Natural Dog Pet Spa Athens, Georgia

Not a customer exactly but I don't think this place is in business... I went there looking around and couldn't find it. Called and went straight to voicemail with a full inbox so couldn't even get through...

I have been taking my dog to NDPS for around 5 years. The groomer, Amanda, is amazing. She’s an animal lover. You can tell by how she treats her clients (the animals). It isn’t about the profit for Amanda. I know my dog is in good hands. She loves Amanda so much. I really like the bandanas my dog gets at the end of the service.

The owner seems to be overwhelmed. When I called, I was rolled to voicemail, a full inbox and the message said I should text. So I did. I texted information early afternoon. Late that evening I got a response asking how much my dog weighed, saying she couldn't take on any new big dogs. My dog is medium, I responded with his weight and fur type in the morning as I did not have my phone on me when she responded. Haven't heard back. :/ I was hoping with such great reviews but it sounds like this person needs to hire some help if she's that busy

We were in Athens for a quick getaway and wanted to treat our little girl to a puppycut. Amanda is AWESOME and even though her husband is a Bills fan, we don't hold it against them. Amanda is busy with the puppies, so she sometimes takes a little time to respond via text, but don't let that dissuade you, it was totally worth it!

I have been bringing in my 3 dogs for almost a year, the dogs look wonderful when I pick them up. Great place to bring your dogs.

I took my very skittish dog in for a nail trim expecting her to not cooperate with the procedure. They were so good with her she let them trim her nails without any problem. From now on this is the only place I will bring her.

I'm dog sitting for my son and decided to get his Pekingese groomed. She loved this place ( and this is not usually the case for this dog!) and the groomers did a fantastic job. I had errands to run while she was getting her spa treatment so worked out well. Highly recommend!

I've been taking my 3 year labrododle Charlie here for some time and absolutely love these groomers. They make my dog feel safe and comfortable, he always comes back looking clean and refreshed. He used to be scared to come here because he thought it was the vet, but after a few visits he isn't nervous or scared any more. They always provide affordable and timely service and I would definitely recommend them to any dog owners in the Athens ares.

Natural Dog Pet Spa in Athens is simply a fantastic place! I dropped my dog to get groomed and a couple of hours later I picked her up and they did an amazing job. The owners are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about how animals should be treated. Natural Dog and Pet Spa will be my first choice from here on out for my two dogs. Highly recommended!

We had a really great experience here, and are looking forward to many more. We dropped off our pup around noontime in a rush. Natural Dog Pet Spa was happy to help feed Jake with the food I dropped off. It was nice to see that my dog would have an air conditioned place to play during the heat of the day. When I came to pick my dog up (I couldn't pick him up until after work at 5), I was so happy to see a puppy that didn't want to leave. He was super soft, smelled good, nails clipped, and ears cleaned. Because he had played so much that day, he was very well-behaved when we brought him home to meet new people. It was definitely worth the $15 plus tip for the bath package. Would recommend!
