PetSmart Alpharetta, Georgia

This PetSmart is way overdue for a remodel. The store has not had many improvements in 20 years, and shows it’s age compared to the Johns Creek and Roswell locations. It’s really dark inside the store, the fish section is run-down with tanks way paste their prime. It’s difficult to get help in the store, but I think they are dealing with staffing issues. The Johns Creek location is very bright on the inside, and seems cleaner with a better atmosphere and presentation of animals, products, etc. Hopefully corporate/ownership can join in on the revitalization around North Point and refurbish the store soon.

They couldn’t and wouldn’t cut my dogs nails. Dragged my dog back by the neck. This was the worst experienced I’ve ever had at a pet grooming place

Grooming salon service is iffy. It seemed like the main bather either wasn't used to working with a big dog or didn't want to work with my dog specifically. It's important to train people working with animals how to act around a new one, especially if the animal is still young. This was a German Shepard/Husky mix in a new environment and she came directly for her face to put on the collar without trying to warm up to her first.... of course she nipped at you.... Horrible experience and made it seem like my dog having a normal dog reaction the biggest issue she's had to deal with all day. Oh well, will never be going to this location again for any service at this point.

This is a great store to go in. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the store provides space for rescue groups to bring in animals to be adopted. We had a lovely time looking at birds and turtles and fish and then went over where the adoption area was and saw all the cats there today and it was a very pleasant thing to do on a very rainy Saturday.

PetSmart on North Point Pkwy has been my “go to” pet store for years. Not only because it is convenient but it always has whatever pet needs I have. The inventory is good and the employees are friendly and helpful. The grooming service is very good.

The employees at this location are always friendly and the store is nice and clean. I've never had to wait more than 2 minutes to check out either.

I just received my guinea pig not too long ago from this store. There was only one girl when I went because apparently the others all had ringworm. They said that she was cleared and didn’t have it but within the next couple weeks she developed two patches which are… BINGO ringworm. I’m so sad that she has to go through this and I will be calling to see if they can do something about it. This is crazy to me.. like how did they just miss that? I only recently noticed that it spread which is why I did not call sooner. When I first saw the patch I though she was just healing but apparently not.

We got the paw cleaner... which was so incredible!!!

We drove over an hour to get to this store as they were the only one with what we needed in stock and it was worth it. The people were warm and happy to help. The fish were agile and appeared healthy and well cared for. We had a blast and we're in and out with some new additions to our pond family in minutes. Thank you to the PetSmart team for your expert care and attention to our pets.

Who ever the manager was working Saturday night July 31st. He was very nice and answer all of our questions me and my husband had asked. It was about fish aquarium tank and stands. Thank you.

I was here 07/20/21, I was planning to get a little gold fish. When I asked for assistance I was told * I’m not selling y’all a fish *. No explanation or anything, I really don’t know if she was just having a bad day or if It was a race thing but it made me feel like I was unwanted. I just left, I didn’t wanna make a scene. All I know is she had tattoos on her arms. Ma’am if you ever read this I hope things get better for you I’m sorry.

Really nice. Different from other petsmarts. There's more room to see things.

Tomorrow is my cats birthday. We took him to the store to pick out a toy. We ended up coming home with a cat tower. We expected to get him a little cat toy or something but he is spoiled. Store was clean and employees were nice. The store was very nice to let me bring my cat in. He is well behaved though. Customers in the store pet him. Just be mindful of your pet if you bring them in. It can be a lot if there is a lot of people.

Staff service is very poor. Their attitudes ensures me I will be shopping at Petco from now on.

This PetSmart is great. The staff are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Good supply for cats and dogs. The themed (holiday toys) items might sell out quickly but otherwise your furry friend should usually find something. The prices aren't competitive with buying online but convienence and being able to see items are worth a lot. The rewards program helps. They partner with Angels Among Us for dog adoption, who I don't recommend, so don't come to here for dog adoption.

The staff is always friendly! I like to come here to hang out with the rescue kittens/cats.

The staff was wonderful. They greeted me as I came in. The store is clean and very well organized.

I just picked my dog up from getting a bath and his nails trimmed. Im not sure what shampoo they used but he coat is flaky and he is shedding. I have a Yorki that is shaved already. I had to bathe him again when I got home
