Love Webb Bridge and its staff. They are the best. My dog loves it there when he is boarded and enjoys his wellness checks.

We have been with WBAH since 2015 and they have taken excellent care of our two Labs, from regular bathing to handling emergencies we have had over the years. Our pups are always more than excited see their friendly staff. We greatly appreciate them taking such great care of our girls.

We didn’t want to go to a chain vet for our cat and dog. We are very happy to find Webb Bridge Animal Hospital. If you are in the Windward area, this is highly recommended. The doctors are very caring and professional. The staff is also very friendly. The location is very nice and ample parking. You can buy Royal Canin brand pet food there plus other toys for animals.

I am truly excited for the team at Webb Bridge Animal Hospital and I have to express kudos to Karen and the entire team there. My experience was a bit unique because I was simply observing the service experience. It appears easy for people to speak about a negative experience but very rarely is time taken for a positive one. I entered the Webb Bridge Animal Hospital a couple of weeks ago and Karen greeted me with a smile. Although the nature of my visit was to service their team, she was kind, patient, professional, and forthright with me. I witnessed a couple of other clients during my visit and just found myself pleasantly surprised with how much care and professionalism the team showed their clientele. I find myself working a ton and these days, slowing down for a 'furry friend' beyond my parakeet is not an option at the moment. My mom brings her pets here and I bring my dogs. I’m hyper sensitive to people who are rude and condescending which you sometimes get in vet offices and while I have encountered 1 or 2 people working here like that, overall most of my experiences have been really positive. I don’t feel like they’re nickel and diming us either and that’s important to me. Dr. Kennedy is the best. I trust her completely. My animals trusted her from the first time she saw them. I would recommend her to anyone. I only wish I could find a human doctor I trusted for care the same way.

I am very persnickety when it comes to my dog's health. I am extremely satisfied with Webb Bridge and highly recommend them for vet care. I have been coming here for quite some time and I trust Dr. Bondurant and Dr. Kennedy. They are knowledgeable, compassionate and honest with their care and always give me direct communication. The staff is welcoming too.

This is a revision to my previous review. We had two great first visits and after that I have no idea what happened. I called on last Saturday to get guidance about the new medication we are trying for my dog. I wanted to make sure I was giving the correct dose and because symptoms were coming back, wanted to make sure I needed to order more. I only had 4 days worth of medicine left. I called again Monday. And Wednesday. The tech took my message and told me every time that the vet would call me. I let them know I was out of medicine. Now it’s the following Monday and still no call. I decided on Saturday to book a new appointment at a new vet. I called to get my records and they said they would send as soon as they can. Now Monday and still no records. And when I got to the new vet, they said they called Saturday as well and still had not received the records. So they called again while I was there and was told the vet has the request and they can’t release the records without the vet consent. So bottom line, they are TOO BUSY so if you need something, good luck. Oh and my dogs issue, incontinence. So she has had to wear diapers all week due to being out of meds. Thanks a lot guys. My dog really appreciates it. What if it was a more complex medical condition?! Would she matter then?!

I know that Maggie Mae receives excellent care when she visits Webb Bridge. It is reassuring to know she is taken great care of when I'm out of town. I'm very pleased that I've found a place like this for Maggie's stay.

The vet techs and veterinarians are all incredibly kind, professional, and patient. I've received comprehensive advice and care for my pup from them, and have been very pleased with the affordability of the services and the plans they have in place to continue to provide high-quality, safe care in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Update: We've since gotten a second dog and have confidently brought her in to Webb Bridge too. We continue to love the service and care the vets and staff here provide!

I love how they care about their patients. Even if I only bring my pet in 1x year for rabies vaccine. And, as a cat owner, I love their "nail clipping service" as my cat will attack me if I try to clip her nails. I've also used them for boarding in the past and they've been awesome at that as well.

I've been with Webb Bridge for 20 years now. Dr. Bondurant and Dr. Kennedy have become like family to me. They saw my first set of Shih Tzus grow up from just 5 weeks old until they passed at 15 and 17. I recently got two new Shih Tzus and look forward to 20 more years with these wonderful vets and they're fabulous staff!

Dr Kenedy and her staff always take wonderful care of my three Cavaliers. Whether it is check-ups or during surgeries, they are always concerned about their comfort. They also call and check on them after procedures. I would not trust my sweet babies to anyone else.
