Good Experience from A-Z! Long time customer going in with my dog for annual check ups, vaccinations, bloodwork. The visit with Dr. Rafla and his friendly staff is always pleasant. They make sure every step (and associated cost) was communicated and understood. Nice and spacious facility. Vine Animal Hospital has their own online pharmacy, which makes it easy to order supplies conveniently shipped to my home. Prices are very competitive and I do not have to drive anywhere.

I was extremely impressed with this vet! I spoke with Tori on the phone and she was very helpful and knowledgable with all of my questions....and I had A LOT of questions! I was in the middle of switching vets and that can be nerve wracking! The staff were all super friendly and the doctor was amazing! He explained, in detail, the dental procedure that my dog needed and he didn't pressure me in to doing ANYTHING I wasn't comfortable with. My dog is having an extraction done next week and I feel completely comfortable leaving her there with this amazing staff! Thank you all so much!!!

I have brought 2 rescues here, and they love the veterinarian and the staff. They pricing is very fair, they scheduled us quickly, and the business is clean. Dr. Rafla and his staff are amazing. We have been coming here for a couple of years now! I love how he, Tori, Robin, and Cassidy treat my fur baby as if it’s their own! I always receive excellent advice when needed. They were all supportive during a very distressing time when my dog had an emergency with his eye. They were not only there for my dog during that time, but me as well! For that, we will continue to revive vet services with Dr. Rafla and his staff!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Rafla, Tori, and the amazing team at Vine Animal Hospital! We are very picky and particular when it comes to our dog, who truly is our baby, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with Vine. The family there has been so kind to us, always answering any and all questions we have. If we leave a message after-hours, we get a call back first thing in the morning. When we come in for an appointment, our little man is immediately greeted by everyone excitedly saying his name and giving him tons of love. He absolutely LOVES going to his vet to see all of his favorite people! It is very clear that they all care very much about the animals and are truly passionate about what they do. Dr. Rafla always takes the time to explain everything very clearly to us, allows us to come to a conclusion, and ensures that there are no questions left unanswered. On top of that, we have had a few minor procedures that have needed to be done there...not only do we completely trust leaving our baby there knowing how well taken care of he’ll be, but we also receive a follow-up phone call from Dr. Rafla himself afterwards, checking up on our boy each time. The team at Vine truly is AMAZING and our family is beyond grateful to know that we have them and have found our forever vet. I would highly, highly recommend Vine to anyone and everyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, loving team to care for their baby.

Dr. Rafla is awesome. I have been going here for a little over two years now. I have four dogs and he has been great with all four. He makes sure to be very thorough and my dogs love him. The staff there is great too. They know who I am when I walk in and know the dogs by name. Love this place and I will be going here for any pet needs I have.

Dr Rafla has provided all the explanation needed in my first visit without leaving me struggling with any question specially that I am a new puppy owner. We just came from Dr. Rafla's. He and his staff are amazing. Our dog is an American Pitbull Terrier she's not aggressive but she is rambunctious. However, Dr. Rafla and his staff were able to handle her perfectly and the visit was a complete success. We are also happy to know that they board animals as well. Thank you!

Our first visit...was looking for a new vet and made a random last minute call to VAH and they had no problem working us right in with little wait time once there. Extremely friendly staff and Dr. Rafla is so personable! He took his time to write down and price out a recommended treatment plan in order for us to make decisions what we would do or not. No pressure. Prices are very reasonable, facility is very clean.

Dr. Rafla is an incredible vet! This was the best vet experience I’ve ever had by far. They took such good care of my little one before, during, and after her dental procedure! Dr. Rafla is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, I couldn’t have entrusted my little one with anyone better!

I have two puppies at home and I called a number of places to ensure I was finding the right vet. I really appreciated how honest, kind and thoughtful the receptionist was when I called the first time, and when I called the second I actually spoke to Dr. Rafla himself. I later learned he does this often, as he likes to be very involved with his patients. He called my puppies my "babies" which I absolutely loved as it showed he would treat them as the special part of our family that they are. I was definitely not disappointed. Dr. Rafla and his staff are warm, supportive and kind. I feel they've given my pups the best care and I also appreciate that he doesn't shove things down your throat- he does let you make decisions at the end of the day. I would absolutely recommend!

I had 4 dogs. I recently lost 2 within a few months of each other. It’s was devastating. Molly 16 and Fawnie 18 years old. Needless to say we have had many vets in their lifespan. Dr. Rafla not only cares deeply about the animal but also the owners. For people like myself these beloved pets are like children to me. Clearly with the ages of 16 and 18 I go beyond to make sure my animals are well cared for and treated. It’s easy to take advantage of my wallet. That being said Dr. Rafla treats accordingly and doesn’t take advantage of your wallet. I have found a lot of vets here in the area do. Again I can’t stress enough how he is so compassionate and caring with the pet AND the owner. For people like me you can’t put a price tag on that!!

Dr. Rafla and his staff are nothing less than exceptional. Mufasa, who is a 4 month old kitten, is out family’s first pet and this was our first time taking him to a vet. I moved here from Connecticut with two aging dogs thinking I left the best vet ever. I was wrong because the best vet ever is Dr. Emad Rafla. He is so thorough and explains everything so when you leave you have no questions. He is a very compassionate man especially when you need someone to be. My pitbull mix has been reluctant going for walks. After bringing her to other hospital, it was suggested she needs ACL surgery. I brought her to Vine animal hospital and through her X-ray taken from other hospital, Dr Raf suggested she needs Non steroid anti inflammatory medication instead. It’s been a few months, I see improvement in my dog and needless to say, I am grateful for that and I have been bringing her to Vine animal hospital for checkups and each visit Dr Raf display professionalism and explain in details.

Dr Rafla and staff are fantastic! He’s been looking after my cats for over a year now, and when one of my kitties unfortunately got cancer, he was there “every” step of the way. And when my handsome cats time was up, he was kind enough to come to my home to put him down quietly and peacefully, and he even sent me a wonderful heart felt condolence card, which was super thoughtful. He is still looking after my other precious cat and will be my vet of choice always. He’s a rear Vet to find.

I came to Vine after trying several animal clinics in the area and having bad experiences with some of the vets. Dr.Rafla has always helped me understand what is best for my small dog and takes the time to explain the procedures and options available. Dr. Rafla is truly the subject matter expert because he provides me with more than sufficient amount of insight. He sets the benchmark for having incredible due diligence. I like to ensure my three cats receive the attention needed to live a long healthy life; therefore, his OCD like methods are favorable in my book. I have been going here for about 2-3 years. The reason for visit includes their annual checkup, shots, dental cleaning and various other needs. Something useful to know is there are no behind the scene or closed doors. Dr. Rafla is transparent and performs various tasks in the same room with the owners. He is also the only Dr. and specialist at this location. Appointment is typically recommended to ensure your pet receives timely attention.

Dr. Rafla has been Cali’s doctor for a year now and she is well taken care of. His staff is friendly and communication is excellent, even with all the times I have to reschedule.

Dr Rafla is simply amazing! We were initially impressed by his facilities and the thorough care. We brought all three of our kitties, Mochi, Winston, and Willow for a visit and every time we have been well taken care of, all of our questions answered clearly and every option presented to us so we could make the right decision. The clinic staff are always polite and courteous, and always show both emotional support for any concern and interest in you/your pet as an individual, so they really make you feel special. They even follow up with us if we may not have had a chance to update on any ongoing treatments -- and a proactive veterinarian who explains everything to you is a stark contrast from most of the clinics we have seen, who only offer products or services and never the same vet twice. They also offer affordable boarding services and there is always a friendly smile to greet you. We love Dr. Rafla!
