to the transit in the animal hotel in Europe, and when the flight departed Europe. My pet arrived happy and safe. Will recommend ALPM for anyone relocating pets from the Georgia area.

I recently moved from US to India and Animal Land Pet Movers helped relocating my dog Casper. This is my first review ever, I normally don’t write reviews but I believe this is important and might help pet parents who are paranoid like me about moving their pets long distance. Mellisa Crespo was our personal counselor and I cannot than her enough!! She was patient , professional, extremely empathetic and considerate for Casper’s comfort and safety. She was in constant touch through out the process and helped us answering all our queries. My flight was delayed and I had to stay in Chicago for couple of days , she was able to coordinate with Lufthansa ( Casper’s airlines) and their partners in India well and in professional manner and made the whole process hassle free and comfortable for both myself and Casper. Hire them even they are expensive , you will feel it’s all worth at the end.

Could not have made our move to the UK without Animal Land Pet Movers! Melissa was super helpful and made sure everything was in order for our pup, even in the midst of COVID issues that kept arising.

I don’t normally do things like this but I feel as if this is necessary. I was taking care of my sisters dog, Mia, while her and her boyfriend completed a big move. Of course I got attached to their dog and she means everything to me. So I was nervous to have her travel so far away. We came across this company and met Melissa who helped us through the whole process. When I say Melissa and this company are amazing is an understatement. Melissa kept in contact with us all hours of the day, answered any ridiculous questions we had and even talked me through my anxiety. I can’t thank them enough for all of their help and how patient they were with my crazy situation. Mia traveled safely and comfortably the whole time. If I ever need anyone in the future I will be sure to go right back to this company. The sweetest people I have ever worked with.

I recently moved from the US (DC area) to Germany. I have a cat that Animal Land Pet Movers helped me move out of the country. They helped me with getting the required documentation and provided a door-to-door pickup and delivery service. Janie, who I communicated with, in particular was incredibly helpful with every step of the (very complex) process and also had the foresight to book a backup flight out of JFK which we had to end up using because of a heat embargo in Dulles (I surely would have missed this if I had done the move by myself). I can absolutely recommend this company.

Moving is always stressful, especially when it involves beloved pets. Having a dedicated move counselor, like the one provided by Animal Land Pet Movers, made a huge difference for me. The folks at Animal Land were quick to respond, able to answer any and all questions I had over the course of my move. A mistake was made by a booking agent at the airline company, who cancelled the entire itinerary instead of just one leg like I had requested. However, Janie was able to get my pup on a similar flight very quickly. There was a hiccup with the vet at the destination airport forgetting to include some documentation for my pet, but Janie was able to help get those document back in my hands very quickly. All in all, I would highly recommend Animal Land for your pet moving needs.

I can't say enough about how helpful Igna was to getting our dog Pippi to the middle east. This was an extremely complicated process, but Igna walked us through every step and made sure all i's were dotted. She worked seamlessly with our overseas importer and our vet. She put us at ease with her knowledge of how the system worked and with regular updates. She encouraged questions and was extremely responsive. I can't imagine working with anyone else. So thankful.

Because of a travel pet embargo we had to find very quick a pet moving company and after contacting several I got the fastest and professional reply from Animal Land. Janie and Dana kept me on a pretty calm level through the process, with a few hick ups on my part (pet mommy panic). Traveling from Germany to the states 3 years ago (cargo on our flight) the girls looked very beat up. This time they seemed almost unbothered from their travel, thanks to the smooth planning. Where do I begin? My family's experience with Animal Land Pet Movers was wonderful from beginning to end, and I'm so happy that I found them. They were the only pet relocation service to call me after I submitted a request online. Sunni called me the next day, explained the itinerary, answered all of my questions and put me in-touch with Melissa to move our Boston Terrier from New Jersey to Korea. We have moved between the US and Korea several times, but this was the first time we moved with a dog and when our airline said we couldn't fly with her because she is a snub-nosed breed and slightly over the in-cabin weight limit, we were thrown for a loop. We had a tight timeline but Melissa made it happen for us seamlessly. Within two weeks, Remi was on her way. Melissa responded to all of my emails quickly, tracked Remi's flights and even saved us money for Remi's customs processing in Korea. The agent in Korea, Gina, sent us photo compilations from the moment Remi arrived in Incheon until she was safely delivered to a family member's home to await our arrival. Although I was anxious about the entire process, Melissa and her team made me feel so much better about all of it. I highly recommend Animal Land Pet Movers and can't thank them enough.

Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. Dana and Sunni our co-ordinators for the pets move were very patient and organised. They answered every single question we had about the move and guided us through the process of moving our pets from California to India. The move was very smooth and our fur babies arrived in India safely. I am so glad that we found Animal Land Pet Movers. They made the move easy. I highly recommend their service if your pets need to travel.

So grateful for the pet movers and their hard work !!!! I love my dogs very much, they are my children and moving to Germany terrified me because I was So worried about putting them on a plane. But everything went so smooth and we are beyond grateful! We will use them again !

I cannot say enough great things about the staff at Animal Land. Beth, my moving consultant, was patient, informed and always upto date about the regulations during my international move. She helped me safely move my pets, 3 dogs (2 miniature schnauzers and a havanese) and my parrot (african grey), during a challenging covid-19 landscape between countries. She was always willing to take time to answer my calls and reassure me over and over again. I cannot overstate the difficulties of moving pets at this time. The staff there always came up with solutions, and walked me through every step including working with my vet to insure my customs paperwork was correct. Lastly when it came time for me to turn over my family I was comfortable giving my little ones to a loving care taker. Thank you sincerely for getting my monsters to England!

It was a challenging time to move our 2 small dogs to Hawaii, with the limitations of the pandemic and the airline ground temperature restrictions affecting the planning. Beth got it done. We cannot thank Animal Land Pet Movers enough. Beth was amazing!!! Transporting our 3 dogs from Sacramento area to Valbonne France in a middle of a pandemic was really challenging. Beth took care of it all and made sure that our 3 dogs made it safely to their final destination. The communication was excellent, we were updated every step of the way during the dogs' trip. Moving the dogs was for sure the most stressfull part of our move but thanks to Beth it all went great. We could not have done it without her and Animal Land Pet Movers. Animal Land did a great job moving my kitty from Atlanta to Ireland. Melissa was incredibly helpful at every stage of the process. She even booked two flights, a fail safe which was needed given Covid restrictions changing at the last minute. Moving day went really smoothly and delivery on the other side was perfect. I got updates on my cat's progress which was great. I have no hesitation recommending them.

Melissa helped us bring our kitties to England. She was very helpful! England has some pretty strict regulations when bringing in animals but having the help from Melissa made it a fairly smooth process. She was very thorough in making sure I had all the correct documents and information that I needed. I had an issue getting one of the forms from my vet and she went out of her way to contact them for me to make sure everything was completed before our travel date. Melissa was also very courteous and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend using Animal Land Pet Movers if you were able to have her help you (I’m sure the other people that can help there are great too..but I don’t quote me..I only dealt with Melissa).

Animal Land Pet Movers transported our cats from the Us to the UK in December. Melissa did an amazing job for us! With all the craziness and all the hoops she had to jump through, with Covid, Brexit and Christmas, she managed the impossible and got our kitties home on time and in excellent shape. A wonderful job indeed!

My family and I had to relocate back to Poland. I was concerned about my pets because both my cat (Sushi) and dog (wiggles) are snub nose pets. I have searched for different options of transporting them only to found out that the cruise that allows pet (Queen Mary 2) has fully booked for 2 years. A lot of airlines will not allow brachycephalic breeds in airlines. I decided to go with Animal Land Pet Movers because of the reasonable price but still not cheap. Sunny helped me out on the early stages of the contract, answering all the questions from safety, processes and prices. After putting a deposit, I was assigned with Melissa as our personal agent. She was so detailed oriented and patiently answering our questions and concerns. She made vet appointments, sending pre-filled custom forms, what color pens are acceptable and etc. Even my vet office was impressed by her! She was also there in every step, taking pictures of the pet before boarding, tell us when they are on layover and finally, taking off for final destination, Poland. I do hope she took rest because it seems that she was awake all night just to notify our pet status and was there if we have any questions. Overall, Melissa and Animal Land Pet movers made us feel comfortable and delivered our pets with no issues. Will definitely recommend and will use them again for future references. As you can see, Sushi and Wiggles are chilling cozily in their new home in Poland.

I can't recommend this company enough! The person who took care of us was Beth. She is 100% a professional and also another 100% an outstanding emotional support person! Moving continents during an epidemic is no mean feat and we were so glad to put our money and trust in Animal Land Pet Movers. Obviously, it was up to us to take the pets to the vet for all their documentation and check-ups, but Beth made absolutely sure we had everything we needed. Lo and behold, Ivan the Westie and Juno and Zoe the kitties arrived at our home in Provence, France, 48 hours after leaving their former home in Princeton NJ. They arrived clean, and seemingly unfazed by their journey. The cats didn't even hide or sulk! One small thing I would note - it takes HOURS for pets to clear customs, at least in France, so even though they arrived in Marseille in the morning, I didn't see them until the evening. It was a LONG wait! Anyway - if you are contemplating an international pet move, you will not be disappointed by this company. The photos show the pets settling on the makeshift bed in France (the pets have arrived, but the furniture hasn't!), and my husband saying goodbye to the pets as they were picked up in their crates in New Jersey. Beth was great in dealing with getting my dog Ryder flown over to the UK from the USA. She was always willing to help out at anytime, willing to answer any questions and understand my needs in concern with Ryder. I would highly recommend Animal Land Pet Movers.

And yet, thanks to Animal Land Pet Movers, we had the best experience moving our dogs from NYC to Nice, France. We worked with Melissa, who is not only very knowledgeable and experienced, but also very understanding and personable. From the very first day and until our dogs were safely at their new home, she was on top of everything and provided incredible level of support.
