We have patrons of PSP a very long time. We searched specifically for them when we moved & Love the friendliness of staff, always helpful. The only drawback is the monthly coupons don't come anymore & we spend $$$ monthly, it would be helpful for us in retirement with our 2 cats & 2 dogs... sad they can't continue the way they did it even 15 years ago, sending the monthly coupons Pet Supplies Plus.

Went in on Veteran's day with my DD-214 and was told they could not honor it.

Mark, the owner, is adding a great selection of healthier foods including a lot of different raw food options, which is great for those trying to feed the best possible diet.

I was honestly surprised at the size of this store. It’s huge!! The shelves are well stocked with an abundant selection for cats and dogs- food, treats, toys, bedding, crates- grooming and training too!! This is as big as PetsMart and actually carries different holistic and raw dog foods, which I like. I’ll start using this store as it’s closer to me than the other. I’ll repost when I’ve tried the groomers!!

Nice people, clean, decent prices

They were short staffed as 2 people had to unload supplies on delivery truck. This left only 1 person running cash register and helping on floor. Not good.

I've been coming here for several years. They have great products and helpful staff. I just started using their self-serve dog wash station and I love it- no mess to clean, just a clean dog!

The store was very well organized and all staff was friendly however I do have to say the small kid with the putrid odor made the experience slightly less enjoyable. Will probably come again just need to be mindful of who I talk too.

I went to the store and was greeted by amazing staff members and all questions were happily answered by a miss Naovie. 20/10 experience, would shop again.

Would not recommend this store! Our family fell in love with a fancy green cheek conure, asked manager if we could put it on hold since it was getting late and we'd come back next day with our truck for the birdcage, she said no, they don't do holds. I asked how about if I pay the entire amount and come back for bird tomorrow, she said no, they can't do that. Go back in following day, tell employee we want to buy bird, he says ok, kids are happy, we are picking out bird toys and about to bring cage up to register when shift manager tells us the bird was put on hold that day for an employee. So...why were we told we couldn't put it on hold night before?? Now we have disappointed kids and no bird because we were lied to. Definitely SHADY stuff going on there. Days later and we're still waiting to hear from owner as we were told we'd be contacted before bird was sold.

Worth it to sign up for the emails for coupons. Otherwise, has everything I need for my cat and dog! Easy to return items if necessary

Only local pet store. Please support it. They frequently have local animal shelters and other support groups in to adopt cats and dogs.

I love the Pet Self Wash. If you have a big dog, there's no other way !!

We loved the self wash station!! It was so easy to bathe our husky pup!! Plus the toy and treat selection is amazing!! Everyone was so helpful and nice! We will definitely be back

Good selection of pets supplies

We used delivery service because of a medical emergency coincided with our dog food running out. So friendly and prompt. It was the perfect solution. The employees in the store are helpful and it is so fun to take our dog there.

I asked for the product that says available the website and they told me it was out of stock because that shelf was empty, I begged them to check the back for me, of course, they told me it would not be available until 5 days later. After I went back home, I tried to order aging and the miracle happened, they do have it!! I hope their employees can spend more time on helping customers instead of playing their phones.

Great place for all your pets needs. Staff is friendly, always has a smile. Great place for feeder mice. Great discounts if your a member.

Ava was so sweet and gave diesel some treats for his first time visiting! Diesel had a bad past with men and a male associate was so kind to ask before petting him and was still patient and understood that he was too scared this visit. Any interaction is helpful in his journey and we appreciate the kindness and especially not feeling upset that he was too shy this visit. The staff is always friendly and Macon the store manager will do whatever it takes to get a product or type of product in for a customer. He has special ordered things for me countless times. I have physical limitations as well so when the staff help me out to my car it's a huge help.

Introduced a friend to the self service cleaning for Dogs, also bathed my 2 girls. Lydia & Zadie.
