Thankful. Grateful. Reassured. Thank you Dr. Wong. Thank you for allowing Troutman to peacefully cross. Thank you for allowing us to be together in the comfort of Troutman's only known home. That dog had never left this house in his 14+ years! So, again, thank you from the depths of our hearts!

When my 21 year old cat Lucy was so frail with cancer and clearly ready to cross the rainbow bridge, Dr. Wong came to my house the same afternoon after I contacted her that morning. She was prompt, professional, and compassionate. I could not have asked for a smoother and more loving ending for my precious Lucy. I held her as Dr. Wong administered the injections and continued to hold her until I was ready to let her go. Thank you, Dr. Wong, for your kindness at this difficult time.

Last week we had to make the hard decision to put our sweet big lab to sleep. It was painful to move him so we researched options for a vet to come to us. We are so grateful we found Dr. Wong! She was so kind to our pup as well as our family. She encouraged us to tell her about him and share stories. She prepared us for every step and allowed us to love and comfort him. Thank you Dr. Wong for helping us during such a difficult situation. We will be forever grateful!

My young granddaughter who lives with me rescued a puppy at the first of the year. Because of Covid, veterinary offices are not allowing pet owners in but take the pet from you in the parking lot. We didn’t want this puppy’s first vet visit to be traumatic for him and it was important for our granddaughter to be present. So I searched mobile vets and found Dr. Wong. She came out within a couple of days and we all wore our masks and she examined the pup in our carport and started him on his vaccines, wormer etc. The puppy enjoyed it all, especially with his ‘mama’ close by and participating fully in the process. Dr. Wong was wonderful with our pup and our granddaughter and we retained her services for a year on her puppy plan. The pup never has a bad experience when Dr. Wong comes to see him. He doesn’t know he’s been to the vet - just thinks she is another friend and visitor to our home who enjoys spending time with him and his owner. We also have some rescue dogs who are nearing the end of life and Dr. Wong will be called to euthanize then at home if it becomes necessary. What a wonderful thing that is for a beloved pet at the end of his days. We have quite a few animals and understand that home vet visits are not suitable for all situations or for all animals but, for our needs and wants, Dr. Wong has been perfect.

Dr. Wong made getting treatment for our 2 cats a pleasure. (They hate cars and pet carriers) She prepared in advance and asked questions upon arrival about our cats before recommending a treatment plan.

Dr. Wong was amazing. We had to have our beloved dog Bear euthanized after 15 beautiful years with him. She was so good with him and with us. We would highly recommend her to anyone who could use any kind of in home vet service.

Words can’t express how grateful I am for Dr. Wong, and for the love she showed my senior basset hound who we had to have put to sleep. Even though they had just met, Dr. Wong showed a love for my dog that felt like she had known her all her life. She is caring, gentle, kind, and I could not have made it through such a difficult thing as saying goodbye to a pet without her by our side.

I can't even put into words how amazing Dr. Wong is. I used her services to put my 20 year old dog to rest. She guided and supported me though one of the hardest decisions/days of my life. She made me feel empowered while personifing compassion. It never felt like a business transaction. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

At such a sad time for us, Dr. Wong was a bright light to help our sweet lab over the rainbow bridge in a very non-rushed and peaceful manner. Dr. Wong was talking soothingly to our lab as if she was handling her own dog. We greatly appreciated her immediate responsiveness and availability on this last day of the year and her professionalism by including us every step of the way. It's nice to know that someone like Dr. Wong is there in a time of need when ones own vet isn't. Thank you, Dr. Wong.

My family was desperate to find a mobile vet to come out to do an at home euthanasia so that our dog could pass peacefully at home. After several calls to other businesses who exclusively offer at home euthanasia specifically, but were not willing to come out on such short notice we were given Dr. Wong’s contact information. She also came recommended by a member of our normal veterinarian. She was kind and willing to come out on a Sunday with little notice, and she allowed us to wait until 7:00 pm so that my brother could be there. She had excellent bed side manners and was very kind. We were able to have our other dogs come in and say goodbye to Angel before she passed. She sedated our large dog, Angel, enough so that she was completely relaxed and at peace. She even allowed us to take a family picture with Angel. Dr. Wong gave us the gift of our beautiful Angel dying with dignity surrounded by family and I can not thank her enough for that.

We called this company when my dog was ill a few days ago, and after explaining what was happening over and over, she continued to ask the same questions. After asking her if she was understanding what we were telling her, we were told “I cannot help you” and she hung the phone up. We were left with absolutely NO help from this company! Do not recommend!

We had a dog to quickly take a turn for the worst. The Vet saw us same day and helped us. Very good bedside manner in a tough time.

Dr. Wong helped our dog, Bear, pass with no pain and surrounded by love and comfort at home. Today has been a painful day for me, but Dr. Wong ensured Bear had no pain.

Dr. Wong was compassionate and very professional in helping my beloved cat peacefully pass away with euthanasia. While at my home, she thoroughly explained what to expect before and after the euthanasia. The procedure was efficiently and quickly carried out and Dr. Wong stayed after awhile, sharing comforting words. The doctor was very punctual and showed up exactly at our scheduled appointment and she fit me in at short notice when my other options fell through, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend euthanasia at home and Dr. Wong is great choice for helping your furry loved one cross the rainbow bridge.

I do not recommend her at all! I will never use her services again! I honestly don’t know how she still has any patients! Avoid! This is NOT a “mistaken” review!

I would never trust my dog with this "vet"! After watching Dr. Wong attempt to draw a blood sample from a friend's dog, I was appalled. She fumbled for nearly five minutes--after placing the tourniquet on the dog--with the dog trembling in fear. After this traumatizing ordeal, the blood sample was deemed unusable by the lab.

Dr. Wong's kindness, compassion, expertise, and gentleness were exemplary. She helped my sweet cat's passing be as positive and peaceful as anyone could hope for. I could say so much more, but suffice to say, I cannot recommend her highly enough. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Thank you so very much, Dr. Wong, for helping to make our sweet Fooey's passing painless, and for showing such respect, patience, and sensitivity throughout the process. It was a tough day, but you helped to make it easier by letting things be on our terms, in our home, and with family present. Fooey has been fearful of vets her whole life, but was in complete comfort with you from beginning to end. You did a phenomenal job, and we are forever grateful for your efforts to make this difficult experience as easy as possible for all of us. You are a lovely human being and conscientious professional. Thank you for both.

We have called upon Dr. Wong three times to euthanize elderly, ill pets. She was professional, courteous and seemed very caring.

Showed up over 30 minutes late to scheduled in home euthanasia. When she did arrive, she was not very personal and gave no information as to what we were about to witness. While taking her sweet time to get started, the second company who was scheduled to show up 45 minutes after death to remove our pet was patiently already waiting outside. She asked me to lay down with our pet to comfort him while she was doing her thing, without informing me that there was any possibility of me being injured during the process. After the second euthanasia attempt (more than likely due to not providing enough chemical) our pet attempted to attack me and I was left with scars on my arms to remember my best friend by. After 45 minutes had passed from the moment she began her attempts at euthanasia, she administered her third and final attempt and our pet finally made his way to the other side. She left with no apology for her un-professionalism. I waited a few weeks to calm down from all of this before calling to express my concerns and was met with a very defensive "I didn't do nothing wrong" attitude and was offered no apology for the scars left physically or mentally. We highly recommend you pick someone else for this delicate time in your life.
