Time and time again this place has been of amazing service not only to me but also to my 3 puppies and 2 cats. We have a 15 year old dog who’s health is very sensitive and Dr.Segarra and her team go out of their way to make time to make sure all of her needs are met. They are incredibly professional, friendly and I couldn’t think of any other team I’d rather entrust my babies’ well-beings to!

Dr. Segarra and the team here are really really wonderful! They are always upfront and transparent about pricing and options. They also always spend time on each visit which lets you know that they really care. It never feels rushed if I have a question and I greatly appreciate that.

Overall experience was great! Highly recommend. The doctor and staff are sweethearts! Genuinely cares about the wellness of your pet. Thoroughly explains different care options as well as costs!

1. INCOMPETENT: Got an annual exam, they diagnosed his itching as allergies.. when I got home to apply allergy medicine I found a large infestation of fleas that they didn’t even notice! What did I just pay an exam for?? What else did they miss?? 2. BAD SERVICE: They made us wait over an hour claiming our appt was an hour earlier Th an it was and I’m 1000% certain they were wrong.

By far the best experience I’ve had at any vet. Such caring and genuine people. My dog Lulu had a procedure done with them yesterday (in which they did a great job) and they called us today to check on her! I would highly recommend to anyone :)

I absolutely love Dr. Segarra, Paige and Kelly. They have all been so kind and helpful. You can tell that they really care about your pet and are always willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I would recommend coming here with your pet.
