I brought my dog here after a very scary situation when he ate plastic. From the start I was impressed with this vet clinic. My dog has now recovered and doing well thanks to the amazing staff at Crabapple. I will be bringing all my dogs to this vet from now on

Our dogs have been going to Crabapple Knoll for years. They care about animals, and make decisions based on what would be the best for animals as well.

Outstanding service to care for my pets. Always worked us in on weekends when other vets turned us away.

I love the folks at Crabapple Knoll vets. They've been wonderful in treating my kitten as he's grown now to a big cat. Everything from annual shots to frequent nail trimming - they take great care of him. I also made an emergency visit when my big dog ate something toxic. Because of their extended hours, I could come by within minutes of calling. They took great care of my dog also.

My husband just came in with our dog after taking him in for a routine check and nail trim. I can not tell you how bad he is. They cut all of his nails so low they all were bleeding so they gave us an antibiotic. It is horrible. I can not believe anyone would do that to a dog. He can not walk and is traumatized. They obviously have someone trimming nails that has no experience. Please do not take your dog to Crabapple Knoll for nails. This is horrible.

Knoll Clinic is very professional and reliable when it comes to taking care of your pets. All of my dogs have been to this clinic and it is the best that I have seen. They answer all questions, they give you all diagnostics that are necessary and some that may not be necessary to save costs. Also, when purchasing from them if you do find a lower price elsewhere they will match that price which I thought was very fair because it is convenient to buy there when you are already there anyway instead of searching online or in other stores. They are very considerate when losing a pet, they are very compassionate. I could go on and on about this clinic but I don’t have enough space. In closing, now, in future pets, they still all will go to Knoll clinic. Thank you for the opportunity to share my great experience with Knoll Clinic. Sincerely Karen

Fit us in immediately for a Sunday emergency with our pup. "Apologized for the inconvenience" that it took an hour and a half for them to sedate, clean out wounds, and get my pup back to me with antibiotics and pain meds - really?! That's fantastic, especially for a weekend with no emergency fee! You can't beat the convenience of their hours and thorough and thoughtful care. We'll continue coming here even though it's a half hour drive!

We have tried two other clinics before finding Crabapple Knoll. This clinic is wonderful from the front desk to the vets. We are always able to get an appointment and get the greatest care. Recommend highly to anyone.

We were unhappy with our previous vet and were told about Crabapple Knoll from a friend. They got us in same day when our dog was sick and were super helpful and kind. We have only had this one experience thus far but we have certainly found our new vet! Highly recommended!

When I performed due diligence of a veterinary clinic for my pet, I was not aware that Crabapple Knoll would end up being completely void of compassion unless they could issue me an invoice. Top notch professionalism that I would expect for my loved one and the confidence it breeds for its owners has many facets that now I am better aware should be researched. Unfortunately for Crabapple Knoll, when it comes to telephone communication with your specific Vet, this clinic is an epic fail in my opinion. Four calls and four detailed messages left with the Front Office staff for Dr. Price over the past three days has resulted in four broken promises and zero communication. Lauren and others were polite, understanding and apologetic but never once did we receive even a common courtesy return call no less an important call from the Dr. I was asked specific questions regarding the exacerbation of an ongoing issue because as I was told it might have been serious. I assume not serious enough for a return call. There are indeed actual circumstances that might dictate a phone call consultation in lieu of an office visit. Crabapple Knoll and Dr. Price, shame on you for being unresponsive to a patient of yours. Whether your unprofessionalism towards myself and my pet is a direct result of a lack of organization upfront or simply a lack of caring given the circumstance, there is no excuse whatsoever for pure negligence.

I can't say enough good things about Crabapple Knoll. I have been visiting with my cats and guinea pigs since 2018. They treat my pets with so much love and care and their front desk staff are truly helpful. I don't know what I would do without their long and flexible hours. You guys are a Godsend to working pet parents.

My dog was sick and my vet didn't have availability to fit her in, so my sister suggested I call Crabapple Knoll. They were able to get me in that same day, and dx and tx my dog - the staff was wonderful. Dr. Disch was so great - very professional and thorough. I went for a follow-up visit as well, so have been there twice. I found the prices to be lower than expected, the hours are great, they have plenty of Dr.s on staff, and I will be switching from my current vet, to Crabapple Knoll. I highly recommend this practice.

My pup was attacked by anther dog. They took her in on a Friday evening for surgery. I was so happy to find good care and such sensitive workers. Very professional and reasonable costs.

The Doctors and clinical team at Crabapple Knoll Veterinary Clinic are magnificent! The took my dog in an emergency, treated him for this issue and moved up his scheduled oral care to ensure he would be sedated only once. The post care instructions were clear and concise. They always treat my dog Rusty with the utmost care and importance. I highly recommend this team to anyone who cares for their dog or cats.

I would recommend this practice to anyone. They were awesome from the front desk, to the tech and the Vet. I loved Julie our vet tech. It was clear she cared about my dog and I had no concern when she had to take him to the back for some treatment. This is my new vet!!!!

I have been regularly astounded at the compassion and reliability of Crabapple Knoll ever since I started coming to them. My cat was diagnosed with Stage I kidney disease and since then I've had no shortage of questions about managing her care. I have called with all kinds of questions and every time Crabapple Knoll has answered in detail via phone, whereas other vets just tell you that you'll need to bring your pet in. I've simply never encountered another vet so willing to go the extra mile and provide quality care not only for the pets but the owners as well. I cannot recommend them enough.

This veterinary clinic has an absolute heart of gold! They took in a stray that someone abandoned at a gas station, and provided all the veterinary care that he needed and will put him up for adoption soon. They are the only vet that I could find that was willing to help him. Honestly, this veterinary clinic deserves a medal and we are so grateful! ????????????????????

My sister was here visiting from out of state and her 16 yr old, blind, deaf little tea cup Yorkie injured himself the evening before. This Veterinarian was open on a Sunday morning and they were so compassionate to my sisters dog and her it truly touched my heart. They were immediately responsive and gave us options. Ultimately we had to put the little guy down but this place made you feel like they truly cared. And gave her the little guys Paw print.❤
