The best place ever! They saved my daughter's dog!

Great experience! New dog owner and Dr Medford and her staff are so nice and kind and gentle with skittish pets. Highly recommend.

I have been watching an out of state family members dog for the past few months... This past Monday we had an emergency with her and I was at a loss and did not know what to do! I reached out to Midway Animal Hospital and Kaitlynn told me to come in right away. I was there within 10 minutes and they saw me right away. Kaitlynn and Dr. Austin Callaway were amazing and took excellent care of Murphy. They took their time, explained everything, gave me options and put my mind at ease. It has been a few days since our visit and I am happy to say Murphy has had a full recovery and back to her normal self. I cannot thank Dr. Callaway, Kaitlynn and the staff at Midway for everything that they did for us. If you are looking for a vet or are in need of emergency care I would highly recommend Midway Animal Hospital.

Cannot thank your staff enough my husband and I live in Florida but our son brought Lucas is and Zach had to make a difficult decision. I as a mom was so upset I was not there for support but Zach assured me that your staff was so awesome and supportive he was ok. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. To top this off I called I wanted to cremate Lucas for Zach but they said he already decided that but gave me the phone number to the facility doing the cremation. I called and was able to take care of this for him. Thank you again for taking care of our beloved Lucas and being so supportive to our son. I am forever grateful. Wonderful staff you all went above and beyond for him and I am so appreciative.

This place was so great with my 1st visit putting my baby down. After a horrible experience with another vet nearby, I was uneasy to say the least. I called a few places and this place was professional yet very kind over the phone. I felt the compassion over the phone and thats what I needed during this painful situation. The phone call is the first experience and it needs to count and they were great through the whole process. Very calm, meek and ready to help. They talked me through every step and waiting on me to make every choice. Putting my baby down alone after 15 years was the hardest thing I've ever done and they helped make it as easy as they could. After my other experience, this place was a God send!

I came here to get a health certificate issued for my dog so that she can travel with me back to Germany, and it was a long and painful process, but I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Meredith Stallings-Pavlovsky and her team. She went through the trouble of figuring out the new USDA portal so I wouldn't have to overnight ship the certificate two ways, prescribed some anxiety meds for my dog for the journey, and was just overall great. Her staff is amazing (especially Kaitlynn), and they were so kind, professional, and helpful. And to top it off, their prices were EXTREMELY affordable. I was quoted 3x what they charged me for the health certificate by another vet in the area. I cannot recommend them enough!

Have seen 3 vets here with my dog and all are attentive, personable, and incredibly skilled. Would not take my buddy anywhere else.

We started at Midaway Animal Hospital in summer of 2017 after relocating here from Ohio. Our 15 year old dachshund and 7 year old corgi/beagle mix are always in the best of hands no matter what their needs are. All of the vets here are phenomenal and super knowledgeable, the entire staff and front office are always helpful and listen to any concerns and truly care for our dogs and put up with questions anytime! Truly blessed to have Midway Animal Hospital for our fur kids.

Love the staff. Appropriate concern for pet. Quick follow up. Easy to access. Accurate diagnosis and very "old" Lady back to normal quickly.

Great Dr and staff, took very good care of our pets

This review is by my son: This is an animal hospital like no other! My dog is always shaking but, at this facility she is fine. I really like the doctors here! I have a cat allergy and usually i can not go in to animal hospitals but, my allergies are not bad here. If you are not going to this animal hospital then where are you going, because this place rocks.

Midway Animal Hospital is the best. All the vets and staff love animals and give me total confidence that Cooper (Golden Retrievers) will get special care. Dr Lobeck treats Cooper like he was his own.

We absolutely love Midway and Dr. Pavlovsky! They have taken great care of our new kitty, George- from check-ups to his neuter and microchip. Everything has been super easy and the staff is incredible! Doesn't hurt that they gush over George every time we go in! ;)

The staff and professionals at midway were incredible through the entire process. My cat is not the most passive girl in the world, infact she's pretty feisty, but they were able to handle her procedure without sedatives. They gave me a lot of tips, and every person including the doctor talked about her as if she was their own. Can't recommend enough, thank you midway!

We have been using Midway Animal Hospital for over 13 years. The staff is friendly & compassionate and have always been there for our pets ( dogs). Appointments are easily accessible , the clinic is always very clean, and the doctors listen to concerns with genuine care. We use their grooming & boarding services as well, which are excellent. We wouldn’t trust the care of our pets to anyone else.

These vets are incredible. They are young fun, love animals and really spend time with client. The techs go over and above with their interaction with your pets. They spend time with each one, and they personalize the visit each time. As a client you feel like you and your pets are all they care about during the time you are there. On top of incredible interaction and care, their costs are extremely reasonable.

Best service, loving staff and Veterinarians. We have been going to Midway for 20+ years. We have seen this practice grow and have continue to stay with this group. We drive from Jasper to take Ben to see Dr. P. So very thankful for these great people who have a passion to take care of your fur babies as if they were their own. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I have been taking my pets to Midway for 11 years. All of the veterinarians and staff are amazing! They have taken exceptional care of my dogs as well as abandoned animals that I rescued which needed medical care. Midway also went above and beyond to address the special needs of my Greyhound by researching and providing the specialized treatment that she required - which was successful!! The care they provided to my Lab (and to me) in her final days was such a comfort and I will always be grateful for that.

The whole experience was AMAZING. I scheduled the appointment online and received a response immediately and was able to get a offer for an appointment the next day. When I arrived there was clear instructions to call to know I have arrived. After letting them know I received another call from tech to work up the history and may I say she was so thorough with a abundance of knowledge. Then there was Dr. P she called me to let me know everything about the exam of my dog, and preventative measures we need to take with a comforting energy. It is a little bizarre during these challenging times that she was able to make me know that my pet was in the best hands with the best hospital. I'm astounded by the level of integrity and care they lead their practice with. By far the best experience I have ever had. Also, this was all over the phone I can only imagine the energy in person. So glad my pet has found his care team. Thank you to everyone in the office for everything they are doing and the measures they take as we are in a pandemic.

Great doctors and staff. They figured out what was wrong with my cat when 3 other vets could not. Well educated and experienced. Everyone is happy. They like their jobs.
