Love Gaines School Animal Hospital! The staff is friendly, the vets are wonderfully kind and knowledgeable. I drive from Lake Oconee to Athens to bring our dog here for vet visits and now grooming!

Our little one got very sick very fast and had to be put down. Dr. Kudela and staff were amazing, kind, caring and patient throughout. While we were with kitty during her final moments, someone backed into our car. Dr. Kudela came back to deliver the news and the staff took care of everything for us, and got all the necessary information. The damage was very minimal but I was extremely grateful and impressed with how they handled things during such a difficult time for us.

My dog was groomed at Gaines School Animal Hospital last week and the groomer did a wonderful job! I am very happy.

Staff is very warm & caring & go the extra mile.

Dr. Williams and staff have been so extremely helpful and kind. Everyone I have dealt with from Samantha for scheduling to Hayden the technician, and others have gone above and beyond. So happy to know my two cats are getting the best care.

Beware of their pricing. I was quoted via email, but given an entirely different price (+$400 more) when I called to confirm pricing. I didn't use them, but I'd be very upset if I had scheduled the surgery and been given a much larger bill then I was prepared to pay. If you have a strict budget, beware

Much better experience than the other vet down the road. Everyone was great and the vet came out and explained everything to me. I really liked how she was upfront about risk of things that other vets just expect you to get. Very happy that someone came to the car to talk to me instead of calling on the phone. I was also surprised by the price. My last vet was way more for less services than I received at Gaines School. They are the best of 4 vets I've seen so far.

We’ve always enjoyed the staff and doctors at Gaines School Clinic. They’re always accommodating and friendly. Our animals love it there and are always happy to see the staff. Dr Williams has been helping us with one of our dogs severe skin allergies for the last 2 years and he is great.

GSAH does a great job of proving care for our Shorkie, King!!!!!

Great folks. Been taking my dog here for years. Their groomer Robin is really good too...perfect cut every time.

Had both of my pups on the pet program and every visit they are trying to sell me some overpriced medicine that I can get at tractor supply or online for half the cost. You wait 15-30 minutes for your scheduled appointment. Asked one of the vet assistant to let them no our dog was here, she told us ok. Waited 15 minutes, so I finally called and Misty was unaware of our dog even being there, so the vet assistant simply couldn't tell her, she then brought out our 1st pup and told us that our puppy should be on a leash very rudely, when she was just playing with her brother no one was engaging with any other animals, and this something we have done for the past 5 months with them. I then waited another 15 minutes and no one came so I called and left. I will get my last shots that are owed for the pet program, but then I'm finding a new vet. Ultra unprofessional.

I had many pets throughout the years - and therefore, visited many vets. This team is BY FAR the best. Their care is truly amazing and very much appreciated.

We had some issues at the last groomer with our Maltese mix puppy. No fault of them just experiencing some aggression. They referenced us to Ms. Robin at Gaines School Animal Hospital. Everyone we great. Robin met with us outside due Covid. She let us explain the issues and she was up for the challenge. Side note: We drove from Mall of GA to Athens. We were absolutely pleased and will definitely return. Robin took 2 of 3 years off Aspen????

I've been taking my dogs to Gaines School Animal Hospital for over a year now for Veterinary Services and Grooming Services and I'm a very happy customer. I get great quality veterinary care for a reasonable price, everything is communicated so I see exactly what is being done and why. Staff is very friendly, personal yet professional. Robin does a phenomenal job getting my dogs clean and fluffy. Thank you!!

Under new management. Taking my pets' care elsewhere. I was told my pets records would be mailed to me on Jan 25 - still waiting. I called the office and was told it was not mailed until Jan 29 - still waiting. The new office manager is condescending and unresponsive.

I have a new puppy, 12 weeks old. I am relearning how to care for a puppy. I feel that I am getting good guidance from staff at Gaines School. I feel that I’d I have questions and need more information, they will help me.

Dr Williams was great with our rescue kitty, Lily. He spent all the time needed to answer our questions. I wish he could be our human Dr.

I took my little dog for a cough. The doctor who attended my dog ​​does not love puppies, it disgusts them but not the money of their owners. I prescribed predipsone for cough and it was not cough. she had a heart murmur. she passed away recently. Please do not go there . I am suffering a lot for my dog .
