Very good place to take a pet

Given such short notice I was surprised to get an appointment with a few days for my poor fur baby who was chewing herself raw due to allergies. Tonight she is finally getting the much needed sleep she needs due to their care and her already improved comfort. From the time of setting our appointment to seeing the doctor everything was perfect. They made us feel like family and it felt as if they exuded love for the fur babies they treated as if they were thier own. I'm so glad we were able to find such a great vet in the first go round for our little one. There isn't enough thanks to go round for that.

There is no better veterinarian care in this area than the Zephyrhills Veterinarian Clinic. Dr. McGavern and Dr. Yosha are both so knowledgeable and caring. The office staff is professional and efficient. The Vet Techs are all just absolutely amazing. We've been bringing our cats and dogs here for years. They truly are the best. We love you, Dr. Mel & Dr. Yosha!

I took my dog there in an emergency on Saturday morning. They took him directly back and worked on him for 3 hours. But sadly we lost our boy. They were kind, compassionate and gave us time to make a decision. It was the toughest decision of our life. The staff was amazing.

They were great with my little buddy he was more scared of them than anything but when they pulled out the dog treats he warmed right up

On Aug. 7th, 2021 I had the saddest job of putting my cat to sleep. They couldn't have been more compassionate and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Everyone was extremely comforting. I thank them very much.

I did not have an appointment, and yet they were able to get me right in within 10 minutes ! Very engaging and polite staff me and my pet enjoyed our visit ! I highly recommend this place !!

We were needing to leave town, and when no other vets could get us in, they gave us appt right away. They kindly slept my ancient old dog who was quite ill and gave me time to cry while holding him. My little dogs were treated for a journey cross country to my daughter's. Dr. B was amazing and I will never forget her kindness.

Provided urgent assistance with a seriously injured animal that I found in my yard this morning. I had stopped at three other vets (including my own vet), before being accepted here. They were both warm and professional. I took their card, and am strongly considering swapping to them for my own four cats and all of the rescues we take in. I totally appreciate them having enough compassion to stop and say “Let us look.” They likely saved a little guy a lot of suffering.

I had a dire emergency and they took my kitty right in even before I filled out the paperwork. They put me at ease as I was extremely scared for my kitty. They kept her,did surgery and as of today they still have her for observation. I am so grateful to them. They are my new family vet. THANK YOU.

They took care of my cat Squicker like it was family. The Dr's. are ver knowledge and courteous. The techs just wonderfully. And the "Soap Opra Drama" of course.

Employee Michelle was very rude and nasty. She also looked like she needs to be more vigilant on her own upkeep. I'll never be back as long as she keeps the terrible attitude.

Took my cat in for an UTI. The Dr recommended I leave him for a while to see if he would urinate. Against my gut. I agreed. I called several times because they mentioned keeping him all day and night. For the short time he was there they gave him treatment that I did NOT pre-approve. I don’t have a problem with Vets doing what they do. But when I specifically ask them to call me before they do anything to my animal and they ignore my request and do whatever they want at my expense. That’s when I have a problem. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC. They over charge and Michelle is RUDE.

Since 2018 my fur babies have been treated in this clinic and I love the care for the pets. Thanks for everything you do!

Excellent from the staff to the Dr's.

Went as a walk in & was all done in less than a hour. Very happy about that. The Vet & Assistance we're very, very nice & helpful. My fur baby is all better now. Thank you Zephyrhills Vet!!!
