Loving Hands Animal Clinic Alpharetta, Georgia

I called late in the day because our 8 yo Lab was racing through the yard “puppy raging” she turned around and headed straight for me, then out of no where she yelped and screamed and yelped and slunk over to me crying. The staff was ready to go home when I called but they refused to let me worry about my baby over night and had me bring her right away. She was checked in before I arrived and they saw her immediately. Dr. Hall did a great job examining her and calming me down and we have a sore but happy puppy at home and I’m so grateful for everyone at Loving Hands. Maddie and I can’t thank you enough!

Very caring Doctors and Staff

I transferred to this location with Dr Denning and although it is a little further than I wanted to travel I have been impressed with the service and facility.

Best experience at a vet with my geriatric kitty. I just moved to the area, and our pet sitter recommended we come here. My cat gets super anxious visiting the vet, but they did everything they could to make her comfortable: a heating pad, treats, and pets. The visit was super quick and efficient to reduce her stress. I’ll definitely be taking her back for all well checks.

I have been taking my pets here for four years since I moved to the area. The last time I had to take my small dog in for one vaccine I left there and was $400 poorer and waited for 2 hours to get called back (and I was 10 mins early) and then waited another hour and a half in the room waiting for the vet. Every time I go in I wait longer and longer. And eventually they are going to run out of bogus things to charge you for absolutely ridiculous never felt so ripped off in my life! I won’t be going back and I don’t care if I have to drive to Alabama to find a vet that’s how disgusted I am!

We have used the veterinary services at Loving Hands for 20 years. This is a very caring and professional group of doctors, nurses, and other staff members. We have been very pleased with the care our dogs have received and would highly recommend their services to others.

We are moved to the neighborhood and they did a great job seeing Clooney!

Dr. Rossner is the only vet we will take our pets too. She is the best.

I booked my first appointment here having recently moved from Michigan and the Doctor took very good care of my cat when I visited. The Doctor was very professional and prescribed a course of treatment for my cat who has a UTI. I was called into work during the appointment and they were kind enough for me to leave my sweet cat with them for the afternoon. When I returned to pick up my kitty (she's long haired) they had taken the time to comb her fur and remove a few little mats. My cat come home refreshed and feeling better and will feel great once again. Many thanks to all of the caring staff here, I would definitely recommend this animal hospital/Veterinary Clinic.

I have to say that the communication between staff here is poor. I feel like I have given the staff here plenty of chances to prove me wrong. As of today, I was let down again. 3 stars for being unorganized and rude. I should give two however others have made a difference. I was just on the phone with Kristen from customer service trying to get my puppy her flea prevention like I have always done and wanted to make an appointment and I was told that she would need to transfer me rather than help me after being on the phone with her for 10mins. Very poor customer service. I will be finding a new vet once we are off the puppy plan. Maybe there is hope on some future staff training on how to provide good customer service.

We love this clinic for our animals. In particular the staff are caring and professional. Clearly they love my animals. There’s a good atmosphere. Everyone from the reception desk to techs and vets are warm and knowledgeable. It’s a combination that makes me feel safe and confident that my babies are getting the best care available!

My vet from Crossville Veterinary. She's now 45 minutes from me. We follow her where ever she goes.

LOVE loving hands! They are open on the weekends and very accommodating. They are quick, and you feel they really do care about your furry family members. I have taken both our bunny and kitty there and know they will take care of us always!

I cannot say enough positive things about Loving Hands. There is a theme of care from those answering the phones to the veterinarians caring for our pets. I have known for years about how wonderful Dr. Roesner has been with my dogs. She is truly kind and compassionate in her care. She relates so well with pets and their families. I recently learned how wonderful boarding at Loving Hands is as well. I had to board my puppy. I had a lot of questions and felt very uneasy leaving our baby. Stefania was particularly amazing. She put my mind at ease right off the bat. She took the time to answer questions, provide guidance, and even checked on our puppy for us while we were away -definitely not in her job description, but so appreciated! I returned to a happy and healthy puppy. Thank you Loving Hands for all of your care and all that you do! I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone seeking care for their pets!

We have used Loving Hands Animal Clinic for over 20 years to care for numerous cats and dogs. Our animals have always received superb care from the veterinarians and techs at Loving Hands. It is also the only place we would consider using for our dog's grooming, as other locations resulted in eye or ear infections. We would like to give a special shout-out to Dr. McManus for her recent treatments provided to our elderly cats. Both were experiencing troublesome, chronic health conditions and we had resigned ourselves to the new normal for these cats. However, Dr. McManus was able to rather quickly run some non-invasive tests and rule out possible causes for these conditions, arriving at the most likely basis of illness. Her course of treatment, which was different for each cat, has solved the problem for both of them. It is so refreshing to have healthy, happy cats again! Just another example in a long list as to why we will drive past many veterinarians to take our pets to Loving Hands.

Loving Hands is such a caring place! The Veterinarians as well as their nurses and office staff take great care of our dog. Dr. McManus has such a gentle way with animals, and she takes the time to listen and address our concerns. This is nowhere near the closest animal clinic to where we live, but it has certainly been worth the drive for the past four years to receive the level of care that we do.

My Daughter-in-law took her Serian Hampster here. They were caring and gentle. Very helpful and provided medication for Kiki that was very helpful. Reasonably priced, and 1 of the only local Vets that would see a hampster. I would recommend this Vet to other people and may switch to here for my fur babies.

They are all super nice and caring. Great place to bring anxious pets for care.
