Jan 2022: I transported my cat from Boston, US to London, UK. Anita, Aashima and Janice are very helpful. A tip for pet owners travel to London: you need to reserve the space in Heathrow Animal Reception Centre(HARC) in ADVANCE (at least 1 month prior to your intended travel date), the flight options are plenty but the space in HARC is hard to secure. Also please double check the documents, there’s a typo in my name on the cat health certificate(but the staff in HARC didn’t notice.. :P) Timeline: landed in Heathrow at 8:00am, completed vet exam and clearance in HARC and ready to pick up at 11:30am. (The clearance for the morning flight seems to be quicker, I have a friend whose cat landed around noon and took 6.5hr to pick up)

Pet Air Carrier was great to work with! They promptly answered any questions we had. They did everything they could to make the process smooth for our two bulldogs traveling from Florida to the UK. I highly recommend using them!!!!

PAC did an excellent job moving our loved Golden Retriever from America to Germany. We explained our needs of service and which flight we would prefer. Anita was a great help with all the paperwork and required preparations . She was always available and answered any question we had. Also reasonable priced. Again, thank you so much!

Great service ! We just shipped our 2 dogs from Texas to Frankfurt. Anita and Ashima made the all process easier ! Ashima is helpful and resourceful, knows what she is doing and called a lot for update during the process and shipping. The dogs are safe and sounds with my parents, waiting for us to make it over there ! Will definitely use them again and I recommend it to everybody. Thank you !

My review is that this company is 100% legit and honest. I wanted to say thank you to Anita for your help. Even though they did not deliver a puppy for me, I called to ask them advice on buying a puppy from a company who claims they use this Air Pet Carrier to deliver puppies. Anita was able to give me tips to look for scammers that say they are delivering a puppy and sure enough, she was right on the mark and I was able to identify a scam before I was taken for $1500. I don’t have any problem with the dog shipment. The woman was really nice handling all the shipping of my dogs from US-UK. However, the person who drive them from the airport to us DIDNT BRING ANY OF MY DOGS KENNELS,FOOD, LEASH ETC, just the DOGS. We rent a house in UK, WE NEED THOSE KENNELS. I SPENT $2000 for kennels & Accessories for 4 of my dogs. I kept emailing, calling was rejected (by the woman in UK) messages never responded then said kennel will be here on monday, the monday comes, got email, next monday now it’s been 2 months WHERE ARE MY DOGS KENNELS???? my dogs been destroying the doors, bed, bathroom, not to mention ESCAPE 30 times!!! etc, now WE HAVE TO PAY thousands of dollars FOR THE DAMAGES BECAUSE YOU NEVER GAVE US THE DAMN KENNELS SINCE DAY 1 !!! take responsibilities and BRING ME MY FKING KENNELS!!

Their service is awful. They don't talk to you and they don't instruct you about things that have to be done and you are not aware of. They don't promptly answer to your emails/text messages/ calls, not even when there is an emergency and they are not capable of preparing official documents without typos (I am talking about the bill of lading and consignee's name).And of you try to ask them for corrected paperwork, they don't send them to you. So if you think that you are going to pay for a service and be without stress, I suggest you to hire somebody else, because PAC will only add more stress/discomfort to your current situation.

We used Pet Air to move our pet overseas for a military move. Our agent, Aashima, was extremely helpful. She answered all our questions and worked to coordinate everything, from the vet, to the airline, to customs, ect. We will definitely be using Pet Air again in future.

Highly, highly recommend!! Aashima was so well organised and made herself available for all my questions, no matter how small. The whole process was so much easier thanks to her and Pet Air Carrier. We flew from NY to London and the dog arrived safe and happy, with all the paperwork completed correctly. Cannot recommend their services more highly.

An amazing team of caring and smart individuals. Anita, Aashima, Janice all worked tirelessly to help ensure our pooch successfully made it to the UK (and that we had a good backup plan in case the temperatures in Atlanta prohibited animals on the flight, which thankfully wasn't the case). Flying animals during COVID is especially challenging with extensive and shifting regulations and restrictions by countries and airlines. This was our first time shipping a pet and it was a lot to learn, but PAC had excellent information to help us. We had a complicated situation where I had done some part of the booking myself, but after I realized I needed professional help they jumped in and were fully invested and so kind. Just one example: Anita brought our dog for drop off at cargo and only then did British Airways/IAG Cargo say that crate I purchased was too small (despite my triple checking the dimensions met the IATA guidelines; British Airways apparently is particularly conservative in which crates they judge sufficiently big enough). Even with less than an hour before Chelsea was due for check-in, Anita quickly and resourcefully popped over to Lufthansa's cargo team and leveraged her relationship to procure a used, larger crate on the spot. She transferred everything over to the new crate and our dog was given the seal of approval and was able to fly out that day.

We used PAC to get our dog and cat from GA to the UK. They worked so hard to get our animals to London and were quick to respond to any and all questions we had. They also helped walk my family through the process since we were already in the UK. I highly recommend this team especially when sending your pets to UK.

We cannot say enough great things about PAC!! We came to the UK on military orders in the fall of 2020. We originally contacted a UK based relocation company and they basically told us it was impossible. I came across PAC online and contacted them. Best. Decision. EVER. Aashima is WONDERFUL! This company was AMAZING! Our family was relocating to Italy due to military orders. We went through three pet shipping companies, multiple cancellations due to COVID and none of them could successfully get her to Italy and NONE was as helpful as this company! Aashima was able to coordinate kennels, airline tickets, a company to clear customs in Germany and transport of Mila to Italy by ground! She did all this in 48 hrs!! We are beyond grateful for her and the diligent work she accomplished. We don’t know what we would do without our dog and she ensured we stayed united! When we come back from Italy, we will be going through this company again.

After losing my husband in the spring, I decided that I wanted to return from the US to my family home in England, but I had no idea how I would take Mabel (our dog) with me, and I was not going to leave her behind. I researched some pet transportation companies. Pet Air Carrier were by far the most knowlegable and helpful - I knew from my first call with them that they would take care of me and my 4 legged baby. Denise and Anita were absolutely wonderful - holding my hand every step of the way - very quick to respond to emails and questions, and believe me I had a lot of questions! They made the whole process so easy - filling out the forms needed, and working so closely with my vet that all I had to do was ensure that Mabel was at the vet for the necessary appointments then drop off the completed paperwork for the USDA in a FedEx mailbox. Anita picked up Mabel at the house the morning of her travel and I knew right away that she would take care of my baby - and she did - even sending pictures of her when they stopped for potty breaks on the way to the airport. Anita texted me when Mabel had been checked in with Lufthansa to let me know all was well. The next communication was from the PAC representative in Frankfurt to my family to let them know Mabel had arrived safely. She had a layover in Frankfurt for a few hours then flew on to Heathrow where once again, a PAC representative contacted my family to let them know she had arrived and would be ready to be picked up in a few hours. When she finally came through the doors to my family, she was ecstatic to see them - you would never have believed that she is over 11 and had just traveled halfway across the world!! She is loving country life in England!!!! I cannot say enough great things about PAC - if you need to transport your pets anywhere, you cannot go wrong using this wonderful company whose employees obviously love what they do and are extremely good at it! PAC and especially Denise and Anita - thank you so very much !
